In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for defining the components, and are merely for convenience in distinguishing the corresponding components, and the terms are not meant to have any special meaning unless otherwise indicated, so that the scope of the present invention is not to be construed as being limited. In addition, the azimuth or positional relationship indicated by the azimuth words such as "front, rear, upper, lower, left, right", "lateral, vertical, horizontal" and "top, bottom", etc., mentioned below are all based on the azimuth or positional relationship when the seat is normally used.
Fig. 1 to 8 show an exemplary structure of a headrest adjusting device according to an embodiment of the present invention and its fitting relation with a headrest and a seat frame. Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the headrest adjusting device 1 provided by the present invention is for adjusting the height of a headrest 2 attached to a seat frame 3 relative to the seat frame 3, and includes an actuating mechanism and at least one locking mechanism, wherein: the locking mechanism comprises a first locking part and a linkage mechanism 12, wherein the first locking part is used for being connected with the first installation base body, and the first locking part is used for being matched with any one of a group of second locking parts which are sequentially arranged on the second installation base body at intervals along the height direction; the actuating mechanism controls the first locking part to move between a locking position and an unlocking position through the linkage mechanism 12, wherein the first locking part is combined with the second locking part to lock the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3, and the unlocking position is disengaged from the second locking part to unlock the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3; the linkage 12 includes a flexible link having a first end connected to the actuating mechanism and a second end connected to the first locking portion after being redirected by the direction changing member, and a direction changing member.
In the present invention, the first mounting base is one of the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3, and the second mounting base is the other of the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3.
The headrest adjusting device 1 provided by the invention converts the movement of the actuating mechanism into the movement of the first locking part between the locking position and the unlocking position through the flexible connecting piece and the direction changing component, so as to realize the locking or unlocking of the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3. Based on this, when the height of the headrest 2 needs to be adjusted, only the actuating mechanism is required to be operated, and then the actuating mechanism can drive the first locking part to move from the locking position to the unlocking position through the flexible connecting piece and the direction changing component, so that the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3 are unlocked, then the headrest 2 is moved up and down to the position where the second locking part at the proper height is located, then the first locking part is moved to the locking position again, and the headrest 2 is locked at the needed height position, so that the height adjustment of the headrest 2 can be realized.
Therefore, the headrest adjusting device 1 can adjust the height of the headrest 2, so that the different requirements of a seat occupant can be met, the comfort of the seat is improved, and the design of the seat is more in line with the humanized requirements. In addition, the headrest adjusting device 1 of the invention has the advantages of simpler structure, easier processing and lower cost, and the power of the actuating mechanism is transmitted to the first locking component by utilizing the flexible connecting piece and the direction changing component, so that the transmission of the power is smoother, and the headrest height adjusting process which is more convenient, smooth and labor-saving is facilitated.
In the present invention, the actuating mechanism may be either an automatic actuating mechanism or a manual actuating mechanism.
Wherein, when the actuating mechanism is an automatic actuating mechanism, the automatic control of the locking and unlocking processes of the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3 can be realized without manual driving. As an embodiment of the automatic actuating mechanism, the actuating mechanism may include a power source such as a motor, in which case, when the headrest height needs to be adjusted, the motor and the like only need to be started to rotate, and the first locking portion can be automatically driven to move between the locking position and the unlocking position by the flexible connecting member and the direction changing component without additional manual driving, so as to realize automatic control of the locking and unlocking process. As another embodiment of the automatic actuating mechanism, the actuating mechanism may include a fluid actuator such as a drive cylinder or a motor, and the automatic control of the locking and unlocking process may be realized by the extension and retraction of the drive cylinder or the rotation of the motor.
The actuating mechanism is arranged as a manual actuating mechanism, and has the advantages of being simple in structure, relatively low in cost, beneficial to reducing the overall weight of the seat, convenient for arrangement and assembly of other parts of the seat, beneficial to guaranteeing the compactness and the attractiveness of the overall structure of the seat, more convenient for a user to adjust the height of the headrest 2 according to actual conditions, and beneficial to improving user experience. As an embodiment of the manual actuation mechanism, the actuation mechanism may comprise an operating mechanism 11, the operating mechanism 11 being for rotatable or movable connection to the first mounting base, and rotation or movement of the operating mechanism 11 relative to the first mounting base being translated into movement of the first locking portion between the locking position and the unlocking position under the influence of the flexible connection and the direction changing means. Based on this, when the headrest height needs to be adjusted, the operating mechanism 11 is manually operated, the operating mechanism 11 is rotated (for example, the operating mechanism 11 may be provided as a crank) or moved (for example, the operating mechanism 11 may be provided as a handle) with respect to the first mounting base, and the first locking portion is moved between the locking position and the unlocking position by the flexible connection and the direction changing member.
In order to make the overall structure of the seat simpler and more compact, and the appearance smoother and more attractive, the operating mechanism 11 is preferably movably arranged on the first installation base body, and the operating mechanism 11 is easier to be arranged in the inner cavity of the first installation base body, so that the overall structure of the seat simpler and more compact, and the appearance smoother and more attractive; and because the user only needs to make the operating mechanism 11 move relative to the first installation base body, the locking and unlocking of the headrest 2 and the seat framework 3 can be realized, and therefore, the operation is more convenient.
In order to improve the accuracy of the movement direction of the actuator 11 with respect to the headrest 2, the headrest adjusting apparatus 1 of the present invention may further include an operation guide mechanism 14 for guiding the actuator 11 during the movement of the actuator 11 with respect to the first mounting substrate. Because this operation guide mechanism 14 can be at operating mechanism 11 for the in-process of first installation base member removal to operating mechanism 11, restriction operating mechanism 11's direction of movement, consequently, under operating guide mechanism 14's effect, operating mechanism 11 can realize more accurate and more stable removal for first installation base member, and then can drive the motion between locking position and unlocking position of first closure portion more accurately, further improves headrest adjusting device 1's operational reliability.
Further, in view of the fact that the space in the seat up-down direction is wider than the space in the other direction and that the user is more accustomed to applying the force in the up-down direction when performing the headrest height adjustment, in the present invention, the operating mechanism 11 is more preferably provided so as to be movable in the height direction relative to the first mounting base body, that is, the operating mechanism 11 is preferably connected to the first mounting base body so as to be movable in the height direction.
In the present invention, in order to reduce friction between the flexible connection unit and the direction changing member due to relative movement, the direction changing member may include a rotator rotatably disposed with respect to the first mounting base, and the second end of the flexible connection unit may be redirected around the rotator. Based on this, because when actuating mechanism action drives first closure portion motion through flexible connection spare, the rotor can rotate for first installation base member under flexible connection spare's effect, consequently, can effectively reduce the rotor with around the friction between the flexible connection spare of locating on it, be favorable to prolonging flexible connection spare life, improve headrest adjusting device 1's operational reliability.
In order to ensure the stability of the height adjustment process of the headrest, two sets of second locking portions are generally disposed on the second mounting base body, and the two sets of second locking portions are generally disposed symmetrically, so that two locking mechanisms may be disposed correspondingly, and each locking mechanism is disposed corresponding to each set of second locking portions. Under such a circumstance, the actuating mechanism can be set to be connected with the flexible connecting piece of each locking mechanism, so that the structure is simpler and more compact, and the two locking mechanisms are controlled by the same actuating mechanism to act, so that the synchronization of the actions of the two locking mechanisms is more convenient to ensure, thereby further improving the working reliability of the headrest adjusting device 1, and enabling the height adjustment of the headrest 2 to be more convenient and quicker.
Furthermore, the linkage 12 of the present invention may also include a reset member for providing a force to move the first latch from the unlocked position to the locked position. In the process of adjusting the height of the headrest 2, the first locking part can automatically return to the locking position from the unlocking position under the action of the resetting part, so that a user only needs to apply an acting force when the locking of the headrest 2 and the seat framework 3 is required to be released, and when the headrest 2 and the seat framework 3 are required to be locked after the headrest 2 is adjusted to the proper height, the opposite acting force is not required to be applied, and the adjustment of the height of the headrest 2 is more convenient and labor-saving.
Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the headrest adjusting device 1 of the present invention. Fig. 1 to 2 and fig. 5 to 7 show the assembled relationship of the headrest adjusting device 1 of the embodiment with the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3. As is apparent from fig. 1, 5 and 6, in this embodiment, the headrest adjusting device 1 is used to connect with the headrest 2, and as shown in fig. 2, the second locking portion that mates with the first locking portion of the headrest adjusting device 1 is provided on the seat frame 3, that is, in this embodiment, the first mounting base is the headrest 2, and the second mounting base is the seat frame 3. However, as will be understood by those skilled in the art, the headrest adjusting device 1 is disposed on the seat frame 3 and the second locking portion is disposed on the headrest 2, that is, the first mounting base is the seat frame 3 and the second mounting base is the headrest 2, so that the purposes of the present invention can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the headrest adjusting device 1 includes one operation mechanism 11 serving as an actuating mechanism, two locking mechanisms, and one operation guide mechanism 14.
The operating mechanism 11 is used to provide a force for locking or unlocking the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3. In this embodiment, the operating mechanism 11 is provided movably in the height direction on the headrest 2. As shown in fig. 1, the operating mechanism 11 of this embodiment includes a grip portion 111 and a vertically extending portion 112, wherein the grip portion 111 is convenient for a user to grip and apply force; the vertical extension 112 is used for connecting with two locking mechanisms, is arranged below the holding part 111 and extends along the height direction, and therefore, can transmit the acting force exerted on the holding part 111 by a user to the two locking mechanisms; the holding portion 111 and the vertical extension portion 112 are both movably disposed along the height direction of the headrest 2, so that when the user pulls the holding portion 111 upward, the holding portion 111 can drive the locking mechanism to act through the vertical extension portion 112 connected with the locking mechanism.
As can be seen, the operating mechanism 11 of this embodiment is provided as a pull handle. The advantage of this arrangement is that the user only needs to apply a vertical force (e.g. pulling) to the operating mechanism 11, so that the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3 can be locked or unlocked, the use of the user is facilitated, the operating habit of the user is more met, and the operating mechanism 11 arranged as a handle is less limited by the operating space because the upper and lower spaces of the seat are wider, so that the height of the headrest 2 can be adjusted more conveniently.
The operation guide mechanism 14 is used for guiding the operation mechanism 11. As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the operation guide mechanism 14 of this embodiment includes a guide slide 142 serving as a first operation guide structure, the guide slide 142 being provided on the operation mechanism 11 for cooperating with a guide post 141 serving as a second operation guide structure provided on the headrest 2 to realize a guide action on the operation mechanism 11. When the headrest adjusting apparatus 1 of this embodiment is assembled to the headrest 2 to form a headrest combination structure, the guide posts 141 are inserted into the guide slide ways 142 and slidably fit with the guide slide ways 142, so that when the operating mechanism 11 moves relative to the headrest 2, the guide slide ways 142 move together with the operating mechanism 11 relative to the headrest 2, and the guide posts 141 then slide along the guide slide ways 142 so that the operating mechanism 11 can also move only in the direction of the guide slide ways 142, thereby achieving a guiding action on the operating mechanism 11.
Since the operating mechanism 11 of this embodiment is moved in the height direction with respect to the headrest 2, accordingly, the guide rail 142 is provided in the height direction, so that the operating guide mechanism 14 can restrict the operating mechanism 11 from being moved only in the height direction with respect to the headrest 2, improving the accuracy of the height adjustment process.
It will be appreciated that the guide rail 142 of this embodiment may be replaced with other first operation guide structures provided on the operating mechanism 11, and the guide post 141 may be replaced with other second operation guide structures provided on the headrest 2, for example, the guide post 141 may be provided on the operating mechanism 11 as the first operation guide structure, and the guide rail 142 may be provided on the headrest 2 as the second operation guide structure, or the first operation guide structure and the second operation guide structure may be other mutually matched components other than the guide post 141 and the guide rail 142, so long as the two mutually matched components can realize the guiding function on the operating mechanism 11.
The locking mechanism is used for locking and unlocking the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3 under the action of the operating mechanism 11. In this embodiment, the two locking mechanisms are symmetrically disposed on the left and right sides of the vertical bisection plane of the operating mechanism 11, and since the vertical bisection plane of the operating mechanism 11 is generally disposed to coincide with the vertical bisection plane of the headrest 2, after being assembled to the headrest 2, the two locking mechanisms of this embodiment are also symmetrical with respect to the vertical bisection plane of the headrest 2, so that not only is the structure of the entire headrest adjusting device 1 more stable, but also the structure of the combined structure with the headrest 2 and/or the seat frame 3 more stable, which helps to ensure the stability of the headrest height adjusting process. The two locking mechanisms of this embodiment are identical in structure, and for simplicity of description, only one of the locking mechanisms will be described below as an example, and the other locking mechanism can be understood with reference thereto.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the lock mechanism includes a link mechanism 12 and a positioning lever 121 serving as a first lock portion, wherein the link mechanism 12 is configured to convert movement of the operating mechanism 11 relative to the headrest 2 in the height direction into movement of the positioning lever 121 between the lock position and the unlock position, so that the operating mechanism 11 can control the first lock portion and the second lock portion to cooperate to lock and unlock the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3 by the link mechanism 12.
The positioning rod 121 is used to cooperate with any one of a set of positioning holes 31 provided on the seat frame 3, and when the positioning rod 121 is inserted into the positioning hole 31, locking of the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3 can be achieved. As shown in fig. 2, the positioning holes 31 of the group of positioning holes 31 are provided at intervals in the lateral side wall of the seat frame 3 in the lateral direction in order in the height direction, and therefore the positioning rod 121 is movable in the lateral direction, i.e., is capable of being inserted into the positioning holes 31 or disengaged from the positioning holes 31.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the positioning lever 121 is provided movably in the left-right direction on the headrest 2, that is, in this embodiment, the moving direction of the first locking portion between the locked position and the unlocked position is the left-right direction. Specifically, two row cavities 21 are arranged on the headrest 2, each row cavity 21 corresponds to one positioning rod 121, guide holes are correspondingly formed in the left and right opposite side walls of each row cavity 21, the positioning rods 121 are arranged in the corresponding row cavities 21, and two ends of each positioning rod 121 respectively penetrate through the two guide holes and are respectively in clearance fit with the two guide holes. Based on this, the positioning rod 121 is movably provided in the left-right direction with respect to the headrest 2, so that the positioning rod 121 can approach and separate from the positioning hole 31 once receiving a force in the left-right direction, and is inserted into or released from the positioning hole 31, thereby achieving locking or unlocking of the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3.
The two guide holes of this embodiment can play a guiding role on the positioning rod 121, so that the positioning rod 121 can move more stably along the left-right direction, move more accurately between the locking position and the unlocking position, and further more accurately lock and unlock the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3, further improving the operational reliability of the headrest adjusting device 1. Of course, the locking guide structure for guiding the positioning lever 121 is not limited to the guide hole shown in the embodiment, and may be other structures as long as the movement of the positioning lever 121 between the locked position and the unlocked position can be guided.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in this embodiment, the link mechanism 12 includes a cable 122 serving as a flexible link, a roller 123 serving as a rotator of a direction changing member, and a return spring 124 serving as a return member.
Wherein the cable 122 is used to transmit the force of the operating mechanism 11 (actuating mechanism) to the positioning lever 121 (first locking portion). As can be seen from fig. 1, a first end of a pull cable 122 (e.g., a wire) is connected to the vertically extending portion 112 of the operating mechanism 11, and a second end is connected to the positioning rod 121, such that the pull cable 122 is connected between the operating mechanism 11 and the positioning rod 121, and is capable of transmitting a force applied to the operating mechanism 11 by a user to the positioning rod 121. In this embodiment, the first end of the cable 122 is provided with a head having a size larger than that of the main body of the cable 122, and correspondingly, the vertical extension 112 is provided with a clamping groove for matching with the head of the cable 122, and the head of the cable 122 is clamped into the clamping groove to connect the first end of the cable 122 with the operating mechanism 11. As shown in fig. 6, the head of this embodiment is substantially rectangular, so that the first end of the cable 122 is substantially T-shaped overall, and correspondingly, the clamping groove on the vertical extension 112 is also substantially T-shaped, and only the first end of the cable 122 needs to be embedded into the clamping groove during connection, which is convenient and quick. Of course, the first end of cable 122 may be connected to operating mechanism 11 in other manners.
The roller 123 is used to change the direction of the second end of the cable 122 relative to the first end, i.e. the roller 123 is used to convert the force exerted by the user on the operating mechanism 11 into a force that can move the positioning rod 121 between the locked and unlocked positions. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 3, in this embodiment, the roller 123 is disposed between the first end and the second end of the cable 122, and the second end of the cable 122 is wound on the roller 123 and then connected to the positioning rod 121, so that the roller 123 can change the direction of the cable 122, and the second end of the cable 122 is different from the first end, so as to change the force transmission direction, so that the force applied by the user in the vertical direction on the operating mechanism 11 can be converted into the force in the horizontal direction to act on the positioning rod 121, and further drive the positioning rod 121 to move between the locking position and the unlocking position.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, through the stay cable 122 and the roller 123, the movement of the operating mechanism 11 relative to the headrest 2 can be converted into the movement of the positioning rod 121 between the locking position and the unlocking position, so that the structure is simpler, the assembly is more convenient, the processing is easier, the cost is lower, the transmission process is smoother, and the height adjustment of the headrest 2 is facilitated to be smoothly and rapidly realized.
Moreover, the roller 123 of this embodiment is rotatably disposed on the headrest 2, so that when the operating mechanism 11 moves relative to the headrest 2, the roller 123 can rotate under the action of the stay cable 122, so as to reduce friction between the stay cable 122 and the roller 123, which can reduce abrasion of the stay cable 122, prolong the service life of the stay cable 122, and on the other hand, is also beneficial to preventing the stay cable 122 from being stuck, so that the height of the headrest 2 can be adjusted more smoothly, and user experience can be improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the roller 123 of this embodiment has its rotational axis disposed in the front-rear direction, that is, the rotational direction of the roller 123 is perpendicular to both the moving direction of the operating mechanism 11 with respect to the headrest 2 and the moving direction of the first locking portion between the locking position and the unlocking position. Based on this setting, the stay 122 wound on the roller 123 has the first end along the height direction and the second end along the left-right direction, so that not only the movement of the operating mechanism 11 in the height direction relative to the headrest 2 can be more smoothly converted into the movement of the positioning rod 121 in the left-right direction, but also because the extending direction of the first end of the stay 122 is the same as the moving direction of the operating head 11 relative to the headrest 2 and the extending direction of the second end is the same as the moving direction of the positioning rod 121 relative to the headrest 2, no lateral component force exists, and the stay 122 can transmit all or most of the force of the operating mechanism 11 to the positioning rod 121, so that the operating force can be effectively saved, and the user can adjust the height of the headrest 2 by applying smaller force, thereby realizing a more labor-saving adjustment process.
The return spring 124 is used to apply a force that automatically returns the positioning lever 121 from the unlocked position to the locked position. The return spring 124 is disposed between the positioning rod 121 and the headrest 2 and applies a force to the first positioning rod 121 to bring the positioning rod 121 close to the positioning hole 31. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, in this embodiment, the return spring 124 is sleeved on the positioning rod 121, a stop portion 1211 is provided on the positioning rod 121, and the return spring 124 is abutted between the stop portion 1211 and the inner wall of the row chamber 21. Based on this arrangement, the return spring 124 is disposed between the positioning rod 121 and the headrest 2 in the left-right direction (i.e., the direction in which the first locking portion moves between the locking position and the unlocking position), and can store a force during movement of the positioning rod 121 from the locking position to the unlocking position, and release the stored force to act on the positioning rod 121 after the headrest 2 is moved to a proper height, that is, apply a force to the positioning rod 121 to bring the positioning rod 121 close to the positioning hole 31, so that the positioning rod 121 automatically returns from the unlocking position to the locking position. Furthermore, the return spring 36 also can play a role in assisting the positioning of the positioning lever 121, so that the operation reliability of the headrest adjusting device 1 of this embodiment is higher. Of course, the manner of disposing the return spring 124 is not limited thereto, as long as it can apply a force that brings the first locking portion close to the second locking portion.
The headrest adjusting device 1 according to this embodiment adjusts the height of the headrest 2 by: when the height of the headrest 2 needs to be adjusted, the user only needs to pull the operating mechanism 11 upwards, the operating mechanism 11 drives the first end of the guy cable 122 to move upwards relative to the headrest 2 together, the second end of the guy cable 122 after the direction change of the roller 123 then pulls the positioning rod 121 to move along the left-right direction in a direction away from the positioning hole 31, the positioning rod 121 moves from the locking position to the unlocking position, the positioning rod 121 is separated from the positioning hole 31, the headrest 2 is unlocked from the seat frame 3, and the headrest 2 can move relative to the seat frame 3 in the height direction (namely, the up-down direction), and in the process, the return spring 124 is compressed for accumulating force; when the headrest 2 is adjusted to a proper height position, the operating mechanism 11 is released, the restoring spring 124 releases the accumulated force, so that the positioning rod 121 moves reversely, namely, moves towards the direction close to the positioning hole 31 along the left-right direction, and drives the operating mechanism 11 to move downwards through the inhaul cable 122 until all parts are reset, the positioning rod 121 returns to the locking position from the unlocking position, the positioning rod 121 is reinserted into the positioning hole 31, the headrest 2 is fixed to a proper height, and thus the height of the headrest 2 is adjusted once.
As can be seen from the above-described process of adjusting the height of the headrest 2, the headrest adjusting device 1 of this embodiment can conveniently release the locking of the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3 by pulling the operating mechanism 11, and after the headrest 2 is moved to a proper height, the positioning rod 121 can automatically return to the locking position under the action of the return spring 124 only by releasing the operating mechanism 11, so that the headrest 2 is locked at a proper height position without applying a reverse force by the user, and therefore, the adjustment of the headrest 2 by the headrest adjusting device 1 of this embodiment is more convenient and labor-saving.
In the above embodiment, the first locking portion is taken as the positioning rod 121 and the second locking portion is taken as the positioning hole 31 as an example, but in practice, the implementation of the first locking portion and the second locking portion is not limited to this, for example, the first locking portion and the second locking portion may have other structures that can be mutually buckled, mutually inserted or mutually hooked, and all the first locking portion and the second locking portion are within the protection scope of the present invention as long as they can mutually cooperate to lock and unlock the headrest 2 and the seat frame 3.
In addition, the headrest adjusting device 1 of the embodiment has a simpler structure, can effectively reduce the processing difficulty of the headrest adjusting device 1 and saves the processing cost of the headrest adjusting device 1; moreover, this embodiment can conveniently convert the vertical movement of the operating mechanism 11 with respect to the headrest 2 into the lateral movement of the positioning rod 121 with respect to the headrest 2 by using the stay 122 and the roller 123, the force transmission is smoother, and a more time-saving and labor-saving headrest height adjustment process can be realized.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a headrest combination structure comprising a headrest 2 and a headrest adjusting device 1 of the present invention, wherein the headrest adjusting device 1 is provided on the headrest 2.
Fig. 1, 5 and 7 show an embodiment of the headrest combination structure of the present invention, in which the headrest adjusting device 1 is the headrest adjusting device 1 shown in fig. 3 described above. As shown in fig. 1, in the headrest combination structure of this embodiment, a mounting opening 23 is provided at an upper portion of a main body of a headrest 2 and a cavity 24 is provided at a lower portion thereof, and an operation mechanism 11 of a headrest adjusting device 1 is provided in the mounting opening 23 and slidably engaged with the mounting opening 23, so that the operation mechanism 11 can move relative to the headrest 2; the linkage 12 of the headrest adjusting device 1 is disposed in the accommodating chamber 24.
The cavity 24 is recessed from the front end surface of the headrest 2 toward the rear end surface of the headrest 2, and the link mechanism 12 is embedded in the cavity 24. The accommodating cavity 24 has a rear end face and the rear end face is flush with the rear end face of the headrest 2, so that the rear end face of the accommodating cavity 24 can shield the linkage mechanism 12 in the rear, and the flatness of the rear end face of the headrest 2 at the accommodating cavity 24 is ensured. In order to ensure the flatness of the front end surface of the headrest 2 at the cavity 24, the headrest assembly structure of this embodiment may further include a front cover plate (not shown in the drawings), which covers the front end surface of the cavity 24, and conceals the coupling mechanism 12 in the front, so that the front end surface of the headrest 2 also has better flatness at the cavity 24, which not only makes the overall structure of the headrest assembly structure more attractive, but more importantly, the user generally leans against the lower region of the headrest 2, so that the occupant can lean against the headrest 2 more comfortably, and the comfort of the user leaning against the headrest 2 is ensured.
As can be seen in connection with fig. 1, 5 and 7, in this embodiment, the mounting opening 23 is generally T-shaped and includes a transverse mounting opening 231 (i.e., the transverse portion of the T) and a vertical mounting opening 232 (i.e., the vertical portion of the T).
The lateral mounting opening 231 is engaged with the grip portion 111 of the operating mechanism 11, and the grip portion 111 is fitted into the lateral mounting opening 231. As shown in fig. 1, the height of the lateral mounting opening 231 of this embodiment is greater than the height of the grip 111, which may reserve space for a user to pull the grip 111; the lateral mounting opening 231 penetrates the front and rear end surfaces of the headrest 2, and the grip 111 is flush with the front and rear end surfaces of the lateral mounting opening 231 in the front-rear direction, and on the basis of this, since the grip 111 is not shielded in the front-rear direction, the user can grip the grip 111 in both the front-rear directions, and the use is more convenient, and since the grip 111 does not protrude from the front and rear end surfaces of the headrest 2, the flatness of the front and rear end surfaces of the headrest 2 is not affected. Moreover, since the head height is generally lower than the height of the holding portion 111 when the user leans against the headrest 2, the exposed and unshielded holding portion 111 does not affect the leaning comfort of the user.
The vertical mounting opening 232 is in sliding engagement with the vertical extension 112 of the operating mechanism 11, the vertical extension 112 being embedded in the vertical mounting opening 232. As can be seen from fig. 5 and 7, the vertical mounting opening 232 in this embodiment is provided as a recess with an open rear end, and the bottom of the recess is flush with the front end face of the headrest 2, that is, the vertical mounting opening 232 has a front end face and the front end face thereof is flush with the front end face of the headrest 2, so that the front end face of the vertical mounting opening 232 can directly shield the front end face of the vertical extension 112, and the flatness of the front end face of the headrest 2 at the position of the vertical mounting opening 232 is ensured. In order to ensure the flatness of the rear end surface of the headrest 2 at the vertical mounting opening 232, the headrest assembly structure of this embodiment further includes a back cover plate 22, where the back cover plate 22 covers the rear end surface of the vertical mounting opening 232, and covers the vertical extension 112 embedded in the vertical mounting opening 232. The vertical mounting opening 232 of this embodiment makes the front and rear end surfaces of the headrest 2 flat at the location of the vertical extension 112, so that the headrest assembly structure is more attractive, and the comfort level of the user leaning on the headrest 2 is improved.
The mounting opening 23 of this embodiment is opened on the entire rear end surface, so that the assembly of the operating mechanism 11 and the headrest 2 is facilitated, and the operating mechanism 11 is simply placed into the mounting opening 23 from the back of the headrest 2 during the assembly, which is convenient and quick.
Therefore, in the headrest assembly structure of this embodiment, since the mounting opening 23 and the cavity 24 are both concave on the front and rear end surfaces of the headrest 2, the operating mechanism 11 embedded in the mounting opening 23 and the linkage mechanism 12 embedded in the cavity 24 are not protruded outwards, so that the structure of the headrest assembly structure is more compact and attractive, and the flatness of the front end surface of the headrest 2 is guaranteed, and the comfort level of a user leaning on the headrest 2 is guaranteed.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a seat body including a headrest 2, a seat frame 3, and a headrest adjusting device 1 of the present invention, wherein the headrest 2 is movably provided on the seat frame 3 in a height direction, such that once the headrest adjusting device 1 controls unlocking of the headrest 2 from the seat frame 3, adjustment of the height of the headrest 2 can be achieved by moving the headrest 2 to a proper height position in the height direction. In the seat main body of the invention, the headrest adjusting device 1 can be arranged on the headrest 2, and only the second locking part is required to be arranged on the seat framework 3; the headrest adjusting device 1 may also be provided on the seat frame 3, and accordingly, the second locking portion may be provided on the headrest 2 in this case.
In order to prevent the headrest 2 from being separated from the seat frame 3 during the height adjustment, in the present invention, the seat body may further include a stopper mechanism 13 for restricting the headrest 2 from continuing to move upward in the height direction with respect to the seat frame 3 when the first locking portion is the same as the highest one of the set of second locking portions. Through setting up stop gear 13, can restrict headrest 2 for seat frame 3 along the biggest displacement of direction of height for headrest 2 can only upwards move to highest gear department at most, can prevent effectively that from pulling out headrest 2 outside the stroke because of excessive movement, prevent that headrest 2 breaks away from seat frame 3 at height-adjusting in-process.
As an embodiment of the limiting mechanism 13, the limiting mechanism 13 may include a first limiting structure and a second limiting structure that are mutually adapted, the first limiting structure is disposed on the seat frame 3, the second limiting structure is disposed on the headrest 2, and when the first locking portion is the same as the highest one of the second locking portions, the first limiting structure limits the second limiting structure to continue to move upward in the height direction relative to the seat frame 3 so as to limit the headrest 2 to continue to move upward in the height direction relative to the seat frame 3.
Fig. 5, 7 and 8 show one embodiment of the limiting mechanism 13. As shown in fig. 5 and 7, in this embodiment, the limiting mechanism 13 includes a limiting slide 131 serving as a first limiting structure and a limiting block 132 serving as a second limiting structure, wherein the limiting block 132 is inserted into the limiting slide 131 and slidingly engaged with the limiting slide 131, and when the first locking portion is the same as the highest one of the set of second locking portions, the top end of the inner wall of the limiting slide 131 forms a stop for the limiting block 132. Based on this, the limiting mechanism 13 of this embodiment realizes the limitation of the headrest 2 through the stop of the limiting slide 131 to the limiting block 132, so that in the process of moving the headrest 2 upwards, once the first locking portion is moved upwards to the height of the second locking portion at the highest gear, the headrest 2 cannot continue to move upwards, thereby effectively preventing the headrest 2 from breaking loose from the seat frame 3 upwards, and helping to ensure the stability of the shift movement process of the headrest 2.
It should be understood that the first limiting structure is the limiting block 132 and the second limiting structure is the limiting slide 131, and the same purpose can be achieved, that is, in this embodiment, only the first limiting structure includes one of the limiting slide 131 and the limiting block 132, and the second limiting structure includes the other of the limiting slide 131 and the limiting block 132. Of course, the limiting mechanism 13 is not limited to the structure of the limiting slide 131 and the limiting block 132, and may be other structures.

Thus, when the headrest 2 moves along the height direction relative to the seat frame 3, the stopper 132 moves in the stopper slide way 131 along with the movement of the headrest 2, and when the headrest 2 moves up to the maximum gear, the second stopper 1322 abuts against the top end of the inner wall of the stopper slide way 131, so as to restrict the headrest 2 from continuing to move up. Further, the first stopper 1321 and the second stopper 1322 are provided to be engaged with the end wall and the inner wall of the stopper slide 131, respectively, so that the movement of the headrest 2 with respect to the seat frame 3 can be guided more effectively.
The stopper 132 of this embodiment is detachably attached to the headrest 2. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in this embodiment, the headrest 2 is provided with a screw 133 protruding toward the rear, correspondingly, the second limiting portion 1322 of the limiting block 132 is correspondingly provided with a threaded hole 1324 matched with the screw 133, the screw 133 is screwed into the threaded hole 1324, so that the limiting block 132 can be fixed on the headrest 2, and the screw 133 is screwed out of the threaded hole 1324, so that the limiting block 132 can be conveniently detached from the headrest 2, thereby facilitating replacement and maintenance.
Further, as can be seen from fig. 8, the screw hole 1324 of this embodiment is provided in the mounting groove 1323 of the second stopper 1322 that is recessed inward with respect to the end face thereof facing the headrest 2, on the bottom face of the mounting groove 1323. In addition, the mounting groove 1323 of this embodiment is open not only toward one end of the headrest 2, so that the screw 133 is inserted into the threaded hole 1324 to be engaged with the threaded hole 1324, but also has an upper and lower end surfaces that are also open, so that screwing or unscrewing operation of the screw 133 is facilitated, and the stopper 132 and the headrest 2 can be more conveniently detached.
As can be seen from fig. 5, in the foregoing embodiment of the present invention, the limiting mechanism 13 and the operation guiding mechanism 14 are provided with two, which has the advantage that more effective limiting and guiding effects can be achieved. More preferably, the two stopper mechanisms 13 and the two operation guide mechanisms 14 may be disposed symmetrically with respect to the vertical bisecting plane of the headrest 2, respectively, to further improve the stability of the overall structure of the seat.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention there is also provided a seat comprising the seat body of the present invention. The seat of the present invention may be various seats including child safety seats, in which the height of the headrest 2 needs to be adjusted.
The foregoing description of the exemplary embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the invention to the particular embodiments disclosed, but on the contrary, the intention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the invention.
