背景技术
越来越多地希望将各种装置或配件集成在座椅元件中。例如,头枕集成用于调节头枕高度的机构,座椅底部件或靠背集成存在传感器、温度传感器等传感器。
这样的集成可能是一个问题,特别是当座椅元件通过将泡沫注射到模具中而形成时。事实上,该装置在泡沫注射之前不能放置在模具中,因为在注射过程中,泡沫可能会达到装置的一些部分并且阻碍其后续操作。
需要将装置集成在泡沫座椅元件中,而不会冒损坏装置的风险。

现在,图1中那种类型的装置在座椅元件中的集成只能在之后执行,即,以包括用于装置的结构性开口的两个泡沫壳体的形式来制造座椅元件。这样的开口通常由形成两个半壳的泡沫注射模具限定。然后将该装置放置在该空间中,最后将两个壳体进行组装。这个过程很长。
然而,目前的技术不可能将装置放置在注射模具中,以便使元件以一体件形成。事实上,在注射期间,由于压力,泡沫将渗透到装置中并且将冒对其后续操作产生不利影响的风险。
