本发明公开了一种抗菌防皱复合面料,包括基布层和分别复合于基布层两侧的第一棉布层和第二棉布层;第一棉布层与基布层之间通过抗菌层连接,第二棉布层与基布层之间通过透湿薄膜连接;基布层由经纱与纬纱交织而成,经纱包括内层纱芯和缠绕于所述内层纱芯外部的第一外层纱和第二外层纱,内层纱芯为弹性纤维,第一外层纱与第二外层纱在内层纱芯外部呈双螺旋结构,与现有技术相比,本发明通过基布层的经纱的弹性纱芯及其第二层的涤纶包覆纱的涤纶包绕层使得纱线具有更大的弹性形变和应变回复性,这将提高织物的抗皱性能,基布层纬纱为由抗菌纤维纺制的混纺纱,其与复合在基布上的抗菌层、透湿层协同作用将提高复合面料的抗菌效果。

本发明涉及一种面料,特别是一种抗菌防皱复合面料。
背景技术
随着生活质量的提高,越来越多的人意识到健康的重要性,因此人们对服装的要求也越来越高,譬如说服装自带抗菌作用,而普通的面料为单层的织物,功能单一,不具备抗菌的功能。另外,由纯棉纱线织造而成的织物其抗皱效果较差,洗涤后容易产生折皱,影响服装外观平整性。为此,如何开发出兼具抗菌和防皱功能的面料成为纺织行业一个共性技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌防皱复合面料,以解决现有技术中的技术问题,它能够提高面料的抗菌性能,同时具备良好的抗皱性。
本发明提供了一种抗菌防皱复合面料,包括基布层和分别复合于所述基布层两侧的第一棉布层和第二棉布层,所述第一棉布层与所述基布层之间设有抗菌层,所述第二棉布层与所述基布层之间设有透湿薄膜,所述基布层由经纱与纬纱交织而成,所述经纱包括内层纱芯和缠绕于所述内层纱芯外部的第一外层纱和第二外层纱,所述内层纱芯为弹性纤维,所述第一外层纱与所述第二外层纱捻向相同。
优选的是,所述抗菌层为银离子抗菌剂,所述银离子抗菌剂粘合于所述第一棉布层与所述基布层之间。
优选的是,所述透湿薄膜由纳米级无机抗菌材料组成。
优选的是,所述第一外层纱为涤纶混纺纱,包括混纺内芯和包裹于所述混纺内芯外部的涤纶混纺纱外层,所述混纺内芯包括竹纤维和亚麻纤维,所述竹纤维与所述亚麻纤维均匀分布于所述混纺内芯。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:基布层的经纱的弹性纱芯及其第二层的涤纶包覆纱的涤纶包绕层使得纱线具有更大的弹性形变和应变回复性,纬纱外层的铜氨纤维为高弹性模量化纤,具有良好的弹性回复率。同时,基布中经纬纱均为多种纤维复合纱,这使得纱线结构紧密,纱线抗弯刚度大,这将提高织物的抗皱性能。在基布层中,纬纱中含有竹纤维,其有抑菌效果,为基布抗菌提供了保证。另外,基布两侧复合含有银离子的抗菌层和由纳米级无机抗菌材料组成的透湿薄膜,其与基布形成三明治结构的抗菌复合屏障。相比于传统的单层织物,三明治结构的复合形式能够实现基布层经纬纱内抗菌纤维与抗菌层和透湿薄膜的协同抗菌作用,将提高复合面料的抗菌效果。同时,三明治复合结构使得织物具有单向导湿透气功能,能够将汗液和湿气迅速从皮肤表面排出,这也避免了水分在织物的滞留,破坏了细菌能够大量繁殖的必须条件,达到了抑菌效果。

所述抗菌层4为银离子抗菌剂,所述银离子抗菌剂粘合于所述第一棉布层2与所述基布层1之间。银离子的杀菌和抗菌能力很强,粘合于第一棉布层2与基布层1之间,能够有效将人体皮肤表面的细菌杀死,提高耐穿性,保证人体健康。

请参考图3,所述第一外层纱7为涤纶混纺纱,包括混纺内芯9和包裹于所述混纺内芯9外部的涤纶外层10,所述混纺内芯9包括第一竹纤维11和亚麻纤维12,所述竹纤维11与所述亚麻纤维12均匀分布于所述混纺内芯9。第一竹纤维11具有良好的透气性、较强的耐磨性、天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能;亚麻纤维12具有调温、抗过敏、防静电、抗菌的功能,所以亚麻织物手感干爽,防皱性能优越;涤纶纤维强度高、弹性好、耐磨性能优良;第一外层纱7的结构及组成使得面料具有很好的抗菌抗皱性,舒适耐穿。
请参考图4,所述第二外层纱8为涤纶包覆纱,包括抗菌内芯13和包覆于所述抗菌内芯13外部的防皱外层14,所述抗菌内芯13为经抗菌剂处理过的棉条,所述防皱外层14为涤纶纤维。所述抗菌剂包括纳米银颗粒、纳米竹炭颗粒、助剂和溶剂。
请参考图5,所述纬纱为抗菌复合纱线,包括保健内芯15、包裹于所述保健内芯15的抗菌中间层16和包覆于所述抗菌中间层16的耐磨外层17,所述保健内芯15包括发热纤维18和磁化纤维19,所述发热纤维18和所述磁化纤维19相互缠绕形成保健内芯15,所述抗菌中间层16为第二竹纤维,所述耐磨外层17为铜氨纤维。发热纤维18可以自行发热从而温暖身体,具有优良的发热性、保湿性、调湿性和柔软性;磁化纤维19能够发射远红外线从而产生热能,发热纤维18与磁化纤维19相互缠绕增加了接触面积,从而使得发热纤维18能够保存磁化纤维19产生的热能,使得面料保温性能提高,同时,磁化纤维19与发热纤维18的结构进一步提高了面料的韧性和抗拉强度;铜氨纤维具有会弹性、抑菌抗静电、悬垂性佳四大功能,服用性能极佳。

Claims (6)
1.一种抗菌防皱复合面料,其特征在于:包括基布层(1)和分别复合于所述基布层(1)两侧的第一棉布层(2)和第二棉布层(3);所述第一棉布层(2)与所述基布层(1)之间通过抗菌层(4)连接,所述第二棉布层(3)与所述基布层(1)之间通过透湿薄膜(5)连接;所述基布层(1)由经纱与纬纱交织而成,所述经纱包括内层纱芯(6)和缠绕于所述内层纱芯(6)外部的第一外层纱(7)和第二外层纱(8),所述内层纱芯(6)为弹性纤维,所述第一外层纱(7)与所述第二外层纱(8)在内层纱芯(6)外部呈双螺旋结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防皱复合面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(4)粘合于所述第一棉布层(2)与所述基布层(1)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防皱复合面料,其特征在于:所述第一外层纱(7)为涤纶混纺纱,包括混纺内芯(9)和包裹于所述混纺内芯(9)外部的涤纶外层(10),所述混纺内芯(9)包括均匀分布于所述混纺内芯(9)中的第一竹纤维(11)和亚麻纤维(12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防皱复合面料,其特征在于:所述第二外层纱(8)为涤纶包覆纱,包括抗菌内芯(13)和包覆于所述抗菌内芯(13)外部的防皱外层(14),所述抗菌内芯(13)为经抗菌剂处理过的棉纱,所述防皱外层(14)为涤纶纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防皱复合面料,其特征在于:所述纬纱为抗菌复合纱线,包括保健内芯(15)、包裹于所述保健内芯(15)的抗菌中间层(16)和包覆于所述抗菌中间层(16)的耐磨外层(17)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防皱复合面料,其特征在于:所述保健内芯(15)包括发热纤维(18)和磁化纤维(19),所述发热纤维(18)和所述磁化纤维(19)相互缠绕形成保健内芯(15),所述抗菌中间层(16)为第二竹纤维,所述耐磨外层(17)为铜氨纤维。
