Abstract

本发明涉及一种吸光发热阻燃地板,一种吸光发热阻燃地板,包括橡木基板,所述橡木基板内部分布有阻燃吸光发热粉,在所述橡木基板的上方包覆有一层透明致密的清漆保护层,所述阻燃吸光发热粉是由阻燃剂和吸光发热粉混合后通过压注机压注入橡木基板的内部,所述阻燃剂为MgAl‑CO32—‑LDHs固体颗粒,所述吸光发热粉为纯度大于99wt%、厚度为0.5‑3.0nm、片层直径为0.5‑5um、比表面积为1000‑1217m2/g的石墨烯粉。本发明中的吸光发热地板在配合外部设置的红外辐射源(如红外射灯),阻燃吸光发热粉可以吸收远红外线及微波频率范围的光来共振发热,并因为吸光发热材料的厚度在等于波长1/4时,透过谐振作用可减少微波的反射,发热效率进一步提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种吸光发热阻燃地板。
背景技术
目前市面上的地板主要分为木质地板和地砖,地砖一般为陶瓷质地,铺有地砖的室内往往会使人有冰冷之感,但是铺有木质地板的屋内虽然不会使人有这种感受,但是一旦发生火灾,木质地板将会成为极佳的助燃物,导致火势难以控制,最终对人身财产安全造成损害。
另外,现有的发热地板多是通过加载有发热电阻丝进行主动发热,能耗巨大并且发出的热量有相当部分被地面传走。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提出一种吸光发热阻燃地板。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种吸光发热阻燃地板,包括橡木基板,所述橡木基板内部分布有阻燃吸光发热粉,在所述橡木基板的上方包覆有一层透明致密的清漆保护层,所述阻燃吸光发热粉是由阻燃剂和吸光发热粉混合后通过压注机压注入橡木基板的内部,所述阻燃剂为MgAl-CO3 2--LDHs固体颗粒,所述吸光发热粉为纯度大于99wt%、厚度为0.5-3.0nm、片层直径为0.5-5um、比表面积为1000-1217m2/g的石墨烯粉。
进一步的,在所述清漆保护层和所述橡木基板之间还设置有一层导热层,所述导热层是由光敏环氧树脂均匀涂布在所述橡木基板上后经紫外灯照射后固化而成,所述环氧树脂中均匀分散有聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯改性石墨烯。
进一步的,所述阻燃吸光发热粉中还包括炭粉,所述阻燃剂、吸光发热粉和炭粉的重量比为2:3:5。
进一步的,所述橡木基板在加注阻燃吸光发热粉之前经过浓度17%-18%的NH4H2PO4溶液浸渍24小时后烘干处理至含水量10%-14%。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中的吸光发热地板是在橡木基板内加注阻燃吸光发热粉制成。在配合外部设置的红外辐射源(如红外射灯),阻燃吸光发热粉可以吸收远红外线及微波频率范围的光来共振发热,并因为吸光发热材料的厚度在等于波长1/4时,透过谐振作用可减少微波的反射,发热效率进一步提高。
另外,经过NH4H2PO4处理后的橡木基板的有焰燃烧区间温度范围变窄,无焰燃烧阶段温度范围变宽,在受热时通过促使木质脱水炭化以达到阻燃目的。阻燃吸光发热粉中所采用的MgAl-CO3 2—-LDHs阻燃材料,在逐步的受热过程中,先是脱去层间水进而层状结构被破坏生成尖晶石最终在木质表面烧结形成玻璃状覆盖层,阻止氧气接近橡木基板从而达到阻燃目的。
值得一提的是:本发明中通过紫外光固化的方式可以避免热固化对阻燃材料造成负面影响,并通过导热涂层将吸光发热涂层产生热量在地板表面均匀化,避免局部温度过高引燃。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示,本发明中的吸光发热阻燃地板,包括橡木基板1,橡木基板1内部分布有阻燃吸光发热粉,在橡木基板1的上方包覆有一层透明致密的清漆保护层2。
阻燃吸光发热粉是由阻燃剂和吸光发热粉混合后通过压注机压注入橡木基板1的内部,阻燃剂为MgAl-CO3 2--LDHs固体颗粒,吸光发热粉为纯度大于99wt%、厚度为0.5-3.0nm、片层直径为0.5-5um、比表面积为1000-1217m2/g的石墨烯粉。进一步的,阻燃吸光发热粉中还可以包括炭粉,阻燃剂、吸光发热粉和炭粉的重量比为2:3:5。
可以作为优选的是:在清漆保护层2和橡木基板1之间还设置有一层导热层3,导热层3是由光敏环氧树脂均匀涂布在橡木基板1上后经紫外灯照射后固化而成,环氧树脂中均匀分散有聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯改性石墨烯。
为进一步增进阻燃性能,可以在橡木基板1在加注阻燃吸光发热粉之前经过浓度17%-18%的NH4H2PO4溶液浸渍24小时后烘干处理至含水量10%-14%。
本发明的不局限于上述实施例,本发明的上述各个实施例的技术方案彼此可以交叉组合形成新的技术方案,另外凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。

1.一种吸光发热阻燃地板,其特征在于:包括橡木基板,所述橡木基板内部分布有阻燃吸光发热粉,在所述橡木基板的上方包覆有一层透明致密的清漆保护层,所述阻燃吸光发热粉是由阻燃剂和吸光发热粉混合后通过压注机压注入橡木基板的内部,所述阻燃剂为MgAl-CO3 2—-LDHs固体颗粒,所述吸光发热粉为纯度大于99wt%、厚度为0.5-3.0nm、片层直径为0.5-5um、比表面积为1000-1217m2/g的石墨烯粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述吸光发热阻燃地板,其特征在于:在所述清漆保护层和所述橡木基板之间还设置有一层导热层,所述导热层是由光敏环氧树脂均匀涂布在所述橡木基板上后经紫外灯照射后固化而成,所述环氧树脂中均匀分散有聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯改性石墨烯。
3.根据权利要求2所述吸光发热阻燃地板,其特征在于:所述阻燃吸光发热粉中还包括炭粉,所述阻燃剂、吸光发热粉和炭粉的重量比为2:3:5。
4.根据权利要求3所述吸光发热阻燃地板,其特征在于:所述橡木基板在加注阻燃吸光发热粉之前经过浓度17%-18%的NH4H2PO4溶液浸渍24小时后烘干处理至含水量10%-14%。
