When the guide device is suspended and does not contact with the front cover, water flows from the guide device to the first layer of the diversion check ring closest to the guide device and then flows to the next layer of the diversion check ring from the diversion holes arranged on the diversion check ring and having the same inclination direction, so that the water flows form the water flows rotating in the same direction.

In practical application, an elastic pressure deformation valve can be directly arranged in the water spraying hole, a tearing opening is formed in the pressure deformation valve, and the elastic pressure deformation valve can be arranged at the water inlet end of the water spraying hole and also can be arranged in the middle of the water spraying hole or at the water outlet end.
