Description

Excrement collecting, processing and detecting device for digestive system department
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of digestive system inspection, and particularly relates to a device for collecting, treating and detecting excrement for the digestive system.
Background
Fecal testing is a technological approach to modern medical testing. It has important reference value for the clinical diagnosis of certain diseases, because the body often has some changes of secretion and excretion in certain pathological states, for example gastritis, and whether the disease is caused is determined by analyzing whether urine contains protein through urinalysis. In the digestive system examination, the excrement detection data is an important reference data, and medical staff can comprehensively judge the digestive system problems of patients according to the detection and examination report of excrement.
Urine tests include general character tests, chemical tests, microscopic ytterbium tests, bacteriological tests, and the like, and with the application of automated analysis in whole experimental diagnosis, there are not only clinical applications of urine automatic analyzers for dry chemical analysis (8A, 10A, and 11A dry chemical analyzers for 8, l0, and 11 analyses), but also automatic analyzers for urinary sediments using the flow cytometer principle in some major hospitals.
Stool examination is one of clinical routine laboratory examination projects, some pathological phenomena of gastrointestinal tracts can be known more intuitively through the examination, the functional conditions of digestive tracts, pancreas and liver and gall can be judged indirectly, the examination is divided into macroscopic general character observation, microscopic examination and chemical examination, normal stool is brown yellow soft stool, the normal stool can be different due to different food types, food quantities and digestive function states, and fresh blood can be seen in internal and external hemorrhoids, anal fissure bleeding, rectal cancer bleeding and the like; asphaltic feces (dark and shiny) can be seen in upper gastrointestinal bleeding; bloody pus can be found in bacillary dysentery, ulcerative colitis, carcinoma of large intestine, etc.; grayish white is easy to be seen in biliary obstruction (argil-like stool) and after barium meal examination (barium removal); mucus in the small and large intestine, and diarrhea in the affected part, such as infectious or non-infectious diarrhea, such as acute gastroenteritis; it is similar to rice soup and is found in cholera and accessory cholera; if the amount is large and the frequency is high, the food is yellow green and membranous substances exist, the intestinal flora imbalance and pseudomembranous enteritis are considered, and undigested food, calculi, parasite bodies and large fragments can be seen in feces sometimes.
At present, because hospital laboratory number is more, and the lavatory is too far away from sample collection window, the patient often gathers excrement and urine and can not in time censorship behind the urine sample, need queue up and wait, sometimes because the sample censorship untimely leads to the testing result inaccurate often, medical negligence such as misdiagnosis takes place, and take the excrement out of the lavatory, walk about in the hospital, spill easily, and the excrement often smell is bad, the handheld excrement sample of patient waits to examine time measuring, the smell that the excrement sent can lead to patient's mind and body uncomfortable, can induce the patient's vomiting that has the gastropathy even. Therefore, it is necessary to design an apparatus for detecting excreta, which integrates collection, treatment and detection.
