the method comprises the following steps of recording and counting the water consumption of each water consumption time interval of each day in a period, and adding the water consumption time interval corresponding to the water consumption into a first heating time interval when the water consumption is more than or equal to a first preset water consumption:
calculating the water consumption of each water consumption in all water consumption time periods, and calculating the total water consumption in each water consumption time period to obtain the average water consumption of each time period in each period;
and when the average water consumption is greater than or equal to a first preset water consumption, the time period corresponding to the average water consumption is included in a first heating time period.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after the step of setting a first heating period for each day of the cycle according to the control instruction:
and when the statistical average water consumption of the first heating time interval is less than the first preset water consumption, removing the time interval out of the first heating time interval.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after the step of setting a first heating period for each day of the cycle according to the control instruction:

when the water consumption is more than or equal to a second preset water consumption and less than the first preset water consumption, setting a water consumption time period corresponding to the water consumption as a second heating time period;
and when the electric water heater is in the second heating time period, heating the water to a second preset water temperature.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein before the step of heating the water to a first preset temperature when the electric water heater is in a first heating period, setting a period of time other than the first heating period in a day as a standby period, further comprises:
detecting the current water temperature in the current electric water heater;
comparing the current water temperature with a first preset water temperature;
when the current water temperature is lower than the first preset water temperature, a preset heating assembly and a preset heating time length are selected according to the difference value of the first preset water temperature and the current water temperature.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of heating the water to a first preset temperature when the electric water heater is in a first heating period, setting a period of time other than the first heating period in a day as a standby period, further comprising:
and when the water consumption reaches the third preset water consumption, heating the water temperature of the electric water heater to the third preset temperature from the moment when the third preset water consumption is reached.
6. An electric water heater, comprising:
