Abstract

本发明设计一种纳米光催化空气净化领域的装置。该室内空气净化器在进风栅格后依次设初效滤网(1)、HEPA过滤器(2)、活性炭吸附板(3)、纳米光催化材料单面附着板(4)、LED自然光灯(5)、纳米光催化材料双面附着板(6)、LED自然光灯(5)、纳米光催化材料单面附着板(4)、大功率特定光谱LED紫外灯(7)、负离子发生器(8)、离心风机(9)。各个部分采用卡扣式紧密固定在机箱外壳内。其中,可以调整部件(4)、(5)、(6)之间的间距来优化其效果。该装置可以净化室内空气中的颗粒物、微生物、病毒、细菌等,有效去除甲醛等VOC可挥发性气体,并能够改善空气质量,提高负离子含量。

Description

一种高效纳米光催化室内空气净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化环境保护领域的方法,具体是关于一种纳米光催化技术净化空气装置的制作方法。
背景技术
近年来,以“雾霾”为首要代表的环境污染问题愈发严峻,为了躲避肉眼不可见的颗粒物(PM10)、细颗粒物(PM2.5)、氮氧化物和硫氧化物等,人们在室内的时间明显大幅增加。据统计,约有60%的时间是在室内度过的。实际上,室内空气污染程度常常比室外空气污染严重2~3倍,造成室内空气的污染主要来源于以下五个方面:一是人体呼吸、烟气;二是装修材料、日常用品;三是微生物、病毒、细菌;四是厨房油烟;五是空调综合症。室内空气污染物可分为有挥发性有机物等气体污染物、微生物污染物、固体颗粒污染物等三类污染物。为了改善室内空气质量,已经研制出各类空气净化器用于室内空气净化,并且取得了一定的净化效果。随着空气净化器国家标(GB/T18801-2015)的颁布,对空气净化器的性能和安全指标提出了统一的标准,必将对空气净化技术和空气净化器制造提出更高的要求和挑战。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于利用一种自制的高活性光催化剂,对室内空气进行有效改善的装置。纳米光催化剂的制备技术经历了40余年的发展,得到了飞速的发展。采用各种不同的制备方法,可以得到各种形貌,各种粒径大小以及各种结构的纳微米材料,具有不同相应的性能,本净化器旨在利用自制包覆型TiO2复合纳米可见光催化剂,提高其活性及可见光催化范围,从而制备高活性光催化室内空气净化器。本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的,具体包括如下步骤:
1.一种纳米光催化室内空气净化器,其特征在于:该室内空气净化器在进风栅格后依次设初效滤网 (1)、HEPA(海帕)过滤器(2)、活性炭吸附板(3)、纳米光催化材料单面附着板(4)、LED自然光灯 (5)、纳米光催化材料双面附着板(6)、LED自然光灯(5)、纳米光催化材料单面附着板(4)、大功率特定光谱LED紫外灯(7)、负离子发生器(8)、离心风机(9)。各个部分采用卡扣式紧密固定在机箱外壳内。
2.纳米光催化材料载体自身稳定且光催化材料负载牢固,LED自然光足够强且在纳米光催化材料附着板上照射均匀。其中:纳米光催化材料附着板分为纳米光催化材料单面附着板(4)和纳米光催化材料双面附着板(6)两种。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例作详细说明:本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
机箱外壳30cm(宽)×50cm(高)×50cm(深),该室内空气净化器在进风栅格后依次设初效滤网 200目(1)、HEPA过滤器(2)、活性炭纤维板(2mm)(3)、纳米光催化材料单面附着板(自制)(4)、 LED自然光灯15W(5)、纳米光催化材料双面附着板(自制)(6)、LED自然光灯15W(5)、纳米光催化材料单面附着板(自制)(4)、大功率特定光谱LED紫外灯30W(7)、负离子发生器20W(8)、离心风机风量100m3/h(9),各个部分采用卡扣式紧密固定在机箱外壳内。该装置可以净化室内空气中的颗粒物、微生物、病毒、细菌等,有效去除甲醛等VOC可挥发性气体,并能够改善空气质量,提高负离子含量。

Claims (5)

1.一种纳米光催化室内空气净化器,其特征在于:该室内空气净化器在进风栅格后依次设初效滤网(1)、HEPA(海帕)过滤器(2)、活性炭吸附板(3)、纳米光催化材料单面附着板(4)、LED自然光灯(5)、纳米光催化材料双面附着板(6)、LED自然光灯(5)、纳米光催化材料单面附着板(4)、大功率特定光谱LED紫外灯(7)、负离子发生器(8)、离心风机(9)。各个部分采用卡扣式紧密固定在机箱外壳内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米光催化室内空气净化器,其特征在于:初效滤网、HEPA(海帕)过滤器、活性炭吸附板均起吸附或过滤空气中的污染物作用,LED自然光足够强且在纳米光催化材料附着板上照射均匀,直接净化分解空气中的污染物,大功率特定光谱LED紫外灯主要起杀菌作用,负离子发生器提高室内负离子含量,离心风机起负压抽吸作用,提高室内空气交换速率。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纳米光催化室内空气净化器,其特征在于:纳米光催化材料自制的高效可见光催化剂,载体自身稳定且光催化材料负载牢固,直接影响光触媒分解净化效果。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纳米光催化室内空气净化器,其特征在于:根据光源安装位置,纳米光催化材料附着板分为纳米光催化材料单面附着板(4)和纳米光催化材料双面附着板(6)两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纳米光催化室内空气净化器,其特征在于:上述各部件均按(1)~(9)顺序安装,各部件之间可通过预先设计的插口调整间距进一步优化空气净化器实际运行效果。
