Abstract

本发明提供了一种聚乙烯用填充母料,包括:由下述原料按重量份配比而成:EVA10‑100份,硬酯酸5‑30份,硬酯酸钡1‑20份,硫酸钡10‑100份,聚乙烯蜡 5‑20份。本发明起到予光制造均匀的填充母粒,具有硫酸锡在与EVA相容性好、制造方便,而且EVA与LDPE、LLDPE相容性极好,当塑料(LDPE、LLDPE)进行接枝反应时给LDPE、LLDPE进行填充有良好降低成本作用。对于LDPE、LLDPE来讲增加价廉的填充母料成本可降低10‑20%,并且有较好性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品领域,具体是一种聚乙烯用填充母料。
背景技术
应用于塑料制品的填充物料很多。但各起到的作用各不相同,一般应用于塑料填充比较常用的是碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石粉等,这些矿物质填充料,单纯的用活性处理方法应用很有局限性,有些虽然能起到固型降低成本的目的,但当活性填充物加入到乙烯中会引起交联度不够伸长率降低,抗冲击力降低问题也存在,还有改变了塑料的色泽等不良问题,为此寻求一些既降低生产成本,又要增强提高填充后塑料的性能的填充母料当务之急。必须根据填充物料进行改性制成母料,方便于塑料的改性,为此本专利针对聚乙烯LDPE、LLDPE改造方面设计的。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种聚乙烯用填充母料。
本发明公开了一种聚乙烯用填充母料,包括:由下述原料按重量份配比而成:
EVA 10-100份
硬酯酸 5-30份
硬酯酸钡 1-20份
硫酸钡 10-100份
聚乙烯蜡 5-20份
优选地,由下述原料按重量份配比而成:
EVA 55份
硬酯酸 17.5份
硬酯酸钡 10.5份
硫酸钡 55份
聚乙烯蜡 12.5份
本发明有益效果在于:(1)、原一般活性处理的填充有机物如碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石粉其有机物微粒表面处理包裹了一层高级酯肪如硬脂酸,其硬脂酸与有机物相亲与塑料相亲,但在塑料融化状态进行接枝时作业明显丧失,所以一般表面处理的有机物作填充对塑料(LLDPE、LDPE)接枝反应时没有效果。虽然经济价值大,根本不起作用。(2)、由于(1)的原因采用本发明的新的配方起到予光制造均匀的填充母粒,具有硫酸锡在与EVA相容性好、制造方便,而且EVA与LDPE、LLDPE相容性极好,当塑料(LDPE、LLDPE)进行接枝反应时给LDPE、LLDPE进行填充有良好降低成本作用。对于LDPE、LLDPE来讲增加价廉的填充母料成本可降低10-20%,并且有较好性能。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
本发明所述的一种聚乙烯用填充母料,包括:由下述原料按重量份配比而成:EVA :10份,硬酯酸;5份,硬酯酸钡:1份,硫酸钡:10份,聚乙烯蜡:5份,经过高速拌和机高速混合10分钟,出锅后输送挤出机,加温160-210摄氏度造粒包装成品。
实施例2
本发明所述的一种聚乙烯用填充母料,包括:由下述原料按重量份配比而成:EVA :55份,硬酯酸;17.5份,硬酯酸钡:10.5份,硫酸钡:55份,聚乙烯蜡:12.5份,经过高速拌和机高速混合10分钟,出锅后输送挤出机,加温160-210摄氏度造粒包装成品。
实施例3
本发明所述的一种聚乙烯用填充母料,包括:由下述原料按重量份配比而成:EVA :100份,硬酯酸;30份,硬酯酸钡:20份,硫酸钡:100份,聚乙烯蜡:20份,经过高速拌和机高速混合10分钟,出锅后输送挤出机,加温160-210摄氏度造粒包装成品。
经试验本专利产品对各类各型号聚乙烯有较好的亲和性不改变原来色泽,流动性比较好,对聚乙烯产品的热收缩和尺寸变化率有较大的提高。

注:1、2、3号是由本母料加入LLDPE温水交联料内其用量典型值为1:10、1:20、1:30共三个实验样的结果。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,份当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

EVA 10-100份
硬酯酸 5-30份
硬酯酸钡 1-20份
硫酸钡 10-100份
聚乙烯蜡 5-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乙烯用填充母料,其特征在于,包括:由下述原料按重量份配比而成:
EVA 55份
硬酯酸 17.5份
硬酯酸钡 10.5份
硫酸钡 55份
聚乙烯蜡 12.5份。
