Finger stall for vacuum blood collection tube
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical instrument, in particular to a finger stall for a vacuum blood collection tube.
Background
When the vacuum blood collection tube is used for collecting blood, the index finger and the middle finger are required to be abutted against the handle of the needle holder, and the thumb is required to be abutted against the bottom end of the vacuum blood collection tube for operation. Because the hands are required to be disinfected during operation, the phenomenon that the bottom end of the blood collection tube slips due to disinfectant on the thumb often occurs. In addition, during blood collection, the blood collection tube needs to be rocked so that the anticoagulant attached to the vacuum blood collection tube is uniformly mixed with the blood, and the coagulation of the blood sample is prevented.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention aims to provide a finger stall for a vacuum blood collection tube, which can prevent the thumb from slipping off the blood collection tube and can facilitate the blood shaking operation while collecting blood.
The invention relates to a finger stall for a vacuum blood collection tube, which comprises the following components: vascular cannulas, thumb cannulas;
the vascular cannula is for receiving an end of a vacuum blood collection tube, and has a first end opening for insertion of the vacuum blood collection tube therethrough;
a lower end opening of the thumb sleeve for insertion of a user's thumb therethrough;
the underside of the vascular cannula is rotatably connected with the upper end of the thumb cannula.
Preferably, the vascular cannula and thumb cannula are rotatably connected together by a connector;
the upper end of the connecting piece is rotatably connected with the lower side of the vascular cannula, and the lower end of the connecting piece is rotatably connected with the upper end of the thumb cannula.
Preferably, the rotatable connection is a pivot connection, a ball joint connection, or a flexible connection.
Preferably, the lower end of the connector is rotatably connected to the upper end of the thumb sleeve by a pivot or ball joint.
Preferably, the connection member is formed as an elastic fork member; forming at least one concave part on the first outer side and the second outer side of the vascular cannula along the length direction of the vascular cannula; the body of the elastic fork is formed in a U shape, and the inner sides of the upper ends of the U-shaped body are respectively provided with a shaft which is inserted into the concave parts of the first outer side and the second outer side of the vascular cannula.
Preferably, a ball is formed at the lower end of the connecting piece, a concave cavity is formed at the upper end of the thumb sleeve, and the ball is clamped in the concave cavity to form a ball joint.
Preferably, a spring supporting an end of the vacuum blood collection tube is formed at a bottom of the inner space of the blood vessel sleeve.
Preferably, the at least one recess of the first and second outer sides is formed in plurality, respectively.
Preferably, the at least one recess of the first and second outer sides is formed in a row, respectively.
According to the finger stall for the vacuum blood collection tube, the end part of the vacuum blood collection tube is accommodated in the blood collection tube, the thumb is accommodated in the thumb sleeve, and even if the thumb is fully coated with disinfectant, the situation that the vacuum blood collection tube slips off can not occur, and the blood collection tube can be rocked to shake blood through the movement of the thumb in the blood collection process due to the rotatable connection between the blood collection tube and the thumb sleeve.

Detailed Description
The finger cuff for a vacuum blood collection tube according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The finger cuff for a vacuum blood collection tube of the present invention comprises: vascular cannula 10, thumb cannula 30.
The vascular cannula 10 is adapted to receive the end of a vacuum blood collection tube, with a first end opening for insertion of the vacuum blood collection tube 40 therethrough.
The lower end of the thumb sleeve 30 is open for insertion of the user's thumb therethrough.
The underside of the vascular sleeve 10 is rotatably connected directly to the upper end of the thumb sleeve 30. The rotatable realization can be a pivot, a ball joint or a flexible connection realized by a spring.
To increase the swing amplitude of the evacuated blood collection tube and increase the blood shaking effect, the vascular cannula 10 and thumb cannula 30 are rotatably and indirectly coupled together by the coupling member 20. The rotatable realization can be a pivot, a ball joint or a flexible connection realized by a spring.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the upper end of the connector 20 is rotatably connected to the lower side of the vascular cannula 10, and the lower end of the connector 20 is rotatably connected to the upper end of the thumb cannula 30. Also, the pivotal connection may be a pivotal connection, a ball joint connection, or a flexible connection.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the lower end of the connector 20 is rotatably connected to the upper end of the thumb sleeve 30 by a pivot or ball joint.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the connection member 20 is formed as an elastic fork member 21; along the length direction of the vascular cannula 10, at least one recess 11 is formed at the first outer side and the second outer side of the vascular cannula 10, respectively; the body of the elastic fork 21 is formed in a U shape, and the inner sides of the upper ends of the U-shaped body are respectively provided with shafts 22, and the shafts 22 are inserted into the recesses 11 of the first outer side and the second outer side of the vascular sleeve 10. The recess 11 may be formed in a plurality of rows. Thus, in the case where the vacuum blood collection tube is long, the position of the elastic fork 21 in the concave portion 11 of the vascular cannula 10 can be adjusted to a position suitable for the user to operate.
The lower end of the connecting piece 20 is provided with a ball head 23, the upper end of the thumb sleeve is provided with a concave groove 31, and the ball head 23 is clamped in the concave groove 31 to form a ball joint.
The bottom of the inner space of the vessel sleeve 10 is formed with a spring supporting the end of the vacuum blood collection tube 40.
As shown in fig. 9, after the vacuum lancet 60 is coupled to the needle holder 50, it is inserted into the vacuum lancet tube 40. As shown in fig. 10, the vacuum blood collection tube is contained within the vascular cannula and is completely unaffected by the disinfectant on the user's hand and does not slip. In fig. 10, the catheter sheath swings with the vacuum blood collection tube by the thumb movement, which acts as a shaker.
