the landing machine further sends upgrading notification information to all indoor units of the first floor of the corresponding unit of the corresponding building;
after receiving the upgrade notification information, the indoor unit receives upgrade package version information from the elevator machine, and downloads a software upgrade package from the elevator machine for software upgrade after confirming that the upgrade package version information is newer than the local software version information;
after the indoor unit finishes upgrading, sending upgrading notification information to the corresponding indoor unit of the second floor;
after receiving the upgrade notification information, the indoor unit of the second floor receives upgrade package version information from the corresponding indoor unit of the first floor, and downloads a software upgrade package from the indoor unit for software upgrade after confirming that the upgrade package version information is newer than the software version information of the local unit; repeating the operation of the third informing step and the second terminal upgrading step until all the indoor units to be upgraded receive the upgrading notification information and process the upgrading notification information;
when the landing stair machine or the indoor unit cannot successfully send the upgrade notification information to the indoor unit which is not installed or powered on, the indoor unit is replaced to send the upgrade notification information to the indoor unit corresponding to the next floor;
after the indoor unit which is not installed or is not electrified is installed and electrified, local software version information is sent to a first ladder way machine in the unit where the indoor unit is located, the ladder way machine compares the software version information of the indoor unit, if the version information of an indoor unit software upgrading package in the ladder way machine is updated, upgrading notification information is sent to the indoor unit, and after the indoor unit receives the information, the software upgrading package is downloaded from the ladder way machine to be upgraded.
5. A building intercom system comprising:
a public network building intercom system and at least one building intercom system in a cell; wherein, public network building intercom system includes: the central server and the terminal equipment are in communication connection through the Internet and comprise a cell ladder way machine; the building intercom system in the district includes: the terminal equipment which is in communication connection through the Ethernet local area network comprises a ladder way machine, an indoor machine and a management machine; the central server is in communication connection with the terminal equipment and is used for providing terminal equipment software upgrading service for all cells accessed to the server; the specific upgrade service functions are as follows:
the central server is used for receiving a software upgrading instruction and software upgrading information of the terminal equipment, wherein the software upgrading information comprises cell information of the terminal equipment, the type of the terminal equipment and upgrading software version information;
the central server is also used for sending first upgrading notification information to the corresponding elevator entrance machines of the selected cells according to the upgrading requirements of different terminal devices;
the gateway machine is used for recording the version information of the software upgrading package and downloading the software upgrading package after receiving the first upgrading notification information;
the elevator entrance machine is further used for transmitting second upgrading notification information to the terminal equipment to be upgraded;
and the terminal equipment receives the version information of the upgrade package from the elevator machine, and downloads the software upgrade package from the elevator machine for software upgrade after confirming that the version information of the upgrade package is newer than the version information of the software of the terminal equipment.

the central server is used for sending software upgrading notification information to all the elevator landing machines connected to the internet in the selected cell;
after receiving the upgrade notification information, the elevator entrance machine firstly records the version information of the upgrade package, and after confirming that the version information of the upgrade package is newer than the version information of the native software, downloads the software upgrade package from the central server for software upgrade.

the elevator entrance machine is also used for further sending upgrading notification information to the manager of the selected cell;
and after the management machine receives the upgrade notification information, receiving upgrade package version information from the ladder way machine, and downloading the software upgrade package from the ladder way machine for software upgrade after confirming that the upgrade package version information is newer than the local software version information.

after the indoor unit which is not installed or is not electrified is installed and electrified, local software version information can be sent to a first ladder way machine in the unit where the indoor unit is located, the ladder way machine compares the software version information of the indoor unit, if the version information of an indoor unit software upgrading package in the ladder way machine is updated, upgrading notification information is sent to the indoor unit, and after the indoor unit receives the information, the software upgrading package is downloaded from the ladder way machine to be upgraded.
