The invention provides an air conditioner hanging machine.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the air conditioner hanging unit includes:
the air conditioner comprises a machine shell 10, wherein a first air outlet 11 is formed in a front panel of the machine shell 10, a second air outlet 12 is formed in at least one end face in the length direction of the machine shell 10, the machine shell 10 is provided with a mounting face 14 positioned on the back side, and an extension face of the mounting face 14 comprises a first windward region 60 facing away from one side of the end face where the second air outlet 12 is positioned;
the heat exchanger 20 is arranged in the inner cavity of the shell 10;
the first air duct is communicated with the first air outlet 11;
a second air duct 50 communicating with the second air outlet 12;
the first wind wheel 30 is arranged in the first air duct; and
the second wind wheel 40 is disposed in the second air duct 50, and the second wind wheel 40 is at least configured to blow the heat exchanged air to the first windward area 60 through the second air outlet 12.
In the present embodiment, the cabinet 10 is mounted on a wall or a ceiling, and the lateral dimension of the cabinet 10 is larger than the longitudinal dimension, and the longitudinal direction of the cabinet 10, i.e., the left-right direction of the cabinet 10. The inner cavity of the casing 10 provides a containing space for the heat exchanger 20, the first wind wheel 30 and the second wind wheel 40. The heat exchanger 20 is used to regulate the temperature of the air entering the air conditioning hook. The first wind wheel 30 makes the heat exchanged air flow to the first air outlet 11 along the first air channel and flow out of the casing 10 through the first air outlet 11, and the second wind wheel 40 makes the heat exchanged air flow to the second air outlet 12 along the second air channel 50 and flow out of the casing 10 through the second air outlet 12.
The air inlet of the casing 10 is preferably formed in the bottom panel of the casing 10. The air inlet corresponds to the heat exchanger 20 so that the air flow entering the casing 10 from the air inlet can be temperature-regulated by the heat exchanger 20. Since the air inlet is formed in the bottom panel of the casing 10, the casing 10 may be fixed to a ceiling or a wall, and specifically, the top and rear panels of the casing 10 may be provided with assembly structures for mounting with the ceiling and the wall, respectively. In practical applications, the air conditioner hanging machine can be installed at the junction of the ceiling and the wall, so that the casing 10 is fixed on the ceiling and the wall, thereby improving the installation stability of the casing indoor unit.
The second air outlet 12 enables the air conditioner hanging machine to supply air laterally, when one end face of the air conditioner hanging machine in the length direction is installed next to a corner, the second air outlet 12 of the other end face can supply air laterally, so that air flow after heat exchange can be blown to a position far away from the corner where the air conditioner hanging machine is installed, an air supply blind area of the air conditioner hanging machine is reduced, an air supply range is enlarged, and indoor temperature of the air conditioner hanging machine is regulated more uniformly and comprehensively.
According to the air conditioner hanging machine, the second air outlet 12 is formed in at least one end of the machine shell 10 in the length direction, and the second wind wheel 40 and the second air duct 50 corresponding to the second air outlet 12 are arranged in the inner cavity of the machine shell 10, so that the air conditioner hanging machine can laterally outlet air, the air flow blown out from the air conditioner hanging machine side direction can not only increase the air supply range of the air conditioner hanging machine, but also reduce the air supply blind area of the air conditioner hanging machine, and the indoor temperature of the air conditioner hanging machine can be regulated more uniformly and comprehensively; and the air can flow along the extending surface of the back surface of the casing 10 towards the ground, so that the air flow loss in the downward flowing process is reduced, the temperature adjustment of the lower indoor position is realized, and the temperature adjusting effect of the air conditioner hanging machine is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the front panel of the casing 10 is further provided with a third air outlet 13 corresponding to the second wind wheel 40 at a position adjacent to the second air outlet 12, the second air duct 50 is further used for communicating with the third air outlet 13, and an extension surface of the front panel provided with the end surface of the second air outlet 12 includes a second windward region 70 facing away from one side of the front panel; the second wind wheel 40 is further configured to blow the heat exchanged air to the second windward area 70 through the third air outlet 13.
In the present embodiment, the third air outlet 13 is located at least on one side of the left-right direction of the first air outlet 11, and the wind generated by the second wind wheel 40 can be blown out from the second air outlet 12 and/or the third air outlet 13. When the air conditioner hanging machine is installed next to the wall opposite to the second air outlet 12, the second air outlet 12 is blocked, so that the air cannot be smoothly blown out from the second air outlet 12, and at this time, the second air duct 50 can be connected with the third air outlet 13, so that the air of the second wind wheel 40 can be blown out from the third air outlet 13, that is, the air generated by the second wind wheel 40 can still be blown out from the front panel of the casing 10 through the third air outlet 13, and the air supply quantity of the air conditioner hanging machine at different installation positions and the utilization rate of the second wind wheel 40 are ensured.
Further, the air conditioner hanging machine further comprises a wind shielding door slidably installed in the inner cavity of the casing 10, and the wind shielding door is used for opening or closing the third air outlet 13. In this embodiment, when the second air outlet 12 is away from the corner, the third air outlet 13 is closed, so that the air conditioner hangs up and side air is exhausted. When the second air outlet 12 is close to the corner, the third air outlet 13 is opened to strengthen the front air supply of the air conditioner hanging machine.
Further, the wind shielding door is slidably mounted in the inner cavity of the casing 10 between the second air outlet 12 and the third air outlet 13. In this embodiment, it can be understood that, since the first air outlet 11 and the second air outlet 12 are located in different directions and both correspond to the second wind wheel 40, the damper can preferably slide around the circumference of the second wind wheel 40, when the damper slides to a position for closing the second air outlet 12, the third air outlet 13 is in an open state, and when the damper slides to a position for closing the third air outlet 13, the second air outlet 12 is in an open state, so that the open and closed states of the second air outlet 12 and the third air outlet 13 are controlled by switching the damper. In practical applications, a driving device for driving the air blocking door may be preferably disposed in the inner cavity of the casing 10, so as to facilitate sliding of the air blocking door in a remote control manner, or enable the air blocking door to automatically slide to close the corresponding air outlet according to the actual installation position of the air conditioner hanging machine.
When the second air outlet 12 is installed close to the corner, the air flow generated by the second wind wheel 40 is mainly blown out from the third air outlet 13, and although the wall body has caused blockage to the second air outlet 12, part of the air flow still leaks out from the gap and generates noise, and at this time, the wind shielding door rotates to shield the second air outlet 12, so that the air flow is prevented from being blown out from the second air outlet 12 and generating noise. When the second air outlet 12 is arranged away from the corner, the third air outlet 13 is closed to strengthen the lateral air supply of the air conditioner hanging machine,
Further, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the second air outlets 12 are formed on both end surfaces of the casing 10 in the length direction; the air conditioner hanging machine comprises two second air channels 50 and two second wind wheels 40 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the two second air channels 50; the first air duct is located between the two second air ducts 50, and the two second air ducts 50 are respectively connected with the second air outlet 12 or the third air outlet 13 at two ends of the casing 10.
In this embodiment, the two end surfaces of the casing 10 in the left-right direction are both provided with the second air outlets 12, so that both sides of the air conditioner hanging machine can supply air, and the air supply range is further enlarged. In addition, two third air outlets 13 are correspondingly arranged and respectively arranged at the two sides of the first air outlet 11 in the left-right direction so as to enlarge the air supply range of the front side of the air conditioner hanging machine; when any one end of the air conditioner hanging machine in the left-right direction is installed next to the wall surface, the third air outlet 13 adjacent to the wall surface and the exposed second air outlet 12 can be correspondingly opened, and the other third air outlet 13 and the second air outlet 12 can be correspondingly closed so as to meet different installation conditions.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the second wind wheel 40 is further configured to switchably blow the air after heat exchange to the air flow blown out from the first air outlet 11 through the third air outlet 13. In this embodiment, the wind speed of the third air outlet 13 is higher than the wind speed of the first air outlet 11, so that the air flow blown out from the first air outlet 11 is sandwiched between the air flows blown out from the two third air outlets 13. The air outlet area of the first air outlet 11 is relatively large, but the air speed is small, the air supply distance is short, and the air flow blown out from the two third air outlets 13 can be wrapped by the air flow blown out from the first air outlet 11, so that the air supply distance of the first air outlet 11 is increased, and the temperature adjusting effect is improved.
Further, the second air duct 50 is rotatably disposed opposite to the casing 10, and the second air duct 50 rotates to be connected to the second air outlet 12 or the third air outlet 13 respectively. In this embodiment, the second wind wheel 40 may be fixedly disposed, and the second wind channel 50 may rotate around the circumference of the second wind wheel 40. Specifically, the second wind wheel 40 may be disposed in a volute component, the second air duct 50 is formed in the volute component, and the volute component rotates to drive the second air duct 50 to rotate, so that the second air duct 50 may be respectively connected with the second air outlet 12 or the third air outlet 13, so that when one of the second air outlet 12 or the third air outlet 13 supplies air, the other automatically stops supplying air, and automatic switching air supply of the second air outlet 12 and the third air outlet 13 is formed.
Further, the first air outlet 11 extends along the length direction of the casing 10, the first wind wheel 30 is a cross-flow wind wheel, and the axis of the first wind wheel 30 is arranged along the length direction of the casing 10; the longitudinal dimension of the second air outlet 12 is greater than the transverse dimension, the second wind wheel 40 is a centrifugal wind wheel, and the axis of the second wind wheel 40 is vertically arranged.
In this embodiment, the front end of the casing 10 has a larger lateral dimension, and the first air outlet 11 is set to have a lateral dimension larger than the longitudinal dimension, so that the area of the front end of the casing 10 can be maximally utilized, the first wind wheel 30 may be a cross-flow wind wheel, the axis of the first wind wheel 30 is horizontally arranged, and the position corresponding to the first air outlet 11 may be preferably used to form a lateral air outlet, so as to ensure the air volume and the air speed of the air flow blown out from the first air outlet 11. The rotation speed of the centrifugal wind wheel is larger, and the generated airflow wind speed is also larger. The lateral dimensions of the two ends of the casing 10 in the left-right direction are smaller, so that the second air outlet 12 is set to be larger than the lateral dimension, which can effectively ensure the air outlet area of the second air outlet 12, so that the air outlet area corresponds to the rotation speed of the second wind wheel 40. The vertical arrangement of the shaft center of the second wind wheel 40 not only can make the occupation area of the second wind wheel 40 in the transverse direction smaller, but also can effectively correspond to the shape of the second air outlet 12, so as to ensure the air quantity and the air speed of the air flow blown out from the second air outlet 12.
Further, an included angle is formed between the blades of the second wind wheel 40 and the axis of the second wind wheel 40. In the present embodiment, the included angle formed between the blades of the second wind wheel 40 and the axis of the second wind wheel 40 is an acute angle downward, so that the flow direction of the air flow generated by the second wind wheel 40 is inclined downward, which is helpful for the air flow blown out from the second air outlet 12 or the third air outlet 13 to be blown to the ground more smoothly. In practical application, the air conditioner hanging machine further comprises an air deflector arranged at the second air outlet 12, and the air deflector is provided with a downward inclined guide surface. In this embodiment, the number of air deflectors is preferably plural and spaced longitudinally along the second air outlet 12 to enhance the air flow guiding effect. The air flow blown out from the second air outlet 12 can flow to the ground more quickly through the guiding function of the guiding surface, so that the loss of the air flow is reduced. The air deflector may also be disposed at the third air outlet 13, so that the air flow blown out from the third air outlet 13 may also flow to the ground more quickly.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises an air conditioner hanging machine, and the specific structure of the air conditioner hanging machine refers to the embodiment, and because the air conditioner hanging machine adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, the air conditioner hanging machine at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the detailed description is omitted.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
