本发明涉及一种换热器,具体为用于液化天然气的气化和复热的一种换热器装置。液化天然气气化复热一体装置,包括多个换热管,包括气化部分和复热部分;所述的气化部分有独立的低温液体进口和常温气体出口,所述的复热部分有独立的低温气体进口和常温气体出口。该装置可有效的减少占地面积,使安装管道简单化,从而进一步降低较大投资成本的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种换热器,具体为用于液化天然气的气化和复热的一种换热器装置。
背景技术
换热器,其结构是通过多个换热管来组合而成,由过冷、气化和加热段组成。在很多液化天然气气站,气化部分作为一个独立整体,来对低温液体进行气化后进入管网使用,而复热部分也为另一个独立整体,即其它的低温气体进行加热后进入管网使用。其最大的优点在于不需外加能源,最大的缺点在于分成两个部分后导致的占在面积太大。由于气化部分和复热部分的分开,导致用户现场土地紧张,且易使安装管道复杂化,耗资巨大,浪费资源。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种占地面积小、结构简单的液化天然气气化复热一体装置,具体的技术方案为:液化天然气气化复热一体装置,包括多个换热管,包括气化部分和复热部分;所述的气化部分有独立的低温液体进口和常温气体出口,所述的复热部分有独立的低温气体进口和常温气体出口。
所述的换热管为翅片换热管。
本发明提供的装置,将气化部分和复热部分相结合,但其进出口分开,即气化部分为一个通道,复热部分为一个通道,但又通过支架等做成一个整体,可有效的减少占地面积,使安装管道简单化,从而进一步降低较大投资成本的目的。

具体实施方式
结合附图说明本发明的具体技术方案,如图1所示,液化天然气气化复热一体装置,包括多个换热管,包括气化部分1和复热部分2;所述的气化部分1有独立的低温液体进口101和常温气体出口102,所述的复热部分2有独立的低温气体进口201和常温气体出口202。整台设备用一个槽钢框架3在底部固定,使之成为一个整体,即方便运输,又方便吊装。
所述的换热管为翅片换热管11和21,通过连接件12、22相互连接。
翅片换热管11、21,是承压管外表面带有4、8或12个径向翅片、内置数个径向均匀导流翅片的换热管,承压管与翅片和导流翅片是一个整体,由铝棒通过专用挤压机一次挤压成形,通过气化器上的连接件,将各换热管相连接起来,换热管端部用连接弯管连接,连接方式为焊接。
低温流体进入气化复热一体装置,在流体通道内流动,依靠翅片吸收外界环境(大气)热量传递到管内低温流体,使管内流体吸热并至常温后输送至用户管线。

1.液化天然气气化复热一体装置,包括多个换热管,其特征在于,包括气化部分和复热部分;所述的气化部分有独立的低温液体进口和常温气体出口,所述的复热部分有独立的低温气体进口和常温气体出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液化天然气气化复热一体装置,其特征在于,所述的换热管为翅片换热管。
