Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to limit the invention, so that those skilled in the art may better understand the invention and practice it.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the present invention is integrally fixed to a back side plate 1 by a bracket 2, wherein a plate for fixing and mounting other parts includes an inner cover plate 3, a clamping plate 4, an outer cover plate 5; the middle part of the car seat is provided with a backrest grid (not shown in the figure) corresponding to the waist position of the passenger.
The bracket 2 is approximately C-shaped, namely, the upper part and the lower part of a plane plate are inwards bent, the middle part of the bracket 2 is welded on the side plate 1 of the backrest, and the upper bending part and the lower bending part are respectively provided with screw holes for installing other plates. The clamping plate 4 is a flat plate, and besides the flat plate structure with the same shape as the clamping plate 4, the edges of the inner cover plate 3 and the outer cover plate 5 are also provided with a circle of flanging, so that the inner cover plate 3, the clamping plate 4 and the outer cover plate 5 form a sealing structure for protecting other transmission parts; the inner cover plate 3, the clamping plate 4 and the outer cover plate 5 are fixed together through two screws 6, and the inner cover plate 3, the clamping plate 4 and the outer cover plate 5 are fixedly arranged on the bracket 2 through two bolts 7.
One end of the main shaft 8 is provided with a spline and extends out of the outer cover plate 5, wherein the spline is used for being matched with a plastic hand wheel, and a user can operate the hand wheel to adjust the backrest waist support. The main shaft 8 and the secondary shaft 9 penetrate through the clamping plate 4, the outer cover plate 5 and are rotatably arranged on the inner cover plate 3. The spindle 8 is welded with a driving wheel 10 at a section between the outer cover plate 5 and the clamping plate 4, and is welded with a cam 11 at a section between the clamping plate 4 and the inner cover plate 3. A driven wheel 12 is welded to the shaft 9 at a section between the outer cover plate 5 and the clamping plate 4, a ratchet wheel 13 is welded to a section between the clamping plate 4 and the inner cover plate 3, and the driving wheel 10 is engaged with the driven wheel 12. A pin shaft 15 is fixedly arranged on the inner cover plate 3, and a spring 16 and a rotatable pawl 14 are sleeved on the pin shaft 15; six bosses and six grooves are arranged on the cam 11, and a pawl bump 1401 matched with the grooves is arranged in the middle of the pawl 14; the other end of the pawl 14 is engaged with the ratchet 13.
The reel 17 is fixed to the trailing end of the driven shaft, and a wire 18 is wound around the outer edge of the reel 17. The steel wire 18 is sleeved with a cutting sleeve 19 and is connected with the backrest grid; the clamping sleeve 19 is fixedly mounted on the inner cover plate 3. When the reel 17 rotates, the steel wire 18 is driven to tighten or loosen, and the steel wire 18 drives the backrest grid on the automobile seat to enable the backrest grid to arch outwards or lay flat, so that seat waist adjustment is achieved.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
if the backrest grid is required to be adjusted to be in an arched state, an external force is applied to the main shaft 8 through the operation of the hand wheel to rotate, so that the driving wheel 10 and the cam 11 are driven to rotate. With the rotation of the spindle 8, the cam 11 is periodically separated from and contacted with the pawl 14, namely, when the boss on the cam 11 is contacted with the pawl bump 1401 on the pawl 14, the pawl 14 is sprung, the pawl 14 is separated from the ratchet 13, and the spring 16 is stressed, so that the invention is in an unlocked state; the cam 11 then continues to rotate and the spring 16 releases the force which is received to urge the pawl 14 back so that the recess in the cam 11 contacts the pawl tab 1401 of the pawl 14 and the pawl 14 reengages the ratchet 13, which is the locked condition.
So continuously rotate main shaft 8, action wheel 10 just constantly transmits the moment of torsion to from driving wheel 12, and from driving wheel 12 drives from axle 9 rotation, and the rotation of reel 17 is driven to the axle 9, and reel 17 tightens up wire 18 and makes wire 18 twine on reel 17, finally drives the seat outwards and backs the net arch, and the waist holds in the palm at this moment and has been the arch state. In this condition, the wire 18 is forced and has a tendency to relax in a reverse rotation, preventing the wire 18 from rebounding due to the constantly high frequency co-locking of the cam 11 and pawl 14 during adjustment.
I.e. during adjustment, the bracket 2, the inner cover 3, the clamping plate 4, the outer cover 5, the screws 6, the bolts 8, the pins 15 are stationary with respect to the back side plate 1, while the spindle 8, the shaft 9, the driving wheel 10, the cam 11, the driven wheel 12, the ratchet 13, the pawl 14, the spring 16, the reel 17, the wire 18 are all moving.
When the backrest mesh is to be adjusted to a relaxed state, the principle is the same as described above, and the main shaft 9 is forced to rotate in the opposite direction.
The above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto, and all kinds of modifications, substitutions or alterations made to the above-mentioned structures of the present invention according to the above-mentioned general knowledge and conventional means of the art without departing from the basic technical ideas of the present invention shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
