本发明的技术解决方案是，提供一种实木复合地板防花心工艺，以重量份数计，将下列组分混合：胶水99份，面粉11份，盐酸溶液8份，并加入0.02 份氧化铁红粉，进混合搅拌到胶水呈现红色，然后准备好原材料芯板和单板，进入布胶机布胶，使得整个胶层呈红色，对于未呈现红色的区域进行补胶，最后复合。
本发明的有益效果是：该工艺可防止花心现象产生，使得复合实木地板不易脱胶。
