Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
The embodiment provides a refrigeration appliance which can be a refrigerator or other electrical equipment with a refrigeration function and provided with a storage space and a door for closing the storage space. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the refrigerator includes a cabinet 10 and a door structure connected to the cabinet 10. The door structure is a double door including an inner door 20 and an outer door 30. The inner door 20 has a through hole 20a extending in the front-rear direction of the door, and the outer door 30 closes the through hole 20 a. Wherein the inner door 20 is a foamed door and the outer door 30 may be an insulated glass door.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the inner door 20 includes an end cover 21, a front door panel 22 provided in front of the end cover 21, and an inner container 23 provided behind the end cover 21. The end caps 21 may be provided at either end of the inner door 20 in the length direction or the width direction, such as the top, bottom, or both ends of the door. The end cover 21 is connected to the front door panel 22 at the front in the front-rear direction of the door and to the inner container 23 at the rear. The front door panel 22 and the inner container 23 are hermetically connected to each other at the position of the through hole 20 a.
In the present embodiment, "front" and "rear" refer to the front and the rear in the front-rear direction of the door, respectively.
The end caps 21 generally include an end cap at the top of the door (fig. 3), and an end cap at the bottom of the door (fig. 4). The top and bottom end caps may be attached to the front door panel in the same manner.
Accordingly, a heat insulation space is defined between the end cover 21, the front door panel 22, and the inner container 23, and the heat insulation space is filled with an oil-filled foam heat insulating material (not shown), which plays a heat insulation role.
As shown in fig. 3, the end cap 21 is located at an end of the inner door 20 in the length and/or width direction and has an end face 21a as a side surface of the door. In order to achieve the sealed connection between the end cover 21 and the front door panel 22, one of the front door panel 22 and the end cover 21 is provided with a slot C1 located behind the front door panel 22, and the other is provided with an insertion part C2 inserted into the slot C1. When the insertion part C2 is inserted into the insertion groove C1, the connection seam between the front door panel 22 and the end cap 21 is located at the side surface of the door.
The scheme has the advantages that on one hand, the front door panel and the end cover are connected in a mode that the inserting slot is matched with the inserting part, and the connecting structure is stable and reliable; on the other hand, after the front door panel is matched and connected with the end cover, the connecting seam between the front door panel 22 and the end cover 21 is positioned on the side surface of the door and is not exposed on the front surface of the door, and the aesthetic feeling of the appearance of the door is improved.
In this embodiment, in order to form the insertion portion or the slot structure on the front door panel 22, the front door panel 22 is a plastic part, and in other embodiments, the front door panel 22 may also be a sheet metal part or other parts.
When the connecting seam between the front door panel 22 and the end cover 21 is located on the side surface of the door, the end of the front door panel 22 on the side of the end cover 21 should not be lower than the end face 21a of the end cover 21. In the present embodiment, the end face 21a is flush with the corresponding end of the front door panel 22.
As described above, the front door panel 22 and the end cover 21 are connected by the insertion groove C1 and the insertion portion C2. One or more slots C1 and one or more inserts C2 may be provided, and the slot C1 is inserted into the corresponding insert C2.
For example, it is possible to set: the insertion grooves C1 are provided in plurality at intervals in the width direction of the door, the insertion portions C2 are ribs extending in the width direction of the door, and the insertion portions C2 are simultaneously inserted into the respective insertion grooves C1. Alternatively, it is also possible to provide: the insertion portions C2 are provided in plural at intervals in the width direction of the door, the insertion groove C1 is an elongated groove extending in the width direction of the door, and the insertion portions C2 are inserted into the insertion groove C1 at the same time. Alternatively, it is also possible to provide: the number and positions of the slots C1 and the insertion portions C2 correspond one to one, and each insertion portion C2 is inserted into the corresponding slot C1.
In the present embodiment, the slot C1 is formed on the front door panel 22, and the insertion portion C2 is provided on the end cover 21. The slot C1 is located at one end of the front door panel 22 facing the end cover 21 and opens toward the end cover 21, and the inner surface of the front door panel 22 serves as a slot wall of the slot C1.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in order to form the slot C1 in the front door panel 22, the inner surface of the front door panel 22 has a rib 22a extending toward the rear of the door, the rib 22a is provided with a positioning protrusion 22b extending toward the end surface 21a, and the space between the positioning protrusion 22b and the front door panel 22 forms a slot C1. The front end of the end face 21a is provided with a burring C2 extending toward the inside of the door, and the burring C2 forms an insertion portion. The positioning protrusions 22b are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the front door panel 22, and the rib 22a and the flange C2 extend from one end to the other end in the width direction of the door. As can be seen from fig. 7, the turned-over edge C2 also extends to both sides of the end cover 21 in the door width direction to reinforce the strength of the insertion portion.
Theoretically, the flanges C2 face-to-face with the inner surface of the front door panel 22 and abut each other. In consideration of the error of actual assembly, as shown in fig. 5, a sealing member C3 is provided between the insertion portion C2 and the inner surface of the front door panel 22. Wherein, the sealing element C3 can be a sea surface adhesive tape or a rubber sealing strip. The seal C3 can close the gap between the insertion portion C2 and the front door panel 22, thereby improving the sealing performance of the connection structure between the end cover 21 and the front door panel 22 and preventing foam leakage during foaming.
In order to further improve the sealability between the burring C2 and the front door panel 22, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the cover 21 further has a protruding portion 21b located forward of the burring C2, and the inner surface of the front door panel 22 is provided with a recessed portion 22C for accommodating the protruding portion 21 b. When the protruding portion 21b is inserted into the recessed portion 22C, the connecting seam between the burring C2 and the inner surface of the front door panel 22 is covered, and the sealability is improved.
The recessed portion 22c may be a groove or other recessed structure formed in the inner surface of the front door panel 22. In the present embodiment, the recessed portion 22c is a shoulder formed at the corresponding end of the front door panel 22.
It should be understood that, in the present embodiment, the connecting structure between the end cover and the front door panel is applicable to any type of foam door having an end cover and a front door panel, such as a foam door of a conventional refrigerator, and is not limited to an inner door in a two-door refrigerator.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
