本发明公开了一种低温导染剂及其制备方法,所述的低温导染剂由如下重量份数的原料组成:牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚10‑15份、三乙二醇单丁醚5‑9份、纯碱1‑3份、硫酸钠1‑3份、氨基乙酸3‑5份、烷基糖苷3‑7份、仲烷基磺酸钠3‑7份、生物蜡5‑9份、乳化剂1‑3份、去离子水20‑30份。本发明的低温导染剂具有良好的低温上染性、匀染性、分散渗透性,取代了传统低温染色中同时需要用渗透剂、分散剂、低温染色助剂等,简化了低温染色的工艺。本发明的低温导染剂可以缩短染色时间,减少能源损耗,提高纤维、织物的染色质量。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织品技术领域,更具体是涉及一种低温导染剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
低温染色一直是研究的热点。近年来,一些不耐高温的纤维,如羊毛、蚕丝、醋纤和氨纶等在高温染色方面受到限制。低温染色一方面可降低能耗,另一方面,可避免高温对氨纶、羊毛和真丝等不耐高温纤维的影响,使各种纤维的优势得以充分发挥,获得高品质染色织物。
导染剂在染色时对纤维起增塑作用,使无定形区的分子链段活动更加容易,玻璃化温度降低,加快染料在纤维中的扩散速度,从而可使染色在常温常压下进行。目前市场上使用的导染剂主要为水杨酸甲酯、甲基萘、邻苯二甲酸酯和邻苯基苯酚等,这些物质气味较大,有一定毒性,对环境造成污染,正逐步受到限用。因此,开发无毒、高效的低温导染剂有很大的现实意义。

步骤6,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体低温导染剂;
步骤7,静置冷却至反应釜中液体低温导染剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
