背景技术
摩擦磨损是摩擦过程中普遍存在的现象,据统计,世界三分之一以上的一次性能源的损失来自摩擦,因此,减小摩擦与磨损造成的经济损失具有重大的意义。而润滑是降低摩擦、减小或避免磨损的有效技术。
从目前社会上普遍使用的加工液来说,不论是合成,半合成绝大部多数都存在乳化、变质、发臭、对人体皮肤及肌肉有腐蚀,更污染环境,它污染环境,容易给人类造成极大危害。且大多数润滑剂是以加入多种润滑添加剂来提高其性能,而传统的添加剂是通过物理吸附,以及化学反应来实现良好的摩擦学性能,不能做到材料的零磨损和对材料的损伤起到修复作用。润滑添加剂在很大程度上决定了润滑剂的使用性能,开发和研制新型的自修复润滑添加剂,以此来调合润滑油品,从而降低摩擦、减少磨损,对国民经济具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种环保型生物质润滑油及其制备工艺。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种环保型生物质润滑油,其特征在于,组成成份按质量份数计如下:
甘油10~20份、棕榈油20~35份、蓖麻油14~23份、太古油10~20份、花生油10~30份、润滑油添加剂2~8份。
进一步的,所述润滑油添加剂的组成成分按质量份数计为:二异辛基二硫代磷酸钼10~22份、磷酸三苯酯18~28份、抗磨剂15~20份,抗氧剂10~30份。
进一步的,所述抗磨剂为硫化异丁烯、偏硼酸钠、偏硼酸钾中的混合物。
进一步的,所述抗磨剂质量混合比例为硫化异丁烯:偏硼酸钠:偏硼酸钾中=2~5:4~6:1~4:3~7。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锑的混合物。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂的质量混合比例为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯:二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌:二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼:二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锑=1~2:2~5:1~3:4~8。
一种环保型生物质润滑油及其制备工艺的制备方法,其特征在于,制备步骤如下:
(1)、抗磨剂的制备:将称量好的抗磨剂原料搅拌均匀,或投入球磨机混匀,置入三辊研磨机内研磨,时间45~55分钟,得到抗磨剂;
(2、抗氧剂的制备:将称量好的抗氧剂原料搅拌均匀,或投入球磨机混匀,置入三辊研磨机内研磨,时间1~2小时,得到抗氧剂;
(3)、添加剂制备:将二异辛基二硫代磷酸钼、磷酸三苯酯、抗磨剂加热至180~200摄氏度后,经由调料滚筒翻转及压缩空气冲调进行混合,时间1~2小时,混合均匀后加入抗氧剂,继续混合40~60分钟,得到添加剂;
(4)润滑油制备,将甘油、棕榈油、蓖麻油、太古油、花生油放入反应釜中混合搅拌,混合搅拌时间为2~3小时,混合温度为130~150摄氏度,混合完成后降温至60~80摄氏度,加入添加剂,继续混合,混合时间为30~70分钟,随后自然冷却至常温即可。
本发明的有益效果为:
特别采用了由甘油、棕榈油、蓖麻油等天然生物质油所组成的混合基础油,其天然的生物质能够自然降解,不会发生污染,绿色环保。
采用特殊的润滑油添加剂,由硫化异丁烯、二苄基二硫、亚磷酸二正丁酯、偏硼酸钠、偏硼酸钾材料构成的抗磨剂,能使得润滑油在与金属表面起化学反应生成化学反应膜,起润滑作用,防止金属表面擦伤,甚至熔焊,大幅度提高润滑油的自润滑性能,抗磨自修复效果佳。特殊配置多组分抗氧剂,具有极好的防老化抗氧化性能,能够极高的延缓润滑油的使用寿命,提高其实用性能。

实施例1
一种环保型生物质润滑油及其制备工艺,制备步骤如下:
(1)、抗磨剂的制备:将硫化异丁烯、偏硼酸钠、偏硼酸钾以2:4:1:3的质量比例投入球磨机混匀,再置入三辊研磨机内研磨,时间45分钟,得到抗磨剂;
(2、抗氧剂的制备:将β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锑以1:2:1:4的质量比例混合均匀后,置入三辊研磨机内研磨,时间1小时,得到抗氧剂;
(3)、添加剂制备:将二异辛基二硫代磷酸钼10份、磷酸三苯酯18份、抗磨剂15份加热至180摄氏度后,经由调料滚筒翻转及压缩空气冲调进行混合,时间1小时,混合均匀后加入,抗氧剂10份,继续混合40分钟,得到添加剂;
(4)润滑油制备,甘油10份、棕榈油20份、蓖麻油14份、太古油10份、花生油10份放入反应釜中混合搅拌,混合搅拌时间为2小时,混合温度为130摄氏度,混合完成后降温至60摄氏度,加入添加剂2份,继续混合,混合时间为30分钟,随后自然冷却至常温即可。
实施例2
一种环保型生物质润滑油及其制备工艺,制备步骤如下:
(1)、抗磨剂的制备:将硫化异丁烯、偏硼酸钠、偏硼酸钾以5:6:4:7的质量比例投入球磨机混匀,再置入三辊研磨机内研磨,时间55分钟,得到抗磨剂;
(2、抗氧剂的制备:将β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锑以2:5:3:8的质量比例混合均匀后,置入三辊研磨机内研磨,时间2小时,得到抗氧剂;
(3)、添加剂制备:将二异辛基二硫代磷酸钼22份、磷酸三苯酯28份、抗磨剂20份加热至200摄氏度后,经由调料滚筒翻转及压缩空气冲调进行混合,时间2小时,混合均匀后加入,抗氧剂30份,继续混合60分钟,得到添加剂;
(4)润滑油制备,将甘油20份、棕榈油35份、蓖麻油23份、太古油20份、花生油30份放入反应釜中混合搅拌,混合搅拌时间为3小时,混合温度为150摄氏度,混合完成后降温至80摄氏度,加入添加剂8份,继续混合,混合时间为30~70分钟,随后自然冷却至常温即可。
实施例3
一种环保型生物质润滑油及其制备工艺,制备步骤如下:
(1)、抗磨剂的制备:将硫化异丁烯、偏硼酸钠、偏硼酸钾以4:5:2:6的质量比例投入球磨机混匀,再置入三辊研磨机内研磨,时间50分钟,得到抗磨剂;
(2、抗氧剂的制备:将β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锑以2:3:2:7的质量比例混合均匀后,置入三辊研磨机内研磨,时间1.5小时,得到抗氧剂;
(3)、添加剂制备:将二异辛基二硫代磷酸钼15份、磷酸三苯酯19份、抗磨剂17份加热至190摄氏度后,经由调料滚筒翻转及压缩空气冲调进行混合,时间1.5小时,混合均匀后加入,抗氧剂13份,继续混合55分钟,得到添加剂;
(4)润滑油制备,将甘油15份、棕榈油25份、蓖麻油17份、太古油15份、花生油24份放入反应釜中混合搅拌,混合搅拌时间为2.5小时,混合温度为140摄氏度,混合完成后降温至65摄氏度,加入添加剂6份,继续混合,混合时间为50分钟,随后自然冷却至常温即可。
本发明的有益效果为:

(1)、抗磨剂的制备:将称量好的抗磨剂原料搅拌均匀,或投入球磨机混匀,置入三辊研磨机内研磨,时间45~55分钟,得到抗磨剂;
(2、抗氧剂的制备:将称量好的抗氧剂原料搅拌均匀,或投入球磨机混匀,置入三辊研磨机内研磨,时间1~2小时,得到抗氧剂;
(3)、添加剂制备:将二异辛基二硫代磷酸钼、磷酸三苯酯、抗磨剂加热至180~200摄氏度后,经由调料滚筒翻转及压缩空气冲调进行混合,时间1~2小时,混合均匀后加入抗氧剂,继续混合40~60分钟,得到添加剂;
(4)润滑油制备,将甘油、棕榈油、蓖麻油、太古油、花生油放入反应釜中混合搅拌,混合搅拌时间为2~3小时,混合温度为130~150摄氏度,混合完成后降温至60~80摄氏度,加入添加剂,继续混合,混合时间为30~70分钟,随后自然冷却至常温即可。
