本发明公开了一种长条物料切割装置,包括装置主架,所述装置主架的上部一侧位置上安设有传送带,所述装置主架上部一端位置上可拆卸连接有切割电机,所述切割电机的主轴与切割轮键连接,所述切割轮的外缘上均布有若干刀座,所述刀座与切割刀可拆卸连接,所述装置主架在安设有所述切割电机的一端通过侧部支撑架和中部支撑架与滚落板架可拆卸连接,所述滚落板架的上表面上滚动设置有若干滚轮,所述滚落板架在靠近中间处的位置上开设有让刀槽。该长条物料切割装置结构简单,安装方便,操作容易,切割分段效率远高于人工操作,节约人力,造价低,值得推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械设备领域,具体为一种长条物料切割装置。
背景技术
在生产工作中,长条物料经常需要被切割,例如橡胶管需要切割成橡胶管套段使用,食品加工中蔬菜或面食需要切段加工,在大批量的产品生产中,切割切段工作量庞大,靠人工手动来完成切段工作需要耗费极大的人力,并且人手切割时,由于受到疲惫的影响,切割的均衡性难以保证,并且效率低下,现需要一种新型的能够进行物料切割的设备来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种长条物料切割装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种长条物料切割装置,包括装置主架,所述装置主架的上部一侧位置上安设有传送带,所述装置主架上部一端位置上可拆卸连接有切割电机,所述切割电机的主轴与切割轮键连接,所述切割轮的外缘上均布有若干刀座,所述刀座与切割刀可拆卸连接,所述装置主架在安设有所述切割电机的一端通过侧部支撑架和中部支撑架与滚落板架可拆卸连接,所述滚落板架的上表面上滚动设置有若干滚轮,所述滚落板架在靠近中间处的位置上开设有让刀槽。
优选的,所述刀座焊接在所述切割轮上,所述切割刀通过螺纹紧固件与所述刀座可拆卸连接。
优选的,所述侧部支撑架和所述中部支撑架均通过螺栓与所述装置主架以及所述滚落板架可拆卸连接。
优选的,所述让刀槽的槽宽比所述切割刀的厚度大3-6mm。
优选的,所述滚落板架上开设有若干滚轮槽,所述滚轮安设在所述滚轮槽中,所述滚轮均穿装在滚轮轴上,所述滚轮轴贯穿所述滚落板架。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该长条物料切割装置使用时,启动传送带和切割电机,切割电机带动切割轮转动,切割刀均布在切割轮的外缘上,切割刀随着切割轮的转动而做圆周回转运动,切割刀与滚落板架上的让刀槽对应,使用者将需要切断的物料放在传送带上,经过传送带的传送,物料会被送到滚落板架上,滚落板架上装配有若干滚轮,并且滚落板架具有坡度,当长条物料从传送带的端部落在滚落板架上时,会在重力作用以及传送带的推动作用下沿着滚落板架下滑直到让刀槽的位置,因为切割刀随着切割轮旋转不断经过让刀槽,所以物料搭在让刀槽位置处时,就会被切割刀切断,切开分段后的一块块物料就会在重力作用下沿着滚落板架滚下落在收集容器中,切割轮上均布多个切割刀的设计方式使得切割电机的主轴转动一周时,则切割轮上的每个切割刀都能做一次切割动作,比曲轴曲柄传动的常规切割方式呈倍数的提高了工作效率;本装置结构简单,安装方便,操作容易,切割分段效率远高于人工操作,节约人力,造价低,值得推广使用。

请参阅图1-7,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种长条物料切割装置,包括装置主架1,所述装置主架1的上部一侧位置上安设有传送带2,所述装置主架1上部一端位置上可拆卸连接有切割电机3,所述切割电机3的主轴与切割轮4键连接,所述切割轮4的外缘上均布有若干刀座5,所述刀座5与切割刀6可拆卸连接,所述装置主架1在安设有所述切割电机3的一端通过侧部支撑架7和中部支撑架8与滚落板架9可拆卸连接,所述滚落板架9的上表面上滚动设置有若干滚轮10,所述滚落板架9在靠近中间处的位置上开设有让刀槽11,所述刀座5焊接在所述切割轮4上,所述切割刀6通过螺纹紧固件与所述刀座5可拆卸连接,所述侧部支撑架7和所述中部支撑架8均通过螺栓与所述装置主架1以及所述滚落板架9可拆卸连接,所述让刀槽11的槽宽比所述切割刀6的厚度大3-6mm,所述滚落板架9上开设有若干滚轮槽12,所述滚轮10安设在所述滚轮槽12中,所述滚轮10均穿装在滚轮轴13上,所述滚轮轴13贯穿所述滚落板架9。
工作原理:在使用该长条物料切割装置时,启动传送带2和切割电机3,切割电机3带动切割轮4转动,切割刀6均布在切割轮4的外缘上,切割刀6随着切割轮4的转动而做圆周回转运动,切割刀6与滚落板架9上的让刀槽11对应,使用者将需要切断的物料放在传送带2上,经过传送带2的传送,物料会被送到滚落板架9上,滚落板架9上装配有若干滚轮10,并且滚落板架9具有坡度,当长条物料从传送带2的端部落在滚落板架9上时,会在重力作用以及传送带2的推动作用下沿着滚落板架9下滑直到让刀槽11的位置,因为切割刀6随着切割轮4旋转不断经过让刀槽11,所以物料搭在让刀槽11位置处时,就会被切割刀6切断,切开分段后的一块块物料就会在重力作用下沿着滚落板架9滚下落在收集容器中,切割轮4上均布多个切割刀6的设计方式使得切割电机3的主轴转动一周时,则切割轮4上的每个切割刀6都能做一次切割动作,比曲轴曲柄传动的常规切割方式呈倍数的提高了工作效率。

1.一种长条物料切割装置,包括装置主架(1),其特征在于:所述装置主架(1)的上部一侧位置上安设有传送带(2),所述装置主架(1)上部一端位置上可拆卸连接有切割电机(3),所述切割电机(3)的主轴与切割轮(4)键连接,所述切割轮(4)的外缘上均布有若干刀座(5),所述刀座(5)与切割刀(6)可拆卸连接,所述装置主架(1)在安设有所述切割电机(3)的一端通过侧部支撑架(7)和中部支撑架(8)与滚落板架(9)可拆卸连接,所述滚落板架(9)的上表面上滚动设置有若干滚轮(10),所述滚落板架(9)在靠近中间处的位置上开设有让刀槽(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种长条物料切割装置,其特征在于:所述刀座(5)焊接在所述切割轮(4)上,所述切割刀(6)通过螺纹紧固件与所述刀座(5)可拆卸连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种长条物料切割装置,其特征在于:所述侧部支撑架(7)和所述中部支撑架(8)均通过螺栓与所述装置主架(1)以及所述滚落板架(9)可拆卸连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种长条物料切割装置,其特征在于:所述让刀槽(11)的槽宽比所述切割刀(6)的厚度大3-6mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种长条物料切割装置,其特征在于:所述滚落板架(9)上开设有若干滚轮槽(12),所述滚轮(10)安设在所述滚轮槽(12)中,所述滚轮(10)均穿装在滚轮轴(13)上,所述滚轮轴(13)贯穿所述滚落板架(9)。
