The horizontal positioning plate is used for determining the welding position of the mounting plate and the machining position of the hole of the mounting plate, so that the horizontal positioning of the mounting plate is realized; the vertical positioning plate is used for determining the vertical distance between the mounting plate and the end beam during assembly welding, and realizing the vertical positioning of the mounting plate.
The fixture body, the vertical positioning plate and the horizontal positioning plate are connected into a whole in a welding mode, and the fixed pliers are in a movable mode and are not fixed.

step four: under the condition that the back of the mounting plate is tightly attached to the end beam, the mounting plate is welded on the end beam, and finally the mounting plate and the tool body are polished and separated, and the welding tool is taken down, so that the welding and mounting work of the mounting plate is completed.
