Abstract
The invention discloses a novel inspection chair, which comprises a main frame, a main bow arranged on the main frame through a first rotating shaft, an auxiliary bow arranged on the main bow through a second rotating shaft, and a seat arranged on the auxiliary bow, wherein the main bow is provided with a first rotating shaft; the axis of the first rotating shaft is perpendicular to the axis of the second rotating shaft; a bottom plate is fixed on the auxiliary bow, a swinging device is arranged on the bottom plate, and the seat is arranged on the swinging device. The novel examination chair not only is provided with the main bow and the auxiliary bow for driving the chair to rotate, but also is provided with the swinging device for driving the chair to swing, so that examination or treatment of patients is more convenient.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a novel inspection chair, and belongs to the technical field of vertigo diagnosis and treatment equipment.
Background
The vestibule is a main organ for balancing human body, the important structure for sensing the posture transformation of the human body in the vestibule is a semicircular canal, the semicircular canal is divided into a horizontal semicircular canal, an upper semicircular canal and a rear semicircular canal, and the planes of the three are mutually perpendicular to each other to sense the changing postures of the human body in different planes. When the posture of the human body changes, the stimulation intensity of different semicircular canals is different, and when the bilateral stimulation is unbalanced, the eye shake occurs, and the direction of the eye shake faces to the side of the strong stimulation. Therefore, the corresponding semicircular canals can be stimulated by accelerating or decelerating rotation of different semicircular canal planes, so that the balance condition of bilateral vestibular functions and the corresponding semicircular canal function condition can be known by checking eye shake when accelerating or decelerating rotation of different directions and different planes is carried out. In addition, through clinical medical research, it has been found that the position dizziness is directly related to the vestibular otolith shedding, the position dizziness can be induced by placing a human body at a specific position, most of the patient's position dizziness symptoms can be clinically cured after the shedding otolith is reset by adopting the specific position posture, and the used equipment is basically used for diagnosing and treating the position dizziness symptoms through the position rotation of the patient in three dimensions, such as a position rotating device and system disclosed in Chinese patent document CN101779948B, a gear type vertigo diagnosing and treating system disclosed in Chinese patent document CN105193389a, or an inspection chair disclosed in Chinese patent document CN 1901869B. In many posture rotating apparatuses such as these, basically, a safety chair for fixing a patient is mounted on a first frame rotatable along a first axis, and the first frame is mounted on a second frame rotatable along a second axis perpendicular to the first axis, and the two frames are rotated by two motors, respectively. The doctor rotates the patient slowly in three dimensions while making the diagnosis, and if positional vertigo is diagnosed, the doctor rotates the patient rapidly in a given plane and decelerates suddenly, thereby disengaging the otoliths causing the vertigo from the sensitive area. At present, the body position of a patient is changed by a multi-dimensional rotation mode, because no good equipment can directly realize the swing of the body of the patient, and therefore, a novel examination chair needs to be designed for the situation.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a new examination chair which enables a direct swing of the patient's torso.
In order to achieve the above object, the novel inspection chair of the present invention comprises a main frame, a main bow mounted on the main frame through a first rotating shaft, an auxiliary bow mounted on the main bow through a second rotating shaft, and a seat mounted on the auxiliary bow; the axis of the first rotating shaft is perpendicular to the axis of the second rotating shaft; a bottom plate is fixed on the auxiliary bow, a swinging device is arranged on the bottom plate, and the seat is arranged on the swinging device; the swinging device comprises a lower substrate, an upper substrate, four swinging arms and two driving motors, wherein each swinging arm comprises an upper arm, a lower arm and a middle connecting arm, the upper arm and the lower arm are rods with right-angle bending structures, the middle parts of the rods are respectively provided with a right-angle bending structure, two ends of each connecting arm are respectively provided with a mounting clamping groove, and a connecting arm shaft is arranged in each mounting clamping groove; four upper mounting shafts which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction and extend outwards along the radial direction are arranged on the upper substrate, one end of each upper arm is mounted on one upper mounting shaft, and the other end of each upper arm is inserted into a mounting clamp groove of the connecting arm and connected with the connecting arm shaft; four lower mounting shafts which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction and extend outwards along the radial direction are arranged on the lower substrate, one end of each lower arm is mounted on one lower mounting shaft, and the other end of each lower arm is inserted into a mounting clamping groove of the connecting arm far away from the upper arm and is connected with the connecting arm shaft; two adjacent lower arms are respectively connected with two driving motors through transmission mechanisms and can swing under the driving of the driving motors.
The transmission mechanism comprises a crank-link mechanism.
The transmission mechanism comprises a gearbox connected to the power output end of the driving motor, a swing rod connected to the gearbox and a connecting rod hinged to the swing rod, and the connecting rod is hinged to the lower arm.
By adopting the technical scheme, the novel inspection chair is driven by the two driving motors, so that the two lower arms connected with the driving motors through the transmission mechanism swing to different angles, and the four swing arms are driven to change different forms so as to swing the chair to different angles. The novel examination chair not only is provided with the main bow and the auxiliary bow for driving the chair to rotate, but also is provided with the swinging device for driving the chair to swing, so that examination or treatment of patients is more convenient.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and the detailed description.
As shown in the figure, the present embodiment provides a novel inspection chair, which comprises a main frame 1, a main bow 101 mounted on the main frame 1 through a first rotating shaft 101a, an auxiliary bow 102 mounted on the main bow 101 through a second rotating shaft 102a, and a seat 103 mounted on the auxiliary bow 102; the axis of the first rotating shaft 101a is perpendicular to the axis of the second rotating shaft 102a, and the main bow 101 and the auxiliary bow 102 can rotate under the drive of a rotating motor (not shown in the figure).
A base plate 104 is fixed to the auxiliary bow 102, a swinging device 8 is provided to the base plate 104, and the seat 103 is attached to the swinging device 8.
The swinging device 8 includes a lower substrate 802, an upper substrate 801, four swinging arms 803, and two driving motors 804, the swinging arms 803 include an upper arm 831, a lower arm 832, and a middle connecting arm 833, the upper arm 831 and the lower arm 832 are rods with right-angle bending structures in the middle, each of the two ends of the connecting arm 833 is provided with a mounting clamping groove 833a, and a connecting arm shaft 833b is disposed in the mounting clamping groove 833 a.
Four upper mounting shafts 801a uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction and extending outward in the radial direction are provided on the upper substrate 801, one end of each upper arm 831 is mounted on one of the upper mounting shafts 801a, and the other end of the upper arm 831 is inserted into the mounting groove 833a of the connection arm 833 and connected to the connection arm shaft 833b.
Four lower mounting shafts 802a uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction and extending outward in the radial direction are provided on the lower substrate 802, one end of each lower arm 832 is mounted on one of the lower mounting shafts 802a, and the other end of the lower arm 832 is inserted into a mounting clip groove 833a of the connecting arm 833, which is apart from the upper arm 831, and connected to the connecting arm shaft 833b.
Two adjacent lower arms 832 are respectively connected to the two driving motors 804 through transmission mechanisms and can swing under the driving of the driving motors 804.
The transmission mechanism comprises a crank-link mechanism. The transmission mechanism comprises a gearbox 851 connected to the power output end of the driving motor 804, a swing rod 852 connected to the gearbox 851, and a connecting rod 853 hinged to the swing rod 852, wherein the connecting rod 853 is hinged to the lower arm 832.
By adopting the technical scheme, the novel inspection chair is driven by the two driving motors 804, so that the two lower arms 832 connected with the driving motors 804 through the transmission mechanism swing to different angles, and the four swing arms 803 are driven to change different forms so as to swing the chair to different angles. The novel examination chair not only is provided with the main bow and the auxiliary bow for driving the chair to rotate, but also is provided with the swinging device for driving the chair to swing, so that examination or treatment of patients is more convenient.
