本发明公开了一种多功能车用刹车锁车装置,包括刹车圈,所述刹车圈的内壁设有内齿圈,所述刹车圈的中部设有中轴,所述中轴上(转动)设有驱动杆,所述驱动杆的下端设有弧形凹槽,所述刹车圈的内腔上下部对称设有限位轴,所述限位轴上滑动设有顶杆,所述顶杆的内端设有顶轮,所述驱动杆的上端且位于扇形架的内侧也设有弧形凹槽,上侧所述限位轴上转动设有从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮的内侧固定设有第二连接齿轮,所述第二连接齿轮与扇形架的上侧内壁的齿根相啮合。该车用刹车锁车装置,刹车锁车的相关装置均设置在刹车圈的内部,不直接接触空气,避免受氧化的情况发生,提高使用寿命,而且不会进入灰尘,不会影响制动效果。

技术领域
本发明属于集刹车和锁车装置技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能车用刹车锁车装置。
背景技术
现有的普通两轮车刹车和锁车是两套独立分开的装置,生产成本高安装复杂,一般外露在车外,很容易被破坏,而且外露的装置,容易使刹车锁车结构被氧化生锈,刹车和锁车结构内容易进入灰尘杂质还会影响使用效果和寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种车用集刹车和锁车一体的双功能装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种多功能车用刹车锁车装置,包括刹车圈,所述刹车圈的内壁设有内齿圈,所述刹车圈的中部设有中轴,所述中轴上转动设有驱动杆,所述驱动杆的下端设有弧形凹槽,所述驱动杆的上端设有扇形架,所述扇形架的上侧内壁设有齿根,所述刹车圈的内部一侧设有主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮的中部固定设有第一连接齿轮,所述第一连接齿轮啮合连接从动齿轮的边缘,所述刹车圈的内腔上下部对称设有限位轴,所述限位轴上滑动设有顶杆,所述顶杆的外端设有刹车片,所述顶杆的内端设有顶轮,所述驱动杆的上端且位于扇形架的内侧也设有弧形凹槽,上侧所述限位轴上转动设有从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮的内侧固定设有第二连接齿轮,所述第二连接齿轮与扇形架的上侧内壁的齿根相啮合。
优选的,所述弧形凹槽与顶轮的弧度相同。
优选的,所述刹车圈设置为密封壳体。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该车用刹车锁车装置,结构合理,实用性强,刹车锁车的相关装置均设置在刹车圈的内部,不直接接触空气,避免受氧化的情况发生,提高使用寿命,而且不会进入灰尘,不会影响制动效果。

本发明提供了如图1-4所示的一种多功能车用刹车锁车装置,包括刹车圈1,车轮的轴杆穿过刹车圈1并带动刹车圈1一同转动,所述刹车圈1的内壁设有内齿圈,所述刹车圈1的中部设有中轴2,所述中轴2上转动设有驱动杆4,所述驱动杆4的下端设有弧形凹槽8,所述驱动杆4的上端设有扇形架13,所述扇形架13的上侧内壁设有齿根,所述刹车圈1的内部一侧设有主动齿轮10,主动齿轮10通过车体的控制机构带动其与刹车圈1的内壁的内齿圈进行啮合与分离,所述主动齿轮10的中部固定设有第一连接齿轮11,所述第一连接齿轮11啮合连接从动齿轮9的边缘,所述刹车圈1的内腔上下部对称设有限位轴3,所述限位轴3上滑动设有顶杆5,所述顶杆5的外端设有刹车片6,所述顶杆5的内端设有顶轮7,所述驱动杆4的上端且位于扇形架13的内侧也设有弧形凹槽8,上侧所述限位轴3上转动设有从动齿轮9,所述从动齿轮9的内侧固定设有第二连接齿轮12,所述第二连接齿轮12与扇形架13的上侧内壁的齿根相啮合。
具体的,所述弧形凹槽8与顶轮7的弧度相同。
具体的,所述刹车圈1设置为密封壳体,避免刹车圈1内部进入灰尘。
刹车圈1转动,带动主动齿轮10转动,通过第一连接齿轮11带动从动齿轮9转动,从动齿轮9上的第二连接齿轮12与扇形架13的上端齿根啮合,使扇形架13围绕中轴2摆动,弧形凹槽8逐渐远离顶轮7,弧形凹槽8的边缘接触顶轮7,推动顶轮7向外侧移动,便使刹车片6紧贴刹车圈1的内壁,从而达到制动的效果。

1.一种多功能车用刹车锁车装置,包括刹车圈(1),其特征在于:所述刹车圈(1)的内壁设有内齿圈,所述刹车圈(1)的中部设有中轴(2),所述中轴(2)上转动设有驱动杆(4),所述驱动杆(4)的下端设有弧形凹槽(8),所述驱动杆(4)的上端设有扇形架(13),所述扇形架(13)的上侧内壁设有齿根,所述刹车圈(1)的内部一侧设有主动齿轮(10),所述主动齿轮(10)的中部固定设有第一连接齿轮(11),所述第一连接齿轮(11)啮合连接从动齿轮(9)的边缘,所述刹车圈(1)的内腔上下部对称设有限位轴(3),所述限位轴(3)上滑动设有顶杆(5),所述顶杆(5)的外端设有刹车片(6),所述顶杆(5)的内端设有顶轮(7),所述驱动杆(4)的上端且位于扇形架(13)的内侧也设有弧形凹槽(8),上侧所述限位轴(3)上转动设有从动齿轮(9),所述从动齿轮(9)的内侧固定设有第二连接齿轮(12),所述第二连接齿轮(12)与扇形架(13)的上侧内壁的齿根相啮合。
