本发明公开了一种多功能装饰板，它涉及建筑装饰技术领域。它包括装饰基材层、防水层、装饰面层、防火层、保护层，装饰基材层的底面涂装有防水层，装饰基材层的表面粘接有装饰面层，装饰面层的表面设置有防火层，防火层的表面为一层采用多重uv光固化工艺形成的保护层。本发明具备较好的防火、防水、环保性能，能满足日益变化的市场需求，实用性强，易于推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是建筑装饰技术领域，具体涉及一种多功能装饰板。
背景技术
装饰板作为一种家具用材，是用多种专用纸张经过化学处理后，用高温高压胶合剂制成的热固性层积塑料，板面具有各种木纹或图案，光亮平整，色泽鲜艳美观，同时具有较高的隔热、保温、防潮、阻燃等良好的物理性能，目前装饰板广泛应用在居室内墙和吊顶的装饰等各种场合，但是传统的装饰板结构单一，不具备较好的防火、防水、环保性能，不能满足日益变化的市场需求，基于此，设计一种新型的多功能装饰板还是很有必要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足，本发明目的是在于提供一种多功能装饰板，结构设计合理，具备较好的防火、防水、环保性能，能满足日益变化的市场需求，实用性强，易于推广使用。
为了实现上述目的，本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现：一种多功能装饰板，包括装饰基材层、防水层、装饰面层、防火层、保护层，装饰基材层的底面涂装有防水层，装饰基材层的表面粘接有装饰面层，装饰面层的表面设置有防火层，防火层的表面为一层采用多重uv光固化工艺形成的保护层。
作为优选，所述的装饰基材层采用PMMA、PETG、PC基板中的一种，装饰基材层的密度为1.4-1.7g/cm3。
作为优选，所述的防水层采用氨基聚乙烯醇乳化沥青涂层，能起到防水、防渗和保护作用。
作为优选，所述的防火层采用高密度纤维硅酸钙板，防火层的厚度不小于10mm，能保证较好的防火效果。
作为优选，所述的装饰基材层与装饰面层之间通过胶黏剂粘接固定，所述的胶黏剂为PUR热熔胶、纳米树脂粘胶剂中的一种。
本发明的有益效果：防火效果好，防水性能佳，且具有较高的环保标准，适用性广，可在潮湿、干燥、高温寒、冷地区使用，可在室内或室外环境下使用。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体实施方式，进一步阐述本发明。
参照图1-2，本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案：一种多功能装饰板，包括装饰基材层1、防水层2、装饰面层3、防火层4、保护层5，装饰基材层1的底面涂装有防水层2，装饰基材层1的表面粘接有装饰面层3，装饰面层3的表面设置有防火层4，防火层4的表面为一层采用多重uv光固化工艺形成的保护层5。
值得注意的是，所述的装饰基材层1采用PMMA、PETG、PC基板中的一种，装饰基材层1的密度为1.4-1.7g/cm3。
防水层2采用氨基聚乙烯醇乳化沥青涂层，具有一定的延伸性、弹塑性、抗裂性、抗渗性及耐候性，能起到防水、防渗和保护作用。
防火层4采用高密度纤维硅酸钙板，坚实可靠，不易受损破裂，且还具备隔热保温性能，硅酸钙板中可添加了粉煤灰、电石渣等原料，达到环保利废的功能，防火层4的厚度不小于10mm，能保证较好的防火效果。
此外，所述的装饰基材层1与装饰面层3之间通过胶黏剂粘接固定，所述的胶黏剂为PUR热熔胶、纳米树脂粘胶剂中的一种，其中PUR热熔胶具有弹性、防水、粘接强度高的特点；纳米树脂粘胶剂环保无味，且防水耐高温，还能防霉变，经高温后粘接效果极为强大。
本具体实施方式保护层5表面经过多重uv光固化工艺，板材表面形成固化膜，不仅防潮能力强，而且能有效抵抗一般自然气候的侵蚀，保护层5可根据不同的环境选取不同的漆料，譬如在室内时，可采用光固化弹性UV底漆、弹性UV腻子；在室外时，可采用四氯氟碳清漆。
本具体实施方式适合室内或室外环境使用，安全环保，可适用于墙体、吊顶、地板、家具、道路隔声、船舶隔舱等工业用板及吸声墙、吸声顶棚、浇筑墙体、复合墙板的面板等领域，具有广阔的市场应用前景。

1.一种多功能装饰板，其特征在于，包括装饰基材层(1)、防水层(2)、装饰面层(3)、防火层(4)、保护层(5)，装饰基材层(1)的底面涂装有防水层(2)，装饰基材层(1)的表面粘接有装饰面层(3)，装饰面层(3)的表面设置有防火层(4)，防火层(4)的表面为一层采用多重uv光固化工艺形成的保护层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能装饰板，其特征在于，所述的装饰基材层(1)采用PMMA、PETG、PC基板中的一种，装饰基材层(1)的密度为1.4-1.7g/cm3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能装饰板，其特征在于，所述的防水层(2)采用氨基聚乙烯醇乳化沥青涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能装饰板，其特征在于，所述的防火层(4)采用高密度纤维硅酸钙板，防火层(4)的厚度不小于10mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能装饰板，其特征在于，所述的装饰基材层(1)与装饰面层(3)之间通过胶黏剂粘接固定，所述的胶黏剂为PUR热熔胶、纳米树脂粘胶剂中的一种。
