本发明涉及一种电机轮毂结构,包括轮毂电机、设于轮毂电机主轴上的飞轮座和设于飞轮座上的飞轮,所述飞轮座的内孔设有磁环,与所述磁环对应的主轴上设有霍尔,所述霍尔和设于轮毂电机内的控制器连接;所述飞轮座通过两个第一轴承安装在主轴上;所述霍尔对应的主轴的外侧壁开有避让槽,霍尔与控制器的连接线经所述避让槽连通。本发明磁环和霍尔分别设置于飞轮座和主轴上,结构简单精巧,精准控制电机的启动和关闭,助力效果明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及自行车领域,尤其涉及一种自行车的电机轮毂结构。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识的的增强,具有高效节能的电动自行车越来越受到人们的青睐,人们对现有自行车的电动助力体验要求越来越高,助力的启动和关闭尤为关键,现有的电动助力启动和关闭控制结构设计复杂,并且灵敏度不够,助力效果没能获得良好体现。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为克服现有技术的缺陷,而提供一种电机轮毂结构。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种电机轮毂结构,包括轮毂电机、设于轮毂电机主轴上的飞轮座和设于飞轮座上的飞轮,所述飞轮座的内孔设有磁环,与所述磁环对应的轮毂电机主轴上设有霍尔,所述霍尔和设于轮毂电机内的控制器连接;所述飞轮座通过两个第一轴承安装在轮毂电机主轴上;所述霍尔对应的轮毂电机主轴的外侧壁开有避让槽,霍尔与控制器的连接线经所述避让槽连通。
优选地,轮毂电机主轴上设有定子支架,所述控制器安装在定子支架上,定子支架的右侧设有E型轴承座;轮毂电机的右端盖通过第二轴承设于E型轴承座的外侧,右端盖的外侧设有扭力传感器,扭力传感器内圈的外壁和E型轴承座的内侧之间通过第三轴承连接,扭力传感器的外圈固定在右端盖上。
优选地,扭力传感器内圈的内孔和飞轮座通过棘轮连接;扭力传感器内圈和外圈之间均匀设有三个或三个以上的弹性梁,所述弹性梁的中部位置开设有两个通孔并且相互连通,所述通孔所对应的弹性梁外表面设有至少两个应变片,所述应变片电连接于扭力板;所述控制器和扭力板之间通过无线供电和信号传输。
优选地,所述轮毂电机为内转子轮毂电机,所述轮毂电机主轴包括左半轴和右半轴,轮毂电机的左端盖通过第四轴承设于左半轴上;所述定子支架包括左支架和右支架,所述右支架设于右半轴的左端头,所述E型轴承座设于右支架的右侧,左支架的外圈和右支架的外圈固定连接,左支架和右支架之间设太阳轮轴;轮毂电机外壳内设定子和转子,所述定子设于左、右支架之间并固定于左支架上,所述转子与太阳轮轴固定连接,所述左支架与太阳轮轴通过第五轴承连接,所述太阳轮轴的太阳轮通过行星齿轮减速机构与轮毂电机外壳连接,太阳轮轴的轴头和右支架连接,所述控制器安装在左支架的外圈。
优选地,右半轴设有内盲孔,所述内盲孔和右半轴侧壁之间开有出线槽,所述控制器的连接线经出线槽和内盲孔伸出。
优选地,还包括轮圈,所述轮圈与轮毂电机外壳可分体连接,轮毂电机外壳右半部为凸起部,控制器置于凸起部的内腔,轮圈安设于凸起部的侧边。
优选地,右半轴和右支架为一体成型。
优选地,所述右支架的左侧设有套杯,所述套杯内设第六轴承,太阳轮轴的轴头设于第六轴承内。
优选地,所述轮毂电机为外转子轮毂电机,所述飞轮座与轮毂电机的右端盖通过棘轮相连,轮毂电机外壳通过轴承安装在主轴或者与主轴固定连接的定子支架上。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:
1)本发明磁环和霍尔分别设置于飞轮座和主轴上,结构简单精巧,精准控制电机的启动和关闭,助力效果明显。
2)控制线路的出线结构设计精巧,在不影响整机装配稳定性的前提下,对控制线路形成良好的保护。
3)本发明整机配合结构的稳定性高,功耗小。

具体实施方式
为了更充分理解本发明的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步介绍和说明。
如图1至图3所示,一种电机轮毂结构,包括轮毂电机1、设于轮毂电机主轴2上的飞轮座3和设于飞轮座3上的飞轮(图略),所述飞轮座3的内孔设有磁环4,与磁环4对应的主轴上设有霍尔5,霍尔5和设于轮毂电机1内的控制器6连接;飞轮座3通过两个第一轴承7安装在轮毂电机主轴2上;霍尔5对应的轮毂电机主轴2的外侧壁开有避让槽20,霍尔5与控制器6的连接线经避让槽20连通。本实施例的磁环4和霍尔5分别设置于飞轮座3和轮毂电机主轴2上,结构简单精巧,飞轮根据链条传动与牙盘曲柄处于联动状态,骑行者骑行时,牙盘曲柄转动带动飞轮、飞轮座3转动,飞轮座3内部安装有磁环4,与磁环4对应的轮毂电机主轴2上设有霍尔5,当磁环4转动时,霍尔5检测到磁极的变化并输出信号给控制器6,当牙盘曲柄停止转动时,飞轮、飞轮座3也跟着停止,霍尔5检测不到磁极的变化,进而精准控制轮毂电机1的启动和关闭,助力效果明显,并且对霍尔5与控制器6的连接线形成良好的保护。
具体的,轮毂电机主轴2上设有定子支架8,控制器6安装在定子支架8上,定子支架8的右侧设有E型轴承座80;轮毂电机1的右端盖101通过第二轴承9设于E型轴承座80的外侧,右端盖101的外侧设有扭力传感器15,扭力传感器15内圈151的外壁1511和E型轴承座80的内侧之间通过第三轴承10连接,扭力传感器15的外圈152固定在右端盖101上。
具体的,扭力传感器15内圈151的内孔和飞轮座3通过棘轮16连接;扭力传感器15内圈151和外圈152之间均匀设有三个或三个以上的弹性梁153,弹性梁153的中部位置开设有两个通孔154并且相互连通,通孔154所对应的弹性梁外表面设有至少两个应变片155,应变片155电连接于扭力板17;控制器6和扭力板17之间通过无线供电和信号传输。扭力传感器15用于检测踏力的大小,并生成电信号传输至扭力板17,控制器6根据踏力的大小控制轮毂电机1的转速完成助力。
具体的,轮毂电机1为内转子轮毂电机,轮毂电机主轴2包括左半轴21和右半轴22,轮毂电机1的左端盖102通过第四轴承13设于左半轴21上;定子支架8包括左支架82和右支架81,右支架81设于右半轴22的左端头,E型轴承座80设于右支架81的右侧,左支架82的外圈和右支架81的外圈固定连接,左支架82和右支架81之间设太阳轮轴14;轮毂电机外壳103内设定子18和转子19,定子18设于左支架82和右支架81之间并固定于左支架82上,转子19与太阳轮轴14固定连接,左支架82与太阳轮轴14通过第五轴承30连接,太阳轮轴14的太阳轮141通过行星齿轮减速机构与轮毂电机外壳103连接,太阳轮轴14的轴头142和右支架81连接,控制器6安装在左支架82的外圈。
具体的,右半轴22设有内盲孔222,内盲孔222和右半轴22侧壁之间开有出线槽223,控制器6的连接线经出线槽223和内盲孔222伸出。
具体的,还包括轮圈105,轮圈105与轮毂电机外壳103可分体连接,轮毂电机外壳103右半部为凸起部1031,控制器6置于凸起部1031的内腔,轮圈105安设于凸起部1031的侧边。
具体的,右半轴22和右支架81为一体成型。
具体的,右支架81的左侧设有套杯83,套杯83内设第六轴承31,太阳轮轴14的轴头142设于第六轴承31内。
本发明的另一优选实施例,轮毂电机1为外转子轮毂电机,飞轮座与轮毂电机的右端盖通过棘轮相连,轮毂电机外壳通过轴承安装在主轴或者与主轴固定连接的定子支架上(图略)。

1.一种电机轮毂结构,包括轮毂电机、设于轮毂电机主轴上的飞轮座和设于飞轮座上的飞轮,其特征在于,所述飞轮座的内孔设有磁环,与所述磁环对应的轮毂电机主轴上设有霍尔,所述霍尔和设于轮毂电机内的控制器连接;所述飞轮座通过两个第一轴承安装在轮毂电机主轴上;所述霍尔对应的轮毂电机主轴的外侧壁开有避让槽,霍尔与控制器的连接线经所述避让槽连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述电机轮毂结构,其特征在于,轮毂电机主轴上设有定子支架,所述控制器安装在定子支架上,定子支架的右侧设有E型轴承座;轮毂电机的右端盖通过第二轴承设于E型轴承座的外侧,右端盖的外侧设有扭力传感器,扭力传感器内圈的外壁和E型轴承座的内侧之间通过第三轴承连接,扭力传感器的外圈固定在右端盖上。
3.根据权利要求2所述电机轮毂结构,其特征在于,扭力传感器内圈的内孔和飞轮座通过棘轮连接;扭力传感器内圈和外圈之间均匀设有三个或三个以上的弹性梁,所述弹性梁的中部位置开设有两个通孔并且相互连通,所述通孔所对应的弹性梁外表面设有至少两个应变片,所述应变片电连接于扭力板;所述控制器和扭力板之间通过无线供电和信号传输。
4.根据权利要求3所述电机轮毂结构,其特征在于,所述轮毂电机为内转子轮毂电机,所述轮毂电机主轴包括左半轴和右半轴,轮毂电机的左端盖通过第四轴承设于左半轴上;所述定子支架包括左支架和右支架,所述右支架设于右半轴的左端头,所述E型轴承座设于右支架的右侧,左支架的外圈和右支架的外圈固定连接,左支架和右支架之间设太阳轮轴;轮毂电机外壳内设定子和转子,所述定子设于左、右支架之间并固定于左支架上,所述转子与太阳轮轴固定连接,所述左支架与太阳轮轴通过第五轴承连接,所述太阳轮轴的太阳轮通过行星齿轮减速机构与轮毂电机外壳连接,太阳轮轴的轴头和右支架连接,所述控制器安装在左支架的外圈。
5.根据权利要求4所述电机轮毂结构,其特征在于,右半轴设有内盲孔,所述内盲孔和右半轴侧壁之间开有出线槽,所述控制器的连接线经出线槽和内盲孔伸出。
6.根据权利要求4所述电机轮毂结构,其特征在于,还包括轮圈,所述轮圈与轮毂电机外壳可分体连接,轮毂电机外壳右半部为凸起部,控制器置于凸起部的内腔,轮圈安设于凸起部的侧边。
7.根据权利要求4所述电机轮毂结构,其特征在于,右半轴和右支架为一体成型。
8.根据权利要求4所述电机轮毂结构,其特征在于,所述右支架的左侧设有套杯,所述套杯内设第六轴承,太阳轮轴的轴头设于第六轴承内。
9.根据权利要求1所述电机轮毂结构,其特征在于,所述轮毂电机为外转子轮毂电机,所述飞轮座与轮毂电机的右端盖通过棘轮相连,轮毂电机外壳通过轴承安装在主轴或者与主轴固定连接的定子支架上。
