The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification, illustrate embodiments of the invention and, together with a general description of the invention given above, and the detailed description of the embodiments given below, serve to explain the principles of the invention.
These and other characteristics of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred form of embodiment, given as a non-limiting example, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should also be understood that, although the invention has been described with reference to some specific examples, a person of skill in the art shall certainly be able to achieve many other equivalent forms of the invention, having the characteristics as set forth in the claims and hence all coming within the field of protection defined thereby.
The above and other aspects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent in view of the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Specific embodiments of the present invention are described hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings; however, it is to be understood that the disclosed embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, which can be embodied in various forms. Well-known and/or repeated functions and constructions are not described in detail to avoid obscuring the invention in unnecessary or unnecessary detail. Therefore, specific structural and functional details disclosed herein are not to be interpreted as limiting, but merely as a basis for the claims and as a representative basis for teaching one skilled in the art to variously employ the present invention in virtually any appropriately detailed structure.
The specification may use the phrases "in one embodiment," "in another embodiment," "in yet another embodiment," or "in other embodiments," which may each refer to one or more of the same or different embodiments in accordance with the invention. Hereinafter, the inside of the protection device refers to a side of the electronic equipment that can contact the protection device when the electronic equipment is combined with the protection device; the outer side of the protection means refers to the side of the electronic device which is not in contact with the protection means when the electronic device is combined with the protection means.
When the protection device is combined with the electronic equipment, the protection device at least protects the area covered by the protection device on the electronic equipment, wherein the covered area belongs to the back of the electronic equipment, namely, the protection device is positioned on the back of the electronic equipment after being combined with the electronic equipment; and the protection device can be separated from the electronic equipment. The protection device includes a first plate; the first plate and the second plate are turned over through a rotary connecting piece; a limiting member for limiting a turning angle of the first plate relative to the second plate through the rotational connection. The electronic device can be a tablet computer or a mobile phone, and the like, as long as the protection device is matched with the electronic device.
The protection device provided by the embodiment of the invention is positioned on the back of the electronic equipment; when the protection device is combined with the electronic equipment, the back of the electronic equipment is positioned no matter the user is in a supporting state or a non-supporting state when the protection device is combined with the electronic equipment, so that the use of the electronic equipment (a tablet computer, a mobile phone and the like) by the user is not influenced. In addition, during the turning process of the first plate and the second plate, the limiting piece can limit the turning angle of the first plate relative to the second plate through the rotating connecting piece, namely, the first plate can only be turned outwards but not turned inwards relative to the second plate under the action of the limiting piece. Therefore, when the protection device is combined with the electronic equipment, the connection state of the protection device and the electronic equipment combined together can be effectively protected. Because the connection state of the protection device and the electronic equipment combined together is destroyed if the first plate can be turned inwards (especially by means of magnetic adsorption), so that the protection device and the electronic equipment are separated without reason (not separated by the subjective separation intention of a user); meanwhile, after the protection device is separated from the electronic equipment, the first plate of the protection device can only be turned outwards but not inwards relative to the second plate under the action of the limiting piece, so that the coating material on the whole outer surface of the protection device is effectively protected. Because the covering material is a complete piece of material with a certain elasticity (e.g., leather, knitted fabric, etc.) and the covering material is integrally covered on the outer surface of the first plate, the outer surface of the first plate and the side covering the rotational connection between the first plate and the second plate (this side is the side of the outer surface of the first plate and the outer surface of the second plate). So if the first panel were able to be turned inwards and the presence of the swivel connection would tear the wrapping material apart causing damage to the wrapping material.
With reference to fig. 1, 5 and 6, the present invention discloses a protection device for an electronic device, wherein when the protection device is combined with the electronic device, the protection device at least protects an area covered by the protection device on the electronic device; and the protection device can be separated from the electronic apparatus. The electronic device may be a tablet computer or a mobile phone. Wherein the protection device comprises a first plate 1; the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 are turned over through a rotary connecting piece 3; a limiting member for limiting the turning angle of the first plate 1 relative to the second plate 2 through the rotary connector 3.
Specifically, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the electronic device may be combined to the left side, i.e., the inner side, of the second board 2 by means of a snap/slot connection or magnetic attraction. (refer to a plate surface of the second plate 2 facing to the left in fig. 1), for example, a card slot is provided at an edge position of the second plate 2, and an edge portion of the electronic device is combined with the second plate 2 by being inserted into the card slot; alternatively, a magnet is provided on the second plate 2, and the electronic device is combined with the second plate 2 by being attached to the magnet. When the first board 1 and the second board 2 form an angle between 0 ° and 180 °, the first board 1 and the second board 2 maintain any angle between 0 ° and 180 ° through the rotary connector, thereby supporting and protecting the electronic device. When the first board 1 and the second board 2 are 180 °, the limiting member functions, that is, when the first board 1 and the second board 2 are located on the same plane, the electronic device can be assembled on the inner side surface of the first board 1 (referring to the surface of the first board 1 facing the right side in fig. 1) by means of a slot or a magnet (preferably, a magnet) provided on the first board 1. Of course, since the protection device has the limiting member and the first board 1 and the second board 2 are located on the same plane when the limiting member is activated, in this case, the first board 1 may not be combined with the electronic apparatus, and only the second board 2 is combined with the electronic apparatus, so that the protection of the back surface of the electronic apparatus by the first board and the second board can be achieved. Of course, as shown in fig. 1, the protection device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure may further include a third plate 19 rotatably connected to the second plate 2, and the third plate is provided with a keyboard input and a touch input. When the electronic device is combined with the protection device, the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 which are positioned on the same plane and the combined electronic device are rotated towards the third plate 19 through the rotary connecting piece between the second plate 2 and the third plate 19, the third plate 19 can cover the front surface (namely, the surface with the display output area) of the electronic device, and the third plate 19 can also realize fixed connection with the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 through arranging a fixing piece, so that the electronic device can be better protected.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the electronic device may be assembled on the inner side surface of the second board 2 by a snap connection or a magnetic attraction, and when the first board 1 and the second board 2 form an angle between 0 ° and 180 °, the first board 1 and the second board 2 can be relatively kept at any angle between 0 ° and 180 ° and supported on the supporting surface 20 to support the electronic device assembled on the protection device. When the first board 1 and the second board 2 form an angle of 180 °, that is, the first board 1 and the second board 2 are located on the same plane, the electronic device can be combined to the inner side surface of the first board 1 by also providing a slot or a magnet (preferably, magnetically attracting) on the first board 1, and of course, the limited component may not be provided with any structure combined with the electronic device on the first board. In this case, the electronic devices are combined with the first board 1 and the second board 2, respectively, and the electronic devices combined to the protection apparatus can be protected.
In another embodiment, the electronic device may be assembled to the inner side surface of the first board 1 by means of a snap/slot connection or magnetic attraction, and when the first board 1 and the second board 2 form an angle between 0 ° and 180 °, the second board 2 is turned over relative to the first board 1 and can be relatively maintained at any angle between 0 ° and 180 °, so that the electronic device is supported on the supporting surface by the protection device. When the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 are in 0 degree, the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 are in the same plane. The electronic device can be assembled to the inner side surface of the second board 2 by also providing a card slot or a magnet (preferably magnetically attracted) on the second board 2, and of course, the second board 2 may not be provided with any structure for assembling with the electronic device due to the existence of the limited component. In this case, the electronic devices are combined with the first board 1 and the second board 2, respectively, and the electronic devices combined to the protection apparatus can be protected.
Wherein, the first board 1 and the second board 2 realize the upset through the rotational connector 3, in the first board 1 and the second board 2 upset process, the restriction piece can restrict the upset angle of first board 1 relative to second board 2 through the rotational connector 3, through restricting the upset angle between first board 1 and the second board 2, the effect of restriction piece is used for restricting inwards overturning in any one of the above-mentioned embodiments. And the first plate and the second plate are in the same plane when the limiting member is active. Further, when the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 are externally provided with the coating material, since the coating material is a whole piece of material having a certain elasticity (e.g., leather, braid, etc.) and the coating material is integrally coated on the outer surface of the first plate 1, the outer surface of the second plate 2 and the side covering the rotational coupling member 3 between the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 (the side is the side of the outer surface of the first plate 1 and the outer surface of the second plate 2). So if the first panel 1 were able to be turned inwards and the presence of the swivel joint would tear the coverstock apart causing damage to the coverstock.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 6 and 7, the restricting member serves to restrict the first plate 1 from being turned relative to the second plate 2 by the rotary joint 3, i.e., when the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 are located in the same plane. The restraining member acts to restrain the first plate 1 from continuing to turn over more than 180 deg. relative to the second plate 2. Thereby, the first plate is restricted from being turned inward.
Further, referring to fig. 6, in order to make the overall appearance of the protection device beautiful, the protection device further comprises a covering member 4, and the covering member 4 covers at least the outer surface of the first plate 1 and the outer surface of the second plate 2 to form the outer surface of the protection device. The covering 4 is typically made of a flexible material. Because the covering material is a complete piece of material with certain elasticity (e.g., leather, knitted fabric, etc.) and the covering material is integrally covered on the outer surface of the first plate 1, the outer surface of the second plate 2 and the side covering the rotational connection between the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 (this side is the side of the outer surface of the first plate 1 and the outer surface of the second plate 2). So if the first panel 1 were able to be turned inwards and the presence of the swivel joint would tear the coverstock apart causing damage to the coverstock. The covering 4 is protected against tearing by means of a limiting member. At the same time, since the covering 4 is located on the side of the rotary connection (the side on which the outer surface of the first plate 1 and the outer surface of the second plate 2 are located) and is flexible, the outward turning of the protection means does not affect the covering.
The structure of the limiting member of the protection device of the electronic apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention is further described in the following two specific embodiments, and the structure of the limiting member in the two embodiments can be applied to the protection device of the above embodiment, and is not limited to the corresponding illustration in the drawings.
Example one
The first plate 1 is turned over with the second plate 2 through the rotary connecting piece 3, the limiting piece is a part of the rotary connecting piece 3, and when the first plate 1 is turned over relative to the second plate 2, the first plate 1 can be limited by the part of the rotary connecting piece 3, so that the first plate 1 can only be turned over by 0-180 degrees according to the first dimension relative to the second plate 2, and meanwhile, the first plate 1 is limited to be turned over by 0-180 degrees according to the second dimension relative to the second plate 2. Specifically, the initial state is a state in which the two plates are in the same plane, the first dimension is a 0 ° to 180 ° (i.e., +180 °) reversal from the initial state to the outer side, and the second dimension is a 0 ° to 180 ° (i.e., -180 °) reversal from the initial state to the inner side
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the rotary connector 3 is a rotary shaft assembly, and the limiting member is a stopping structure of the rotary shaft assembly. The rotating shaft assembly comprises a rotating shaft 17, a first rotating piece 5 and a second rotating piece 6, wherein the first rotating piece 5 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 17 and is fixedly connected with the first plate 1, and the second rotating piece 6 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 17 and is fixedly connected with the second plate 2. Thereby rotate the rotation of 17 revolutes the axle through first rotation piece 5 and second and realize that first rotation piece 5 and second rotate piece 6 and be certain contained angle, and then realize being this certain contained angle respectively with first rotation piece 5 and second rotate between 6 fixed connection's the first board 1 and the second board 2.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the stopping structure includes a stopping piece 7 and a stopping block 8, the stopping piece 7 is disposed on the first rotating member 5 and protrudes in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 17, and the stopping block 8 is disposed in a portion of the second rotating member 6 for housing the rotating shaft 17 and corresponds to the stopping piece 7. When the first rotating member 5 is 180 ° relative to the second rotating member 6, the stopper piece 8 can block the stopper piece 7 to limit the first rotating member 5 and the second rotating member 6 from being turned outward. When the first rotating member 5 is 180 ° with respect to the second rotating member 6, the stopper piece 7 is disengaged from the stopper piece 8 so that the first rotating member 5 and the second rotating member 6 are turned inward to 0 ° (at this time, the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 are attached to each other).
Specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first rotating member 5 includes a first shaft cylinder portion 21 for housing the rotating shaft 17 and a first extending plate 22 extending in a radial direction of the rotating shaft 17 on an outer surface of the first shaft cylinder portion 21, and the second rotating member 6 includes a second shaft cylinder portion 11 for housing the rotating shaft 17 and a second extending plate 12 extending in the radial direction of the rotating shaft 17 on an outer surface of the second shaft cylinder portion 11. The stopping sheet 7 is arranged on the first rotating member 5 and protrudes along the axial direction of the first shaft barrel part 21, and the stopping sheet 7 comprises a vertical section 9 which can be contacted with the stopping block 8 and blocks the stopping block 8 and an arc-shaped section 10 which can be sleeved outside the rotating shaft 17 and rotates around the rotating shaft 17. The stopper 8 is disposed in the second shaft cylinder portion 11 of the second rotating member 6. When the first rotating member 5 rotates to 180 ° with respect to the second rotating member 6 (i.e., the first extension plate 22 of the first rotating member 5 and the second extension plate 12 of the second rotating member 6 are 180 °), that is, in the state shown in fig. 4, since the first extension plate 22 of the first rotating member 5 is fixedly connected to the first plate 1, the second extension plate 12 of the second rotating member 6 is fixedly connected to the second plate 2, and the first plate 1 is 180 ° with respect to the second plate 2, at this time, the stopper piece 8 catches the vertical section 9 of the stopper piece 7, if the first rotating member 5 attempts to rotate in the arrow direction shown in fig. 4 (turn inside), since the distance from any point of the arc-shaped section 10 of the stopper piece 7 to the axial center is larger than the distance from any point of the vertical section to the axial center, the stopper piece 7 cannot continue to rotate in the arrow direction shown in fig. 8, and if the first rotating member rotates in the opposite direction of the arrow shown in fig. 5 (turn outside), since the distance from any point of the arc-shaped section 10 of the stopping sheet 7 to the axis is greater than the distance from any point of the vertical section to the axis, the vertical section 9 of the stopping sheet 7 is easy to separate from the stopping block 8, and the first rotating member 5 can turn to 0 degree with the second rotating member 6 when rotating in the direction opposite to the arrow shown in the figure.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to ensure that the strength of the stopper 8 is sufficiently high, the stopper 8 includes a stopper portion 13 disposed in the second shaft portion 11 and an extending portion 14 in the same plane as the second extending plate 12, the extending portion 14 is fixedly connected to the second extending plate 12, the stopper portion 13 is fixedly connected to the extending portion 14, and preferably, the stopper portion 13 and the extending portion 14 are integrally formed. The extension part 14 of the stop block 8 and the second extension plate 12 are located on the same plane, and when the stop part 13 is clamped on the stop sheet 7, the extension part 14 can bear the acting force transmitted by the stop part 13. Wherein the second extension plate 12 of the second rotation member 6 is fixedly connected with the second plate 2. Compared with the embodiment in which the stopper 8 includes only the stopper portion 13 disposed in the second shaft cylinder portion 11, the embodiment in which the stopper 8 includes the stopper portion 13 and the extending portion 14, the extending portion 14 can bear the force transmitted by the stopper portion 13, the strength that the stopper 8 can bear is greater, and the stopper portion 13 of the stopper 8 is not easily worn away by the stopper piece 7 during the process of fitting the stopper piece 7 to the stopper piece 8.
Example two
The first plate 1 is turned over with the second plate 2 through the rotary connecting piece 3, the limiting pieces are a first part and a second part which are matched with each other, the first part belongs to the first plate 1, the second part belongs to the second plate 2, and when the first plate 1 is turned over relative to the second plate 2, the first part and the second part of the limiting pieces are matched with each other to realize that the turning angle of the first plate 1 relative to the second plate 2 is 0-180 degrees.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5 to 7, the first portion is a groove 15 formed by the inner surface of the first board 1 and the first side surface of the first board 1 opposite to the second board 2, and the groove 15 is not exposed on the outer surface of the first board 1; the second portion is a projection 16 formed on a second side of the second panel 2 opposite the first panel 1, the projection 16 being unexposed at an outer surface of the second panel 2. The first plate 1 and the second plate 2 are located on the same plane, that is, the angle between the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 is 180 ° (refer to fig. 6), if the first plate 1 is turned to the outside with respect to the second plate 2, for example, to any one of the angles between 0 ° and 180 ° between the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 as shown in fig. 5 to be supported on the supporting surface 20, or may also be turned to 0 ° between the first plate 1 and the second plate 2; if the first plate 1 tries to turn inside with respect to the second plate 2, the projection 16 of the second plate 2 prevents the recess 15 of the first plate 1 from turning the first plate 1 inside, since the recess 15 of the first plate 1 cooperates with the projection 16 of the second plate 2.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the rotary connector 3 is a rotating shaft assembly, the protrusion 16 formed on the second side surface of the second board 2 protrudes out of the rotating shaft 17 of the rotating shaft assembly, the first board 1 is turned outwards to any angle between 0 ° and 180 ° with the second board 2, and the first board 1 and the second board 2 can be supported on the supporting surface 20 at the angle, so that the electronic device combined on the second board 2 can be prevented from touching the rotating shaft 17 to protect the electronic device.
In addition, referring to fig. 5 to 7, an accommodating portion 18 is disposed on the outer side surface of the second plate 2 near the rotating shaft 17, the accommodating portion 18 penetrates through the second plate 2 in the direction parallel to the axial direction of the rotating shaft 17, and in the process that the first plate 1 is turned outward so that the state between the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 is changed to the state between the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 at an angle of 180 °, the covering member 4 covering at least the outer surface of the first plate 1 and the outer surface of the second plate 2 can be accommodated in the accommodating portion 18 at the portion near the rotating shaft 17, so that the covering member 4 located outside the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 can be prevented from being wrinkled. Similarly, in the protection device using the structure of the restricting member shown in fig. 2 to 4, a receiving portion 18 may be provided on the outer side surface of the second plate 2 near the rotating shaft 17, the receiving portion 18 penetrating the second plate 2 in the axial direction parallel to the rotating shaft 17 to avoid wrinkles of the covering member 4 located on the outer side of the first plate 1 and the second plate 2.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, 5 and 7, in order to prevent the coating members 4 on the inner sides of the first and second boards 1 and 2 from being pulled in the process of being turned to the outer side, particularly, in order to prevent the coating members 4 from being pulled in the vicinity of the rotating shaft 17, the coating members 4 on the inner sides of the first and second boards 1 and 2 are separated from each other. Specifically, with reference to fig. 5 and 6, the covering member 4 covers the inner side of the first plate 1 near the rotating shaft 17, further covers the outer side of the first plate 1 and the outer side of the second plate 1, and extends to the inner side of the second plate 2 near the rotating shaft 17, because the covering members 4 on the inner sides of the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 are separated from each other, the first plate 1 is turned over to the outer side, so that the state between the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 is changed to 180 ° and the state between the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 is changed to 0 ° without stretching the covering members on the inner sides of the first plate 1 and the second plate 2.
In another embodiment, the rotational connection 3 may also be a part of the covering 4 located between the first plate 1 and the second plate 2. The covering 4 is made of an elastic material, and the first plate 1 can be turned relative to the second plate 2 by the elasticity of the covering 4 itself. Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the restricting member may include a groove 15 and a protrusion 16, and the groove 15 may be formed in combination at an inner surface of the first plate 1 and a first side surface of the first plate 1 opposite to the second plate 2, the groove 15 not being exposed at an outer surface of the first plate 1; a projection 16 is formed on a second side of the second panel 2 opposite the first panel 1, the projection 16 being unexposed at an outer surface of the second panel 2. By the mutual cooperation of the grooves 15 and the protrusions 16, a turning angle of the first panel 1 of 0 ° to 180 ° relative to the second panel 2 is achieved. The principle of action of the limiting member is similar to the embodiments described above and will not be described in detail here.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses an electronic device, which comprises: a main body and a protection device that can be combined with or separated from the main body, the protection device being capable of protecting at least an area on the main body that is covered by the protection device when the main body is combined with the protection device. The protection device includes: a first plate; the first plate and the second plate are turned over through a rotary connecting piece; and the limiting piece is used for limiting the overturning angle of the first plate relative to the second plate through the rotating connecting piece.
Preferably, when the restricting member restricts further turning of the first plate relative to the second plate by the rotational coupling, the first plate and the second plate are located in the same plane;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the protection device further comprises a keyboard which is rotatably connected with the second plate;
when the first plate and the second plate are positioned in the same plane, the protection device can be buckled on the keyboard body.
Preferably, the protection device further comprises:
and the cladding piece at least wraps the outer surface of the first plate and the outer surface of the second plate to form the outer surface of the protection device.
Preferably, the restraint is part of the rotational connection.
Preferably, the rotating connecting piece is a rotating shaft assembly, and the limiting piece is a stopping structure of the rotating shaft assembly; the pivot subassembly includes:
a rotating shaft;
the first rotating piece is sleeved on the rotating shaft and is fixedly connected with the first plate;
the second rotating part is sleeved on the rotating shaft and is fixedly connected with the second plate;
the stop structure comprises a stop piece and a stop block;
the stopping sheet is arranged on the first rotating piece and protrudes along the axial direction of the rotating shaft,
the stop block is arranged in the part, used for sleeving the rotating shaft, of the second rotating piece and corresponds to the stop piece;
when the first rotating piece and the second rotating piece rotate relatively, the stop piece can be clamped by the stop block to limit the turning angle of the first rotating piece and the second rotating piece.
Preferably, the restricting member is a first portion and a second portion which are mutually matched, the first portion belongs to the first plate, and the second portion belongs to the second plate.
Preferably, the first part is that the inner surface of the first plate and the first side surface of the first plate opposite to the second plate form a groove together, and the groove is not exposed on the outer surface of the first plate; the second portion is a protrusion formed on a second side of the second panel opposite the first panel, the protrusion not being exposed at an outer surface of the second panel.
Preferably, the rotational connection is a portion of the wrapping member located between the first plate and the second plate.
The embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the protection device is positioned on the back of the electronic equipment; when the protection device is combined with the electronic equipment, the back of the electronic equipment is positioned no matter the user is in a supporting state or a non-supporting state when the protection device is combined with the electronic equipment, so that the use of the electronic equipment (a tablet computer, a mobile phone and the like) by the user is not influenced. Because if the first plate can be turned inwards, the connection state of the protection device and the electronic equipment combined together is damaged, so that the protection device and the electronic equipment are separated without reason (the separation is not caused by the subjective separation intention of a user); meanwhile, after the protection device is separated from the electronic equipment, the first plate of the protection device can only be turned outwards but not inwards relative to the second plate under the action of the limiting piece, so that the coating material on the whole outer surface of the protection device is effectively protected. Because the covering material is a complete piece of material with a certain elasticity (e.g., leather, knitted fabric, etc.) and the covering material is integrally covered on the outer surface of the first plate, the outer surface of the second plate and the side covering the rotational connection between the first plate and the second plate (this side is the side of the outer surface of the first plate and the outer surface of the second plate). So if the first panel were able to be turned inwards and the presence of the swivel connection would tear the wrapping material apart causing damage to the wrapping material.
The above embodiments are only exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is defined by the claims. Various modifications and equivalents may be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit and scope of the present invention, and such modifications and equivalents should also be considered as falling within the scope of the present invention.
