Example 2
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the scheme in this embodiment can be used in combination with embodiment 1, and the difference between the scheme in embodiment 1 and the scheme in embodiment 1 is that: the test template 1 is also provided with a reserved cabin 26, the reserved cabin 26 is arranged between the liquid storage tank 5 and the liquid flow channel 9, the volume of the reserved cabin 26 is larger than that of the liquid storage tank 5, and the communication position of the liquid flow channel 9 and the reserved cabin 26 is lower than the communication position of the connecting pipe 3 and the liquid storage tank 5 in the vertical direction.
The arrangement is to prevent that the sample liquid flows into the test template 1 at the moment of sample addition, and then is mixed with the residual air to generate foam due to the fast flow of the sample liquid, if the foam flows into the sample test hole 8 along with the sample liquid, the hole jumping phenomenon is easy to generate, if the hole jumping occurs, the subsequent detection steps are adversely affected, the detection result is distorted, and the diagnosis result of a doctor is further affected.
The reserving cabin 26 is arranged between the liquid storage tank 5 and the liquid flow channel 9, so that the foam mixed by the sample liquid and air is reserved in the reserving cabin 26 before the sample liquid flows into the test template 1, and the foam is suspended above the liquid level in the reserving cabin 26 because the foam is lighter than the sample liquid, and meanwhile, the liquid flow channel 9 is arranged at a position lower than the position where the connecting pipe 3 is communicated with the liquid storage tank 5, so that the foam is further prevented from entering the liquid flow channel 9, the occurrence of the jumping hole condition is reduced or even avoided, and the guarantee is provided for the accurate detection work.
When the reserved cabin 26 is used on the test board together with the test hole with the auxiliary cabin in embodiment 1, the hole jumping situation caused by the air bubbles is substantially improved, the reserved cabin 26 reduces the probability of the air bubbles entering the test board, the air bubbles can remain in the auxiliary cabin even if entering the test board, and meanwhile, the center line of the auxiliary cabin 6 forms an included angle of 0-90 degrees with the center line of the specimen test hole 8, so that the sample liquid with the air bubbles is difficult to flow back into the specimen test hole 8 in a short time after entering the auxiliary cabin, and the inventor does not find out the hole jumping phenomenon caused by the air bubbles through the combined use of the three technical characteristics.
Example 3
Meanwhile, in the process of sampling the mycoplasma sample solution, the problem of blockage of the sampling device is often caused, because the mycoplasma sample solution often comprises some human tissues or body fluids, once the tissues or body fluids are not sufficiently crushed or deposited in the sample bottle 2, blockage is easy to occur, so that sampling is failed, in order to solve the problem, the anti-blocking device 31 is additionally arranged at one end of the connecting pipe 3 extending into the sample bottle 2, the anti-blocking device 31 is in a conical bottle shape, the filtering holes 311 are arranged on the side wall and the bottom surface of the anti-blocking device 31 in a penetrating way, the inner diameter of the filtering holes 311 is smaller than the inner diameter of the branch passages 11, and the arrangement mode of the filtering holes 311 should be spread on the side surface and the bottom surface of the anti-blocking device 31.
Further, a bearing is arranged at the central position of the bottom surface of the anti-blocking device 31 and penetrates through the bottom surface of the anti-blocking device 31, a rotating shaft 313 is connected with the anti-blocking device 31 through the bearing, the rotating shaft 313 penetrates through the bottom surface of the anti-blocking device 31, a tower-shaped helical blade 312 is arranged on the rotating shaft 313 arranged at the inner section of the anti-blocking device 31, the size of the tower-shaped helical blade 312 is matched with the inside of the anti-blocking device 31, and a gap is reserved between the tower-shaped helical blade 312 and the side wall and the bottom surface of the anti-blocking device 31; the rotating shaft 313 exposed outside the anti-blocking device 31 is provided with a paddle 314, and the included angle between the paddle 314 and the horizontal is 0 degrees to 5 degrees.
The angle between the paddle 314 and the horizontal can be adjusted according to the clinical specimen 17 to be measured, if the clinical specimen 17 to be measured has more tissue or body fluid components and is easy to precipitate and agglomerate, the angle should be adjusted to 5 degrees, if the precipitation is not obvious, the angle of the paddle 314 can be adjusted to 0 degree to ensure the sample adding speed.
In the process of sample loading, the anti-blocking device 31 is arranged at one end of the connecting pipe 3 extending into the sample bottle 2 and is immersed into the clinical sample 17 to be tested, in the stage of negative pressure exhaust, the gas in the test template 1 is discharged through the connecting pipe 3 and then through the anti-blocking device 31, at the moment, due to the circulation of the gas, the tower-shaped helical blades 312 arranged in the anti-blocking device 31 rotate along with the rotation of the connecting pipe, and the further blades 314 also arranged on the rotating shaft 313 are linked with the tower-shaped helical blades 312, so that the anti-blocking device 31 can tilt, swing and the like, and the anti-blocking device 31 has the advantages of not only preventing blocking during sample loading, but also preventing bubbles from being hung on the anti-blocking device 31 in the stage of exhaust, facilitating gas discharge, and being stirred at the moment due to the rotation of the blades 314.
After the exhaust, the clinical specimen 17 to be tested enters the test template 1 under the action of air pressure, at this moment, the tower-shaped helical blade 312 in the anti-blocking device 31 starts to rotate under the action of air pressure, meanwhile, the rotating shaft 313 and the blade 314 are driven to rotate together, at this moment, the rotating action of the blade 314 can produce stirring effect on the clinical specimen 17 to be tested, under the reaction force of the clinical specimen 17 to the anti-blocking device 31, the anti-blocking device 31 can produce actions such as more severe inclination and swing than the exhaust stage, the clinical specimen 17 to be tested can be stirred through the actions, and meanwhile, tissues or body fluid attached to the anti-blocking device 31 can have more opportunities to enter the test template 1.
When the anti-blocking device 31 of the above type is adopted in actual measurement, the device weight is 6-8g (the weight of the connecting pipe 3 is not contained), the anti-blocking device 31 performs circular motion in the sample adding process, the circular motion forms a circular section, and when the position of the anti-blocking device 31 when the sample adding action is not started is taken as the initial position, the central axis of the anti-blocking device 31 at the initial position penetrates through the circle center of the circular section. For the first detection, the sample concentration is fixed, the texture is uniform, the sample is screened to facilitate the observation of the motion track of the anti-blocking device 31, the particle size of solid matters in the sample is less than 3/4 of the aperture of the filtering hole 311, the sample adding process lasts for 2-3 seconds, and the anti-blocking device 31 moves according to the motion mode in the process.
When the anti-blocking device 31 moves circumferentially along the cup wall below the liquid surface of the sample, wall collision sounds intermittently occur in the movement process, and the preliminary judgment is that the centrifugal force of the anti-blocking device 31 during movement is intermittently changed due to errors in the precision of injection molding and assembly. During the sample loading process, the sample is stirred together with the connecting pipe 3 by the anti-blocking device 31, but the sample does not splash, sprinkle and the like.
In the second actual measurement, other conditions are not changed, and a weight can be connected to the lower end of the rotating shaft 313 of the anti-blocking device 31, namely the liquid inlet end, through a flexible connecting piece, and meanwhile, the sample adopted in the experiment is not sieved, so that the solid material particle size is uneven. The rotation radius of the anti-blocking device 31 in the sample adding process is smaller than that in the previous experiment, and meanwhile, the anti-blocking device 31 is in the condition of the smaller rotation radius, and the sample amount in the test board reaches the standard after the sample adding process is finished. The weight of the test plate after the first and the second actual measurement is 115% and 113% of that of the traditional test plate (automatic sample addition), the jump porosity of the two test plates is 0%, and the amount of the sample in each test hole meets the standard required by the test.
In addition to the above two groups of actual measurements, the inventors conducted experiments of other groups, each of which had a porosity of 0%.
