The lubricating oil system is an important guarantee system of the power device, and a certain amount of air is inevitably mixed in the running of the lubricating oil system, so that the running of the lubricating oil system is influenced significantly. On one hand, cavitation and cavitation erosion occur when the lubricating oil pump works, so that the working performance and the acoustic performance of the lubricating oil pump are deteriorated, and the working life of the lubricating oil pump is shortened; on the other hand, bubbles entrained in the lubricating oil destroy the lubricating liquid film, and increase friction and wear of the lubricated surface. Therefore, oil system design needs to take into account oil degassing issues.
As the lubricating oil medium has high viscosity, the degassing method mainly comprises the methods of time delay retention, centrifugal degassing, vacuum filtration and the like. When the method is applied, the method only can remove the bubbles within a certain fixed size range, and the removal effect on the bubbles with overlarge and undersize is not ideal; if the above-mentioned degassing measures are simply combined in a superimposed manner, although the degassing effect can be improved to some extent, the complexity of the lubricating oil system is increased, which leads to an increase in the space requirement and the power consumption for operation.
It can be seen that the prior lubricating system has the problems of poor degassing quality and low efficiency.

As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention provides an oil degassing apparatus 1 and an oil system for removing gas in oil. The lubricating oil system comprises a lubricating oil degassing device 1, an oil tank 2, a lubricating oil delivery pump 3 and an oil consumption device 4 which are sequentially connected through a pipeline, the lubricating oil delivery pump 3 is used for delivering the lubricating oil in the oil tank 2 to the oil consumption device 4, the lubricating oil degassing device 1 is used for receiving the lubricating oil discharged by the oil consumption device 4, degassing is carried out on the lubricating oil and the lubricating oil is discharged into the oil tank 2, circulation is formed, in the circulation, the lubricating oil flows back to the oil tank 2 through the oil consumption device 4 through self gravity, the driving force of the lubricating oil delivery pump 3 cannot be consumed in the process, and energy is saved.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the lubricating oil degassing device 1 provided by the invention comprises a cylinder body, wherein a gas guide device is arranged in the cylinder body, a delay degassing unit, a wire mesh degassing unit and a centrifugal degassing unit are sequentially arranged on the cylinder body from top to bottom, lubricating oil enters from the top of the cylinder body and sequentially passes through the delay degassing unit, the wire mesh degassing unit and the centrifugal degassing unit, so that gas in the lubricating oil is separated from the lubricating oil, and the separated gas is discharged out of the cylinder body through the gas guide device.
The cylinder comprises an upper cylinder 105, an upper shrinkage cylinder 110, a lower cylinder 111 and a lower shrinkage cylinder 114 which are integrally formed from top to bottom. The inner diameters of the upper and lower contracting cylinders 110 and 114 are gradually reduced from top to bottom, and the diameter of the upper cylinder 105 is larger than that of the lower cylinder 111.
The air guide device comprises a central air guide tube 102, the central air guide tube 102 is axially arranged at the central position of the cylinder body in a penetrating manner along the cylinder body, an air guide and outlet tube 101 is arranged at the top of the central air guide tube 102, and a tapered air guide end face 123 is arranged at the bottom of the central air guide tube. The separated gas is discharged out of the upper cylinder 105 through the exhaust duct 116, and in order to further enhance the degassing effect, the helical blade 104 is rotationally arranged, and the rotational direction of the helical blade is opposite to the flowing direction of the lubricating oil in the working process, so that the transmission time of the lubricating oil on the helical blade 104 can be prolonged, and bubbles in the lubricating oil are promoted to float upwards and break continuously. In order to avoid the sudden increase of the introduced amount of the lubricating oil during the transmission of the lubricating oil, an oil guiding assembly is arranged on the upper cylinder 105 for discharging the excessive lubricating oil.
The oil guiding assembly comprises a partition plate 118 and an oil spilling pipe 119, the partition plate 118 is arranged in the upper cylinder body 105, the lower surface of the partition plate 118 is in contact with the top of the spiral blade 104, an oil guiding cavity is defined between the upper surface of the spiral blade 104 and the upper cylinder body 105, excessive lubricating oil can be transmitted into the oil guiding cavity under the rotation action of the spiral blade 104, two ends of the oil spilling pipe 119 are respectively communicated with the oil guiding cavity and a lubricating oil discharging pipe 115, so that the lubricating oil in the oil guiding cavity is discharged through the lubricating oil discharging pipe 115, and the lubricating oil discharging pipe 115 is arranged at the bottom of the lower contraction cylinder body 114 and communicated with the inner cavity of the lower contraction cylinder body 114.
The wire mesh degassing unit is arranged in the upper cylinder 105 and comprises a mesh plate 106 and a wire mesh 108 which are sleeved on the central air guide pipe 102 from top to bottom, the mesh plate 106 is fixed with the inner wall of the upper cylinder 105, the wire mesh 108 is supported by a support ring 109 and is pressed and fixed through a pressing ring 107, the support ring 109 is sleeved on the central air guide pipe 102 and is fixedly connected with the upper cylinder 105, the pressing ring 107 is sleeved on the central air guide pipe 102, the wire mesh 108 can be pressed in a threaded connection mode with the upper cylinder 105 or the central air guide pipe 102, and the wire mesh 108 can be pressed through a locking assembly.
The oil flows through the helical blades 104 into the wire mesh degassing unit, and at this time, the oil has a certain flow speed and is unevenly distributed.
