本发明涉及一种机械零件，具体是一种接头轴承。
背景技术
轴承是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件，轴承（Bearing）是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体，降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数，并保证其回转精度。按运动元件摩擦性质的不同，轴承可分为滚动轴承和滑动轴承两大类。其中滚动轴承已经标准化、系列化，但与滑动轴承相比它的径向尺寸、振动和噪声较大，价格也较高。滚动轴承一般由外圈、内圈、滚动体和保持架四部分组成，严格的说是由外圈、内圈、滚动体、保持架、密封、润滑油 六大件组成。主要具备外圈、内圈、滚动体就可定意为滚动轴承。按滚动体的形状，滚动轴承分为球轴承和滚子轴承两大类。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体，降低其运动过程中的摩察系数，并保证其回转精度，但是现在市场上的一般都不容易注油且漏油，大都是单珠的，并且噪声极大。
在目前的轴承行业，轴承的散热性能差，容易老化磨损。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供了一种结构简单，轴承结构连接牢固，且适用与管接头型结构的接头轴承。
本发明解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种接头轴承，包括上管套，其特征在于：所述上管套的下端设有法兰板，所述法兰板的下表面设有环形槽，所述环形槽的外壁上设有限位挡板，所述环形槽内设有内挡圈和外挡圈，所述内挡圈和外挡圈之间设有滚珠，所述内挡圈与外挡圈之间设有密封胶条，所述密封胶条的一端固定在内圈侧壁上。
所述内圈的内壁上固定安装有下管套。
本发明具有上管套，在上管套的下端设有法兰板，在法兰板的内壁设有环形槽，在环形槽的外壁上设有限位挡板，且在环形槽内固定安装有内挡圈和外挡圈，且在内外挡圈之间设有滚珠，在内外挡圈的一侧设有密封胶条，实现密封，在内挡圈内固定安装有下管套，这样通过在上、下管套上可配合安装其他部件，实现接头转动连接 。

参见附图，一种接头轴承，包括上管套1，所述上管套1的下端设有法兰板2，所述法兰板2的下表面设有环形槽3，所述环形槽3的外壁上设有限位挡板4，所述环形槽3内设有内挡圈5和外挡圈6，所述内挡圈5和外挡圈6之间设有滚珠7，所述内挡圈5与外挡圈6之间设有密封胶条8，所述密封胶条8的一端固定在内圈5侧壁上。
所述内圈5的内壁上固定安装有下管套9。
