The device has compact structure, low maintenance cost, convenient and accurate control and easy implementation, and is suitable for automatic sewing of the glove.

In the sewing industry, in order to facilitate the cutting, sewing, embroidery and other processing of the flexible fabric, the fabric needs to be tensioned and positioned to prevent the flexible fabric from twisting and wrinkling. In order to tension the flexible fabric, roller tensioning, clamping tensioning adjustment and the like are adopted in the prior art, the tensioning methods are suitable for tensioning the fabric in a large area, the tensioning of the artificial frame is not beneficial to mass production, and the prior tensioning technology cannot be suitable for robot sewing of clothing, gloves and the like. In order to facilitate the robot to sew the clothing of the flexible fabric, the flexible fabric is hardened by chemical agents to realize the robot sewing, but the hardened and sewn fabric needs to be cleaned. At present, the glove is basically produced manually, the efficiency is low, and the labor intensity of workers is high. In order to realize that the manipulator replaces manual sewing, a tensioning and positioning device suitable for robot sewing needs to be researched and designed.

Aiming at the defects of the existing fabric tensioning modes at home and abroad, the invention provides a rotary multi-point tensioning and positioning device, which adopts spring needles arranged at multiple points to penetrate through the sewn glove fabric, then the spring needles rotate, and the fabric is tensioned through needle points, so that the manipulator can clamp and sew the fabric conveniently; the fabric tensioning with complex shape can be completed by changing the positions of the tensioning points and increasing the number of the tensioning points.

In glove production, considering that the fabric is paved, the tensioning of one finger of the glove can be completed only by a single spring needle group ⑶ with a rotation angle smaller than 10 degrees, and the moving distance of the moving needle seat ⑷ is smaller than 15mm, so that the glove sewing process can be controlled conveniently.
The adopted spring needle point can also be tooth-shaped, so that the damage of the spring to glove fabric can be reduced. If a plurality of pairs of spring pins are adopted, the tensioning of the large-area fabric can be completed.
