Abstract

本发明提供了一种包装盒，包括包装盒本体，所述包装盒本体中部设置有空腔，所述包装盒本体的空腔内壁上设置有若干支撑架；所述空腔内位于支撑架的上端面设有底板；所述支撑架与包装盒本体为一整体，所述包装盒本体上，在其与支撑架位置对应处设置有开口，所述开口位置处的包装盒本体的侧壁通过开口向内折弯形成支撑架。结构简单，使用方便，通过设计一体式的支撑架，减少制作成本，增加包装盒的称重量，更加牢固；并且该结构便于折叠，减少存储空间。

本发明涉及包装领域，特别是一种包装盒。
背景技术
包装盒，顾名思义就是用来包装产品的盒子，可以按材料来分类比如：纸盒，铁盒，木盒，布盒，皮盒，亚克力盒，瓦楞包装盒、pvc盒等，也可以按产品的名称来分类比如：月饼盒、茶叶盒、枸杞盒、糖果盒、精美礼盒、土特产盒，酒盒，巧克力盒，食品药品保健品盒、食品包装盒，茶叶包装盒、文具盒等。
包装盒的主要功能包括以下几方面：保证运输中产品的安全，提升产品的档次等。但现有的包装盒结构复杂，制作成本较高，并且不能折叠，不利于存储。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种包装盒，用于解决原先包装盒结构复杂、制作成本高，且不利于折叠和存储的技术问题。
为达成上述目的，本发明提出如下技术方案：
一种包装盒，包括包装盒本体，所述包装盒本体中部设置有空腔，所述包装盒本体的空腔内壁上设置有若干支撑架；
所述空腔内位于支撑架的上端面设有底板；
所述支撑架与包装盒本体为一整体，所述包装盒本体上，在其与支撑架位置对应处设置有开口，所述开口位置处的包装盒本体的侧壁通过开口向内折弯形成支撑架。
进一步的，在本发明中，所述底板包括第一组成部和第二组成部，其中第一组成部的边缘与包装盒本体的空腔适配，第一组成部的底面设置于支撑架上，所述第二组成部设置于第一组成部的边缘。
进一步的，在本发明中，所述底板通过第二组成部固定在包装盒本体空腔内壁上。
进一步的，在本发明中，所述第一组成部与第二组成部为一体结构，且第二组成部与第一组成部之间具有沿第一组成部边缘并向下折弯的折弯线。
进一步的，在本发明中，所述第二组成部沿折弯线向下折弯，其与支撑架对应的侧面与支撑架贴合。
进一步的，在本发明中，所述第一组成部上，除与支撑架对应的位置，其余位置的边缘处均设置有第二组成部。
进一步的，在本发明中，所述第二组成部上，其与包装盒本体空腔内壁对应的侧面与包装盒本体空腔内壁贴合。
进一步的，在本发明中，所述包装盒本体为多边体形，所述开口设置于包装盒的竖直棱边上。
进一步的，在本发明中，所述包装盒本体为圆柱体形，所述开口设置于包装盒的圆柱面上。
有益效果：
由以上技术方案可知，本发明的一种包装盒，结构简单，使用方便，通过设计一体式的支撑架，减少制作成本，增加包装盒的称重量，更加牢固；同时支撑架和底板都是方便折叠的，使得包装盒在折叠状态时所占据的存储空间较小。

如图1至图3所示的一种包装盒，包括包装盒本体1，所述包装盒本体1中部设置有空腔2，所述包装盒本体1的空腔2内壁上设置有若干支撑架3；
所述空腔2内位于支撑架3的上端面设有底板4；
所述支撑架3与包装盒本体1为一整体，所述包装盒本体1上，在其与支撑架3位置对应处设置有开口11，所述开口11位置处的包装盒本体1的侧壁通过开口11向内折弯形成支撑架3。
上述包装盒为一体结构，通过支撑架3对底板4进行支撑，使得底板4的承重力更强；并且支撑架3为折弯结构，在收纳包装盒时，可以将支撑架3反向折回，使得包装盒本体1内部不再存在支撑物，方便与包装盒本体1一起折叠收纳。
作为优选的，在某些实施例中，如图5所示，所述底板4包括第一组成部17和第二组成部18，其中第一组成部17的边缘与包装盒本体1的空腔2适配，第一组成部17的底面设置于支撑架3上，所述第二组成部18设置于第一组成部17的边缘。
作为优选的，在某些实施例中，所述底板4通过第二组成部18固定在包装盒本体1空腔2内壁上。底板4固定在包装盒本体1上，使得包装盒在生产、运输以及使用过程中不易丢失。固定方式包括但不限于胶水、粘贴条14、热熔胶等直接黏连的手段或卡扣等机械连接手段。
作为优选的，在某些实施例中，所述第一组成部17与第二组成部18为一体结构，且第二组成部18与第一组成部17之间具有沿第一组成部17边缘折弯的折弯线。一体结构的底板4，设置成可折弯的形式，使得在包装盒收纳时方便铺平，不至于影响折弯后整体的平整度。
第二组成部18的折弯方向可向上或向下，当折弯方向向上时，第二组成部18与第一组成部17下方的支承架3没有直接接触，第二组成部18的位置不会对底板4的装配造成影响。
作为优选的，在某些实施例中，所述第二组成部18沿折弯线向下折弯；为了避开支撑架3，在所述第一组成部17上，除与支撑架3对应的位置，其余位置的边缘处均设置有第二组成部18。
作为优选的，在某些实施例中，所述第二组成部18沿折弯线向下折弯，第二组成部18中，其与支撑架3对应的侧面与支撑架3贴合。这样，第二组成部18不仅能够连接底板4与包装盒本体1，而且对支撑架3起到一定的支撑作用，使得支撑架3不易变形。
作为优选的，在某些实施例中，所述第二组成部18上，其与包装盒本体1空腔2内壁对应的侧面与包装盒本体1空腔2内壁贴合。因此，可以在第二组成部18相应的侧面上贴上粘贴条14或涂抹胶水、热熔胶等，使得第二组成部18与包装盒本体1空腔2内壁固连。
上述包装盒的形状多变，常见的包装盒一般为多边体形和圆柱体形。一般的，当所述包装盒本体1为多边体形，所述开口11设置于包装盒本体1的竖直棱边上。当所述包装盒本体1为圆柱体形，所述开口11设置于包装盒的圆柱面上。
对于多边体形的包装盒本体1，在某些实施例中，所述支撑架3的上沿水平，且支撑架3包括第一连接部9和第二连接部10，所述第一连接部9与第二连接部10分别与同一个竖直棱边的两个相邻的侧面垂直连接，所述第一连接部9与第二连接部10之间的连接边与相应的竖直棱边对应，且第一连接部9与第二连接部10之间垂直连接。垂直设置，使得支撑架3不易变形且支撑力度较强。
进一步的，所述第一连接部9与第二连接部10形状和大小相同。这样，支撑架3受力较为均匀，有利于稳定。

进一步的，在某些实施例中，为了能够有效和均匀地支撑，一般所述支撑架3的数量大于等于两个，且优选均匀分布在底板4下方。
其中，较为常见的包装盒为长方体形，如图3所示，所述包装盒本体1由四等分的纸左侧面8与右侧面6连接形成一个长方体形，中部形成正方形空腔2；优选在每个竖直棱边上均设置有支撑架3，这样对于底板的承托力均匀，使得包装盒不易变形。
附图1至4中给出了设置2个支撑架3的方案，所述支撑架3设置在包装盒本体1下部空腔2的内壁上，且与支撑架3对应的包装盒本体1上设置有开口，开口位于两个相对的一组竖直棱边上；所述空腔2内位于两个支撑架3的上端面上设有底板4；其中一个支撑架3两端分别垂直设置在包装盒本体1的前端面5和右侧面6上；另一个撑架两端分别垂直设置在包装盒本体1的后端面7和左侧面8上；所述支撑架3包括第一连接部9和第二连接部10；所述第一连接部9和第二连接部10之间相互垂直；所述第一连接部9和第二连接部10长度相同；所述支撑架3与包装盒本体1为一个整体；所述包装盒本体1开口11处内折形成支撑架3。
作为优选的，在上述各个实施例中，所述包装盒本体1上设有吊孔12，一般吊孔12的位置设置在包装盒本体1的上部，且吊孔12的数量为2个或4个，图4中给出了2个吊孔12的方案示意，一个位于前端面5上另一个位于后端面7上；这两个吊孔12之间设有吊绳；吊绳两端分别设置在两个吊孔12内，通过吊孔12和吊绳的配合，可以拎起包装盒。
作为优选的，在上述各个实施例中，所述包装盒本体1前端面5、后端面7、左侧面8、右侧面6的上端均设有一盒盖连接片14；所述盒盖连接片14上部呈弧形，下部呈梯形；所述盒盖连接片14上部与下部之间设有折痕；所述包装盒本体1前端面5和后端面7上部的盒盖连接片14中间均纵向设有长方形孔15；所述包装盒本体1左侧面8和右侧面6上部的盒盖连接片14上端均纵向设有长方形凹槽16；所述包装盒本体1前端面5和后端面7的盒盖连接片14上的长方形孔15均穿过包装盒本体1左侧面8和右侧面6上部的盒盖连接片14，且设置在包装盒本体1左侧面8和右侧面6上部的盒盖连接片14的长方形凹槽16内；所述盒盖连接片14与包装盒本体1为一个整体。
使用时，将包装盒本体1通过折线折成长方体形；然后将包装盒本体1开口11处内折成支撑架3；然后将底板4放在支撑架3上；然后将需要被包装的物品放置在底板4上；然后将包装盒本体1左侧面8和右侧面6上部的盒盖连接片14上部合在一起，并通过折痕使其上部垂直于包装盒本体1；然后将包装盒本体1前端面5和后端面7的盒盖连接片14上的长方形孔15均穿过包装盒本体1左侧面8和右侧面6上部的盒盖连接片14，长方形孔15上部设置在长方形凹槽16内，其上部通过长方形凹槽16合在一起，并通过折痕使其上部垂直于包装盒本体1。
以上，本发明的各个实施例所提供的包装盒的方案，结构简单，使用方便，通过设计一体式的支撑架，减少制作成本，增加包装盒底部的称重量，更加牢固；并且该结构便于折叠，减少存储空间。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上，然其并非用以限定本发明。本发明所属技术领域中具有通常知识者，在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内，当可作各种的更动与润饰。因此，本发明的保护范围当视权利要求书所界定者为准。

Claims (8)

1.一种包装盒，其特征在于：包括包装盒本体，所述包装盒本体中部设置有空腔，所述包装盒本体的空腔内壁上设置有若干支撑架；
所述空腔内位于支撑架的上端面设有底板；
所述支撑架与包装盒本体为一整体，所述包装盒本体上，在其与支撑架位置对应处设置有开口，所述开口位置处的包装盒本体的侧壁通过开口向内折弯形成支撑架；
所述底板包括第一组成部和第二组成部，其中第一组成部的边缘与包装盒本体的空腔适配，第一组成部的底面设置于支撑架上，所述第二组成部设置于第一组成部的边缘；
所述底板通过第二组成部固定在包装盒本体空腔内壁上；
所述第一组成部与第二组成部为一体结构，且第二组成部与第一组成部之间具有沿第一组成部边缘折弯的折弯线；
所述第二组成部沿折弯线向下折弯，其与支撑架对应的侧面与支撑架贴合；
所述第一组成部上，除与支撑架对应的位置，其余位置的边缘处均设置有第二组成部；
所述第二组成部上，其与包装盒本体空腔内壁对应的侧面与包装盒本体空腔内壁贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装盒，其特征在于：所述包装盒本体为多边体形，所述开口设置于包装盒本体的竖直棱边上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包装盒，其特征在于：所述包装盒本体为圆柱体形，所述开口设置于包装盒本体的圆柱面上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的包装盒，其特征在于：所述支撑架的上沿水平，且支架包括第一连接部和第二连接部，所述第一连接部与第二连接部分别与同一个竖直棱边的两个相邻的侧面垂直连接，所述第一连接部与第二连接部之间的连接边与相应的竖直棱边对应，且第一连接部与第二连接部之间垂直连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的包装盒，其特征在于：所述第一连接部与第二连接部形状和大小相同。
6.根据权利要求3所述的包装盒，其特征在于：所述底板上的第二组成部中有且仅有一个侧面与包装盒本体空腔内壁固连。
7.根据权利要求3所述的包装盒，其特征在于：所述支撑架的数量大于等于两个。
8.根据权利要求3所述的包装盒，其特征在于：所述包装盒本体为长方体形，每个竖直棱边上均设置有支撑架。
