一种高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯及其制造方法,所述高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯包括多层芳纶纸相互粘接在一起,相邻的两层芳纶纸形成多个间隔设置的截面为正六边形的通孔,每一层所述芳纶纸的表面吸附有酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液和碳化硅材料。本发明还提供一种高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯的制造方法。该制造方法使得所述碳化硅均匀地吸附在芳纶纸蜂窝芯的蜂窝壁上,从而可以达到工艺要求。由于碳化硅与酚醛树脂混合成的混合液可以将酚醛树脂的各项性能大幅度提升,从而使用碳化硅作为添加剂的酚醛树脂作为芳纶纸蜂窝生产的原材料,可以在不改变产品密度的情况下将芳纶纸蜂窝芯的力学性能提高20%,进而使得该芳纶纸蜂窝芯可以满足日益渐高的力学性能。

技术领域
本发明属于复合材料制备技术领域,特别是一种高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯及其制造方法。
背景技术
蜂窝芯是一种用板材折叠和粘接形成截面为正六解形的片状柱形体,由于它具有较好的力学性能、较高的强度、较轻的重量、以及无污染、或回收等特点,正在替代泡沫塑料等材料而被广泛用来作为各种板材的增加夹芯材料。
芳纶纸蜂窝作为结构芯材,一直广泛使用于航空领域。但在芳纶纸蜂窝芯的生产中,一直以来均是以酚醛树脂作为增强材料,原材料配方固定,蜂窝芯产品各项性能满足指定行业规范要求,而规范要求一直以来也是没有更新过,这些都是阻碍芳纶纸蜂窝芯性能更进一步提高的因素。如今,随着某些领域对于芳纶纸蜂窝芯的力学性能要求日益渐高,传统配方生产出的芳纶纸蜂窝芯已经无法满足使用要求,生产出更高比强度、比刚度的芳纶纸蜂窝芯成为行业研究的重点。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种力学性能更好的高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯及其制造方法,以满足上述要求。
一种高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯,其包括多层芳纶纸相互粘接在一起。相邻的两层芳纶纸形成多个间隔设置的截面为正六边形的通孔。每一层所述芳纶纸的表面吸附有酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的干燥物和碳化硅材料,碳化硅材料占所述材料总质量的0.1%~1%。
进一步地,所述有机溶液为乙醇,甲苯,丙酮,氯仿中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述碳化硅与所述酚醛树脂及有机溶剂的混合液吸附在所述芳纶纸壁上。
一种高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯的制造方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供多层芳纶纸;
叠纸工序:将每一层所述芳纶纸进行折叠,折叠后的芳纶纸的两条相邻的折痕之间的间隔距离相等;
涂胶工序:为每一层芳纶纸按照折痕进行间隔涂胶,在所述芳纶纸上,每一条所述胶涂成条形状而成胶条,在垂直于所述胶条的延伸方向上,所述胶条的宽度为两条相邻的胶条的间隔距离的二分之一;
将该多层涂有胶条的芳纶纸依次错层叠合,并使两层相邻的芳纶纸的胶条相全部重合;
热压工序:对所述胶合后的多层芳纶纸进行热压,制得蜂窝叠板;
拉伸定型工序:将所述蜂窝叠板在水中浸泡后进行拉伸,当蜂窝孔格达到工艺要求的尺寸后,将拉伸后的芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料放入烘箱中定型;
提供一个滚桶式搅拌机,酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液以及碳化硅材料,所述滚桶搅拌机包括至少一个多孔喷头,碳化硅材料占所述材料总质量的0.1%~1%。;
将该碳化硅材料添加到该酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液后放入所述滚桶式搅拌机,再滚动搅拌该添加有碳化硅材料的酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液;
浸胶工序:通过所述多孔喷头将添加有碳化硅材料的酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液均匀地喷洒到定型后的所述芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料,在喷洒所述添加有碳化硅材料的酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液时应反复转动并移动该芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料,直至芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料的蜂窝壁上吸附着一层均匀的混合液;
固化工序:将吸附有添加有碳化硅材料的酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液的芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料放入烘箱中固化;
片切工序:将固化后的芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料在蜂窝专用片切机上加工成设计高度的所述高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯。
进一步地,在热压工序之后,并在拉伸定型工序之前,还包括切边工序,该切边工序是将蜂窝叠板按照设计宽度进行切边。
进一步地,在固化工序中,所述芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料在130度至180度的温度下固定90分钟至240分钟。
进一步地,在拉伸定型工序中,首先在60度至90度下对拉伸后的芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料进行除水20至90分钟,随后控制温度在100度至180度,保温60分钟至240分钟。
进一步地,在热压工艺中,首先在50度至90度的温度下预热20分钟至60分钟,然后在100度至180度的温度下固化3至8小时,热压压力为0.2MPa至0.8MPa。
进一步地,所述胶为高温固化环氧胶粘剂。。
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的制造方法使得所述碳化硅均匀地吸附在芳纶纸蜂窝芯的蜂窝壁上,从而可以达到工艺要求。由于碳化硅与酚醛树脂混合成的混合液可以将酚醛树脂的各项性能大幅度提升,从而使用碳化硅作为添加剂的酚醛树脂作为芳纶纸蜂窝生产的原材料,可以在不改变产品密度的情况下将芳纶纸蜂窝芯的力学性能提高20%,进而使得该芳纶纸蜂窝芯可以满足日益渐高的力学性能。

如图1所示,其为本发明提供的一种高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯的结构示意图。所述高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯包括相互粘接在一起的多层芳纶纸10。芳纶纸本身为一种现有技术,其在上世纪60年代由杜邦公司开发成功,其以诺梅克斯(N OMEX)短纤维和诺梅克斯沉析纤维为造纸原料,斜网抄造湿法成型制成。所述芳纶纸包括两种类型,一种间位芳纶纸,另一种对位芳纶纸。对于所述芳纶纸的具体结构及性能,其应当为本领域技术人员所习知的技术,在此不再详细说明。所述相邻的两层芳纶纸10胶结形成多个间隔设置的截面为正六边形11的通孔。每一个正六边形11形成一个孔格,该孔格的边长可以根据实际的需要来设计。在本实施例中,所述正六边形11的边长为8毫米。因为决定所述高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯的力学性能的因素包括但不限于所述芳纶纸的材质,以及正六边形11,即孔格的边长的大小,也包括增加材料的种类。因此,为了达到该力学性能,所述每一层所述芳纶纸10中都吸附添加有碳化硅的酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的干燥物。所述有机溶液可以为乙醇,甲苯,丙酮,氯仿中的一种或几种。因为在制造所述芳纶纸蜂窝芯的工序中会喷洒所述添加有碳化硅的酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液,因此当该高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯干燥后,便会有该酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的干燥物,以及碳化硅材料吸附在所述芳纶纸10的孔隙中,起到增强材料的目的。也因为在喷洒增强材料时,所述碳化硅是混合在酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液中的,因此在所述芳纶纸上吸附的是碳化硅与所述酚醛树脂及有机溶剂的干燥物的混合物。
如图2所示,为制造所述芳纶纸蜂窝芯的流程图。制造所述芳纶纸蜂窝芯包括如下步骤:
S101:提供多层芳纶纸10;
S102:叠纸工序:将每一层所述芳纶纸进行折叠,折叠后的芳纶纸的两条相邻的折痕之间的间隔距离相等;
S103:涂胶工序:为每一层芳纶纸按照折痕进行间隔涂胶,在所述芳纶纸上,每一条所述胶涂成条形状而成胶条,在垂直于所述胶条的延伸方向上,所述胶条的宽度为两条相邻的胶条的间隔距离的二分之一;
S104:将该多层涂有胶条的芳纶纸依次错层叠合,并使两层相邻的芳纶纸的胶条相全部重合;
S105:热压工序:对所述胶合后的多层芳纶纸进行热压,制得蜂窝叠板;
S106:切边工序:将蜂窝叠板按照设计宽度进行切边;
S107:拉伸定型工序:将所述蜂窝叠板在水中浸泡后进行拉伸,当蜂窝孔格达到工艺要求的尺寸后,将拉伸后的芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料放入烘箱中定型;
S108:提供一个滚桶式搅拌机,酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液以及碳化硅材料,所述滚桶搅拌机包括至少一个多孔喷头,碳化硅材料占所述材料总质量的0.1%~1%。;
S109:将该碳化硅材料添加到该酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液后放入所述滚桶式搅拌机,再滚动搅拌该添加有碳化硅材料的酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液;
S110:浸胶工序:通过所述多孔喷头将添加有碳化硅材料的酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液均匀地喷洒到定型后的所述芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料,在喷洒所述添加有碳化硅材料的酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液时应反复转动并移动该芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料,直至芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料的蜂窝壁上吸附着一层均匀的混合液;
S111:固化工序:将吸附有添加有碳化硅材料的酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液的芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料放入烘箱中固化;
S112:片切工序:将固化后的芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料在蜂窝专用片切机上加工成设计高度的所述高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯。
在步骤S103的涂胶工序中,所述胶为高温固化环氧胶粘剂。
在步骤S105的热压工艺中,首先在50度至90度的温度下预热20分钟至60分钟,然后在100度至180度的温度下固化3至8小时,热压压力为0.2MPa至0.8MPa。
在步骤S107的拉伸定型工序中,首先在60度至90度下对拉伸后的芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料进行除水20至90分钟,随后控制温度在100度至180度,保温60分钟至240分钟。
在步骤S111的固化工序中,所述芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料在130度至180度的温度下固定90分钟至240分钟。
通过步骤S109与S110,可以使所述碳化硅均匀地吸附在芳纶纸蜂窝芯的蜂窝壁上,从而可以达到工艺要求,由于碳化硅与酚醛树脂混合成的混合液可以将酚醛树脂的各项性能大幅度提升,从而使用碳化硅作为添加剂的酚醛树脂作为芳纶纸蜂窝生产的原材料,可以在不改变产品密度的情况下将芳纶纸蜂窝芯的力学性能提高20%,进而使得该芳纶纸蜂窝芯可以满足日益渐高的力学性能。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用于局限本发明的保护范围,任何在本发明精神内的修改、等同替换或改进等,都涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯,其特征在于:所述高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯包括多层芳纶纸相互粘接在一起,相邻的两层芳纶纸形成多个间隔设置的截面为正六边形的通孔,每一层所述芳纶纸的表面吸附有酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的干燥物和碳化硅材料,碳化硅材料占所述材料总质量的0.1%~1%。
2.如权利要求1所述的高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯,其特征在于:所述有机溶液为乙醇,甲苯,丙酮,氯仿中的一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯,其特征在于:所述碳化硅与所述酚醛树脂及有机溶剂的混合液吸附在所述芳纶纸壁上。
4.一种高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯的制造方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供多层芳纶纸;
叠纸工序:将每一层所述芳纶纸进行折叠,折叠后的芳纶纸的两条相邻的折痕之间的间隔距离相等;
涂胶工序:为每一层芳纶纸按照折痕进行间隔涂胶,在所述芳纶纸上,每一条所述胶涂成条形状而成胶条,在垂直于所述胶条的延伸方向上,所述胶条的宽度为两条相邻的胶条的间隔距离的二分之一;
将该多层涂有胶条的芳纶纸依次错层叠合,并使两层相邻的芳纶纸的胶条相全部重合;
热压工序:对所述胶合后的多层芳纶纸进行热压,制得蜂窝叠板;
拉伸定型工序:将所述蜂窝叠板在水中浸泡后进行拉伸,当蜂窝孔格达到工艺要求的尺寸后,将拉伸后的芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料放入烘箱中定型;
提供一个滚桶式搅拌机,酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液以及碳化硅材料,所述滚桶搅拌机包括至少一个多孔喷头,碳化硅材料占所述材料总质量的0.1%~1%。;
将该碳化硅材料添加到该酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液后放入所述滚桶式搅拌机,再滚动搅拌该添加有碳化硅材料的酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液;
浸胶工序:通过所述多孔喷头将添加有碳化硅材料的酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液均匀地喷洒到定型后的所述芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料,在喷洒所述添加有碳化硅材料的酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液时应反复转动并移动该芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料,直至芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料的蜂窝壁上吸附着一层均匀的混合液;
固化工序:将吸附有添加有碳化硅材料的酚醛树脂与有机溶剂的混合液的芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料放入烘箱中固化;
片切工序:将固化后的芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料在蜂窝专用片切机上加工成设计高度的所述高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯。
5.如权利要求4所述的高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯的制造方法,其特征在于:在热压工序之后,并在拉伸定型工序之前,还包括切边工序,该切边工序是将蜂窝叠板按照设计宽度进行切边。
6.如权利要求4所述的高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯的制造方法,其特征在于:在固化工序中,所述芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料在130度至180度的温度下固定90分钟至240分钟。
7.如权利要求4所述的高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯的制造方法,其特征在于:在拉伸定型工序中,首先在60度至90度下对拉伸后的芳纶纸蜂窝芯胚料进行除水20至90分钟,随后控制温度在100度至180度,保温60分钟至240分钟。
8.如权利要求4所述的高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯的制造方法,其特征在于:在热压工艺中,首先在50度至90度的温度下预热20分钟至60分钟,然后在100度至180度的温度下固化3至8小时,热压压力为0.2MPa至0.8MPa。
9.如权利要求4所述的高强度芳纶纸蜂窝芯的制造方法,其特征在于:所述胶为高温固化环氧胶粘剂。
