In the assembly process of the component, the existing mode is to adopt 4 positioning guide posts to position and install the 4G frame from 4 directions respectively, press and position the 4G frame from 4 directions respectively by using 4 bolts, and remove the locking bolts after the installation is completed. Because the screw teeth and the guide posts have gaps, the 4G frame can generate a small amount of deflection when being extruded and vibrated during locking, and the assembly process requirements can not be met.

After the frame 10 is installed and fixed, the second cylinder 41 can push the pressing plate to loosen the workpiece by clicking the release button PLC to give an instruction, and the positioning mechanism 6 can be lifted to return to the original position and release the workpiece to the next station, so that the work is completed.
