The invention relates to a novel radiotherapy positioning mark and an auxiliary treatment positioning device machine and a method thereof, wherein the novel radiotherapy positioning mark and the auxiliary treatment positioning device machine comprises a body surface marking device and a mark positioning treatment positioning device; the body surface marking device consists of a marking shell, a hollow cone, a fixed plate and a cross positioning disk; the inside of the marking shell is fixedly connected with a hollow cone and two fixing plates, two shell fixing holes are formed in the side face of the marking shell, and a cross positioning disc is connected with an upper end edge opening of the marking shell; the mark positioning and treating device consists of mark positioning casing, cross fixing pin and solid cone. The lower end edge opening and the upper end edge opening of the body surface marking device (1) are both provided with round corners, so that the possible damage of the device to the body surface of a patient is reduced; a housing fixing hole (111) on the side of the tag housing (11) is used for placing one end of the fixing band. The groove width of a cross fixing groove (142) on the upper end surface of the cross positioning disk (14) is 2mm, and the cross fixing groove is used for aligning a laser line during positioning and combining with a marking positioning treatment positioning device (2); the hollow cone (12) is used for being combined with the marking positioning treatment positioning device (2); the distance between the vertex of the hollow cone (12) and the body surface marker (1) contacting the body surface is 0.1mm, the accuracy of positioning the marker during treatment planning is reduced as much as possible, and the marker shell (11) has adjustability and can adjust the angle of the cross marker line.
