After the alkali liquor is used for a long time, the valve 4 can be opened, then the alkali liquor is discharged through the liquid discharge pipe 3, and the valve 4 is closed.

Because the transmission device 9 comprises a first belt pulley 91, a flat belt 92, a second belt pulley 93, a second bearing block 94, a worm 95 and a rotating shaft 96, the second bearing block 94 is installed on the left and right sides of the top of the cross bar 6, the rotating shaft 96 is installed between the second bearing blocks 94 on the left and right sides, the worm 95 is installed on the left and right parts of the rotating shaft 96, the worm 95 is in contact with the lifting device 10, the second belt pulley 93 is installed on the right end of the rotating shaft 96, the first belt pulley 91 is installed on the right part of the rotating rod 84, the first belt pulley 91 is located right below the second belt pulley 93, the flat belt 92 is connected between the first belt pulley 91 and the second belt pulley 93, when the motor 82 rotates, the rotating rod 84 rotates to drive the first belt pulley 91 to rotate, the first belt pulley 91 rotates to drive the second belt pulley 93 to rotate through the flat belt 92, the second belt pulley 93 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 96 to rotate, the rotating shaft 96 rotates to drive the worm 95 to rotate, the worm 95 rotates to drive the lifting device 10 to operate, and further drives the screen frame 7 to move downwards so as to soak the grapes in the alkali liquor. Similarly, after the grapes are soaked for 5 seconds, the motor 82 rotates reversely, the worm 95 rotates reversely to drive the lifting device 10 to drive the net frame 7 to move upwards and return to the original position, and the motor 82 is turned off.

After the grapes are soaked for 5 seconds, the motor 82 rotates reversely, the worm 95 rotates reversely to drive the worm wheel 105 to rotate reversely, the net frame 7 is driven to move upwards to be restored to the original position, and an operator can take out the grapes after being soaked in the alkali from the net frame 7 for treatment.
Because the grape alkali-soaking device further comprises a flushing device 11, the flushing device 11 comprises a water tank 111, a water pump 112, a water outlet pipe 113, a fifth bearing seat 114 and a hard pipe 115, the fifth bearing seat 114 is symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the top of the screen frame 7, the hard pipe 115 is arranged between the fifth bearing seats 114 on the left side and the right side, water outlet holes 116 are uniformly formed in the bottom of the hard pipe 115 at intervals, the water tank 111 is arranged on the left side of the top of the bottom plate 1, the water tank 111 is positioned on the left side of the left screw 102, the water pump 112 is arranged on the right side of the bottom in the water tank 111, the water outlet end of the water pump 112 is connected with the water outlet pipe 113, the tail end of the water outlet pipe 113 penetrates through the lower part of the right side of the water tank 111 and is connected with the left end of the hard pipe 115, firstly, an operator pours water into the water tank 111, after the grapes are soaked in alkali, the water pump 112 can be started, the water in the water tank 111 is pumped into the water outlet pipe 113, and then is drained into the hard pipe 115, the water in the hard pipe 115 is discharged through the water outlet hole 116, and the water is discharged to wash the grapes after being subjected to alkali soaking. When the grape wash is complete, the water pump 112 may be turned off. Thus, the alkali liquor remaining on the grapes can be prevented from affecting the quality of the grapes.
Because the grape washing machine further comprises a rotating device 12, the rotating device 12 comprises a 7-shaped rod 121, an air cylinder 122, a rack 123, a connecting rod 124 and a gear 125, the right end of a hard pipe 115 is connected with the connecting rod 124, the gear 125 is installed at the right end of the connecting rod 124, the 7-shaped rod 121 is installed at the right side of the top of a net frame 7, the 7-shaped rod 121 is located at the right side of a fifth bearing seat 114 at the right side, the air cylinder 122 is installed at the left side of the inner top of the 7-shaped rod 121, the air cylinder 122 is vertically arranged, a rack 123 is installed on an expansion rod of the air cylinder 122, the rack 123 is located at the front side of the gear 125, the rack 123 is meshed with the gear 125, when water is discharged through a water outlet hole 116 to wash grapes, an operator can start the expansion rod of the air cylinder 122 to expand and contract, the expansion rod of the air cylinder 122 drives the rack 123 to move up and down, the rack 123 drives the gear 125 to rotate forward and backward alternately, the gear 125 rotates forward and backward alternately, the hard pipe 115 to rotate forward and backward alternately through the connecting rod 124, thereby leading the water to wash the grapes more comprehensively. When the grape washing is completed, the cylinder 122 is closed. Therefore, the grapes can be washed by water more comprehensively, and the quality of the grapes is better.
Because still including water receiving frame 13 and stopper 14, water receiving frame 13 has been placed at framework 2 top, and stopper 14 is installed in the water receiving frame 13 bottom outside, stopper 14 and framework 2 contact, when the grape need carry out the alkali-leaching and handle, operating personnel can take off water receiving frame 13 from framework 2. After the grapes are subjected to alkali leaching treatment, an operator can place the water receiving frame 13 on the frame body 2, the limiting blocks 14 limit the position of the water receiving frame 13, and then after the grapes are washed by water, the water drops into the water receiving frame 13, and when a proper amount of water is in the water receiving frame 13, the water receiving frame 13 can be taken down to treat the water. Therefore, the water can be prevented from falling into the frame body 2 and mixing with the alkali liquor, and the effect of the alkali liquor can be prevented from being influenced.
Because still including drain pipe 15, water receiving frame 13 leading flank left side sub-unit connection has drain pipe 15, and water receiving frame 13 is interior to communicate with drain pipe 15, and when water dropped to in the water receiving frame 13, water flowed through drain pipe 15, so, need not operating personnel and take off water receiving frame 13 and handle water, labour saving and time saving.
