The heating resistance wire is connected with a temperature control device in a control cabinet on the ground through an armored cable. According to the invention, an oil pipe and a packer are utilized, a curable plugging agent which has high thixotropic property and is sensitive to temperature is placed in an annulus between a screen pipe and a well wall, and is cured in an electric heating mode to form an impermeable high-strength slug, so that the purpose of sealing the annulus is achieved, the water outlet part is sealed off in sections or directly outside the pipe, and the development effect of a horizontal well is improved.

Technical Field

Background
The horizontal well has become an important mode of thick oil thermal recovery development, and because of factors such as strong reservoir heterogeneity, large oil-water viscosity ratio, sufficient side bottom water energy and the like, the problems of quick water rise, quick yield decline and the like occur after the horizontal well is put into production, and water shutoff of the horizontal well has become a research hot spot in the industry. The well completion modes of the oilfield horizontal well in China comprise perforation well completion and screen pipe well completion, wherein the screen pipe well completion is the main well completion mode, and most of the well completion modes are slotted screen pipe well completion modes without external pipe separation. Because of the particularity of well type and well completion mode, the plugging agent and the process method commonly used in the vertical well cannot meet the water plugging requirement of the horizontal well.
At present, various technologies such as chemical water shutoff, mechanical water blocking and central control are formed for a conventional oil well, but for a screen pipe well completion horizontal well, effective packing is difficult to carry out by a conventional mechanical method due to annular space between a screen pipe and a well wall, and injection of plugging agent can generate transverse flow in the annular space, so that sectional steam injection and water shutoff effects of the horizontal well are not ideal.

The invention solves the technical problem of poor well completion plugging effect of the screen pipe of the horizontal well, and can perform fixed-point plugging on the screen pipe and the well wall annulus through electric heating.
The electric heating chemical packer for the horizontal well is suitable for plugging the horizontal well with low well temperature, and is more suitable for chemical plugging of the horizontal well near-wellbore zone of a shallow layer and ultra-shallow layer screen pipe well completion.
The chemical packer has the characteristics of simple structure, simple and convenient construction, economy and high efficiency.

According to fig. 1, the electric heating chemical packer for the screen pipe well completion horizontal well comprises a packer barrel 4 and a well flushing valve 3 arranged at the rear end of the packer barrel, wherein a heating resistance wire 2 is arranged on the inner wall of the packer barrel, and meanwhile, the packer barrel is provided with a radial plugging agent discharge hole. The heating resistance wire is connected with a temperature control device in a control cabinet 6 on the ground through an armored cable 1. The front port of the packer cylinder body is connected with an oil pipe 9 through a coupling 5. The packer cylinder is located inside the screen 10.
The packer is characterized in that an inlet and a plugging agent discharge hole are formed in the packer barrel, a wellhead is connected to an oil pipe through a coupling, a well flushing valve is arranged at the tail end of the barrel, and the well flushing valve is in a closed state when the pressure of the well flushing valve is low. The armored cable comprises a heating cable, a thermocouple and a lead wire. The underground end of the armored cable is connected to a heating resistor of the packer, the armored cable is connected to a ground wellhead control cabinet through an oil sleeve annulus, and the heating temperature of the underground packer is controlled through the control cabinet.
The heating resistor is coated on the packer cylinder, and the heating cable is used for heating the plugging agent in the space of the ring through the control cabinet to solidify the plugging agent.
The well flushing valve is positioned at the tail end of the packer, the well flushing valve is in a closed state when the plugging agent is injected, the plugging agent is squeezed between the sieve tube and the well wall along the discharge hole on the cylinder body, and after the plugging agent is injected, the well flushing valve is opened by pressurization, so that the redundant plugging agent in the packer is cleaned.
The invention consists of a packer barrel 4, an armored cable 1, a heating resistor 2 and a well flushing valve 3. The chemical packing material, i.e. the high thixotropic curable plugging agent which is sensitive to temperature, flows through the chemical packer device connected with the lower end of the oil pipe through the ground injection pipe 7, passes through the oil pipe 8, enters the chemical packer through the coupling 5, and is injected into the annulus between the screen pipe 10 and the well wall 11 under the action of pressure. The residual plugging agent in the packer is washed out by a well washing valve 3. The ground control cabinet 6 controls the heating cable 1 to heat the heating resistor 2 wrapped around the packer cylinder. The temperature of the plugging agent in the annular space is increased to a solidification temperature point, the plugging agent is solidified, a high-strength temperature-resistant solidified body is formed in the annular space, the purpose of plugging a steam channeling position or a high-water-content well section is achieved, and the development effect of a horizontal well is improved.
The high-thixotropy curable plugging agent sensitive to temperature can be high-temperature-resistant high-thixotropy cement or high-temperature-resistant high-thixotropy thickening resin. Curable plugging agents are prior art in oilfield production.

the armored cable comprises a heating cable, a thermocouple and a lead wire, the lower end of the armored cable is connected to a heating resistor of the packer, the armored cable is connected to a ground wellhead control cabinet through an oil sleeve annulus, and the heating temperature of the underground packer is controlled through the control cabinet;
