The embodiment can realize automatic resetting of the rotary fixing ring 111, and further realize automatic fixing and clamping of the liquid guiding element 120, and the specific principle is as follows: after the heating wire is wound on the liquid guiding element 120, the rotary fixing ring 111 is rotated through the upper end of the first stop block 1112 or the upper end of the second stop block 1113, so that openings of the two fixing grooves 194 on the base 9 covered by the baffle 1111 of the rotary fixing ring 111 are increased, two ends of the liquid guiding element 120 are respectively placed in the corresponding fixing grooves 194, the rotary fixing ring 111 is loosened, and then the rotary fixing ring 111 is automatically reset under the action of elastic force of the two second elastic pieces 116, so that the liquid guiding element 120 is clamped, and the fixing of the liquid guiding element 120 is realized. The state after the fixing of the liquid guiding element 120 is shown in fig. 9, and the state before the fixing of the liquid guiding element 120 is shown in fig. 8.
Example III
As shown in fig. 10-12, the third embodiment provides another way of matching the heating element fixing device with the connection terminal.
In this embodiment, the connection terminal is a heating element fixing base 117 for indicating a positive electrode post or a negative electrode post. The heating element fixing device includes a cover plate 113 (i.e., a clamping portion), a first fixing shaft 118, and a third elastic member 119. The cover plate 113 is rotatably arranged on the heating element fixing seat 117 through a first fixing shaft 118, a third elastic piece 119 is sleeved on the first fixing shaft 118, two ends of the third elastic piece 119 respectively elastically abut against the heating element fixing seat 117 and the cover plate 113, and the heating element fixing seat 117 and the cover plate 113 are enabled to be in a closed state by the third elastic piece 119. In this embodiment, the third elastic member 119 is a torsion spring. In the present embodiment, the cover plate 113 is rotatably provided on the heating element fixing base 117 by being hinged to the heating element fixing base 117.
The closed state of the heating element fixing device when the heating element is locked is shown in fig. 11, and the open state of the heating element fixing device when the heating element is unlocked is shown in fig. 12.
The working principle of the heating element fixing device of the embodiment is as follows:
when the heating element 112 needs to be fixed, the cover plate 113 is rotated, the cover plate 113 rotates relative to the heating element fixing seat 117, the leading-out end of the heating element 112 is placed on the heating element fixing seat 117, the cover plate 113 is loosened, the cover plate 113 automatically resets under the elastic action of the third elastic piece 119, and the leading-out end of the heating element 112 is pressed.
Example IV
As shown in fig. 13, an atomizer for facilitating fixing of a heating element includes a housing 2 and an atomizing assembly 1, the atomizing assembly 1 being mounted in the housing 2.
As shown in fig. 14 to 15, the atomizing assembly 1 includes a mounting seat 31, a heating element 112, a connection terminal, a heating element fixing device, and a liquid guiding element 120, the connection terminal is provided on the mounting seat 31, the heating element 112 is at least partially provided in contact with the liquid guiding element 120, and a lead-out end of the heating element 112 is fixed on the connection terminal by the heating element fixing device. In this embodiment, the heating element 112 is a heating wire, and the heating wire is wound around the liquid guiding element 120. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the heating element 112 may also be a heating rod or a heating sheet. When the heating element 112 is a heating rod, leads may be provided at both ends of the heating rod, and the leads may be used as lead-out ends, so that the heating element fixing device is clamped and fixed.
As shown in fig. 16 to 17, the heating element fixing device includes a first clamping piece 38, a fourth elastic piece 40 and a pulling block 41, wherein the first clamping piece 38 is a clamping portion. The terminal is a second clip 39. The first jaw 38 is rotatably mounted on the second jaw 39. The two ends of the fourth elastic member 40 respectively elastically abut against the inner wall of the first clamping piece 38 and the inner wall of the second clamping piece 39, so that the first clamping piece 38 and the second clamping piece 39 tend to be in an open state. After the leading-out end of the heating element 112 is placed between the first clamping piece 38 and the second clamping piece 39, the first clamping piece 38 is rotated to the first clamping piece 38 and the second clamping piece 39 to clamp the heating element 112, and then the first clamping piece 38 and the second clamping piece 39 are fixed through the shifting block 41 to prevent the first clamping piece 38 and the second clamping piece 39 from being separated, so that the fixing of the heating element is completed. In this embodiment, the fourth elastic member 40 is a torsion spring.
In this embodiment, the first clamping piece 38 and the second clamping piece 39 are respectively provided with two side plates, the side plates of the first clamping piece 38 and the side plates of the second clamping piece 39 are arranged opposite to each other, and the side plates of the second clamping piece 39 are coated outside the corresponding side plates of the first clamping piece 38. The heating element fixing device further includes a second fixing shaft 37. The second fixing shaft 37 sequentially penetrates the bottom ends of the four side plates to hinge the first and second jaws 38 and 39. The fourth elastic member 40 is sleeved on the second fixing shaft 37, and two ends of the fourth elastic member 40 respectively elastically abut against the inner wall of the first clamping piece 38 and the inner wall of the second clamping piece 39, so that the first clamping piece 38 and the second clamping piece 39 tend to be in an open state.
A first adjusting groove 381 is formed on one side plate of the first clamping piece 38, and the first adjusting groove 381 includes a first adjusting groove wide end 3811 close to the hinge and a first adjusting groove narrow end 3812 far away from the hinge, and the first adjusting groove wide end 3811 and the first adjusting groove narrow end 3812 are mutually communicated to form an inclined L shape. The side plate of the second clamping piece 39 is provided with a second adjusting groove 391 corresponding to the first adjusting groove 381. The width of the first adjustment groove wide end 3811 is greater than the width of the first adjustment groove narrow end 3812, and the width of the first adjustment groove narrow end 3812 and the width of the second adjustment groove 391 are both comparable to the diameter of the dial block 41. The pulling block 41 sequentially passes through the bottom end of the second adjustment groove 391 and the first adjustment groove wide end 3811, and since the first and second clips 38 and 39 tend to be opened, the top end of the second adjustment groove 391 is in a staggered state from the first adjustment groove narrow end 3812. After the leading-out end of the heating element 112 is placed between the first clamping piece 38 and the second clamping piece 39, the first clamping piece 38 is rotated, and the first narrow adjustment groove end 3812 is also rotated toward the second clamping piece 39, so that the first narrow adjustment groove end 3812 is finally aligned with the upper end of the second adjustment groove 391, at this time, the pulling block 41 can be slid upward into the upper end of the second adjustment groove 391 and the first narrow adjustment groove end 3812, thereby preventing the upper end of the second adjustment groove 391 from being separated from the first narrow adjustment groove end 3812, i.e., preventing the first clamping piece 38 from being separated from the second clamping piece 39. Thus, the fixation of the heating element is completed.
The first clip 38 and the second clip 39 are also each provided with an open slot for receiving a heating element. The opening groove provided on the first clip 38 is a first clip opening groove 382 shown in fig. 16, the opening groove provided on the second clip 39 is a second clip opening groove 392 shown in fig. 16, and the first clip opening groove 382 and the second clip opening groove 392 clamp the heating element 112 when the first clip 38 and the second clip 39 are closed.
In this embodiment, the first clip opening 382 is disposed on two side plates of the first clip 38, and two side plates are disposed on each side plate, so that there are four first clip opening 382. The second clip opening grooves 392 are provided on two side plates of the second clip 39, and two are provided on each side plate, so that there are four second clip opening grooves 392 in total. Each first clip opening 382 and each second clip opening 392 form a ring-like structure for receiving the heating element 112 when the first clip 38 and the second clip 39 are closed, so as to fix the heating element 112.
In this embodiment, each of the leading-out ends of the heating element 112 passes through two annular structures at the same height, and one of the leading-out ends of the heating element 112 is fixed by the two annular structures, so that the fixing is more reliable. It can be appreciated that the number of the first clip opening slots 382 and the second clip opening slots 392 is not limited, and the number of the annular structures formed by the first clip opening slots 382 and the corresponding second clip opening slots 392 is only required to be greater than or equal to the number of the outlets of the heating element 112. In this embodiment, there are two terminals, namely, a positive terminal and a negative terminal, respectively, so there are two second clamping pieces 39, one second clamping piece 39 is used as the positive terminal, and the other second clamping piece 39 is used as the negative terminal.
The second clamping piece 39 as the negative electrode wiring terminal is integrally formed with one heating element fixing device and connected with the mounting seat 31 through the negative electrode clamping piece assembly positioning groove 312, and the second clamping piece 39 as the positive electrode wiring terminal is integrally formed with the other heating element fixing device and connected with the mounting seat 31 through the positive electrode clamping piece assembly positioning groove 352.
Specifically, the mounting seat 31 is generally in a disc-shaped structure, the upper surface of the mounting seat 31 is convexly provided with a negative electrode clamping piece assembly positioning groove 312, and the upper surface of the mounting seat 31 is also provided with a first insulating seat positioning groove 313 opposite to the negative electrode clamping piece assembly positioning groove 312. The atomizer further comprises a first insulating seat 34, a positive electrode seat 35 and a fixing member 36. The first insulating seat 34 is installed in the first insulating seat positioning groove 313 of the mounting seat 31, and the first insulating seat 34 insulates the positive electrode connection terminal from the mounting seat 31. The first insulating base 34 is provided with a positive electrode base positioning groove 341, and the positive electrode base 35 is installed in the positive electrode base positioning groove 341. The upper surface of the positive electrode base 35 is provided with a positive electrode clamping piece assembly positioning groove 352.
The negative clip assembly locating slot 312 has a set of opposing slot walls each provided with a locating hole 351. After the second clamping piece 39 serving as the negative electrode binding post and the heating element fixing device are integrally placed in the negative electrode clamping piece assembly positioning groove 312, the second fixing shaft 37 passes through the positioning hole 351 on one side wall of the negative electrode clamping piece assembly positioning groove 312, passes through the first clamping piece 38 and the second clamping piece 39, passes through the positioning hole 351 on the other side wall of the negative electrode clamping piece assembly positioning groove 312, and is locked by the fixing piece 36.
Similarly, the positive clip assembly locating slot 352 has a set of opposing slot walls each provided with a locating hole 351. After the second clamping piece 39 serving as the positive electrode binding post and the other heating element fixing device are integrally placed in the positive electrode clamping piece assembly positioning groove 352, the second fixing shaft 37 passes through the positioning hole 351 of the groove wall on one side of the positive electrode clamping piece assembly positioning groove 352, passes through the first clamping piece 38 and the second clamping piece 39, passes through the positioning hole 351 of the groove wall on the other side of the positive electrode clamping piece assembly positioning groove 352, and is locked by the fixing piece 36.
In this embodiment, the fixing member 36 is a nut, and the second fixing shaft 37 is a screw, and the two are locked by screw-fit.
The state before the mounting seat 31 and the heating element fixing device and the wiring terminal are mounted is shown in fig. 18; the state of the mounting base 31 and the heating element fixing device and the connection terminal after mounting is shown in fig. 17.
The second clamping piece 39 serving as the negative electrode wiring terminal is tightly matched with the negative electrode clamping piece assembly positioning groove 312, so that the whole clamping piece assembly is reliably fixed and does not shake; the second clamping piece 39 serving as the positive electrode binding post is tightly matched with the positive electrode clamping piece assembly positioning groove 352, so that the whole clamping piece assembly is reliably fixed, and shaking does not occur.
The working principle of the heating element fixing device of the embodiment is as follows:
the bottom end of the first adjusting groove 381 is a first adjusting groove wide end 3811, the rest is a first adjusting groove narrow end 3812, the width of the first adjusting groove wide end 3811 is larger than the width of the first adjusting groove narrow end 3812, the width of the first adjusting groove narrow end 3812 and the width of the second adjusting groove 391 are equal to the diameter of the shifting block 41, when the shifting block 41 is placed at the bottom end of the first adjusting groove 381, the shifting block 41 is located at the bottom ends of the first adjusting groove wide end 3811 and the second adjusting groove 391, and the first clamping piece 38 and the second clamping piece 39 are in a V shape under the elastic action of the fourth elastic piece 40 due to the fact that the width of the first adjusting groove wide end 3811 is larger than the width of the second adjusting groove 391.
When the heating element 112 needs to be fixed, in a heating element fixing device, one leading-out end of the heating element 112 is placed in the first clamping piece opening slot 382, the first clamping piece 38 and the second clamping piece 39 are tightly pressed with force, after the first clamping piece 38 and the second clamping piece 39 are closed together, the shifting block 41 is slid upwards to the top ends of the first clamping piece 38 and the second clamping piece 39, as the width of the first clamping piece 3812 and the width of the second clamping piece 391 are equal to the diameter of the shifting block 41, after the external force is removed, the shifting block 41 is clamped under the elastic force of the fourth elastic piece 40 after the second clamping piece 391 and the first clamping piece 381 are slightly displaced, so that the shifting block 41 cannot slide down, and the first clamping piece 38 and the second clamping piece 39 are fixed, and the shifting block 41 is prevented from being separated. At this time, the second clip opening 392 and the first clip opening 382 clamp one lead-out terminal of the heating element 112. Likewise, the other leading end of the heating element 112 may be placed in the other heating element fixture and clamped with the other second clip 39. The first clip 38 and the second clip 39 are closed as shown in fig. 19.
As shown in fig. 14, in this embodiment, the atomizer includes two heating elements 112 and two liquid guiding elements 120, and two outlets of each heating element 112 are fixed by the above principle.
As shown in fig. 15, the atomizer further comprises a second positive electrode 33 and a second insulating base 32. The second positive electrode contact 33 is sleeved in the second insulating seat 32, and the second positive electrode contact 33 and the second insulating seat 32 are installed at the bottom center of the installation seat 31 together, and the second positive electrode contact 33 is electrically connected with the positive electrode wiring terminal.
The side wall of the mounting seat 31 is provided with an air inlet hole 311, and the shell 2 is provided with a through hole corresponding to the air inlet hole 311, so that the outside air is communicated with the inside of the atomization assembly through the through hole and the air inlet hole 311. The mounting seat 31 is further provided with an assembly groove 314, both ends of the assembly groove 314 are provided with arc-shaped ends 3141, and the arc-shaped ends 3141 extend towards the center direction of the mounting seat 31. After the heating element 112 is wound around the liquid-guiding member 120, both ends of the liquid-guiding member 120 are placed in the arc-shaped ends 3141 of the fitting groove 314 and fixed.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the first adjustment slot 381 may be provided on the second clip 39, and correspondingly, the second adjustment slot 391 may be provided on the first clip 38.
The embodiment also provides an electronic cigarette comprising the atomizer.

Claims (9)

1. The atomizer comprises an atomization assembly, wherein the atomization assembly comprises a heating element and a wiring terminal connected with the heating element, and is characterized by further comprising a heating element fixing device, wherein the heating element is fixed on the wiring terminal through the heating element fixing device, the heating element fixing device comprises a clamping part, the clamping part is movably arranged on the wiring terminal, the clamping part is moved to enable the clamping part to be separated from or closed with the wiring terminal, and when the clamping part is closed with the wiring terminal, the heating element is clamped between the clamping part and the wiring terminal; the atomizer still includes the drain component, the atomizing subassembly still includes the base and installs rotatory solid fixed ring on the base, be provided with the fixed slot on the base, be provided with on the rotatory solid fixed ring and cover/open the baffle of fixed slot, the tip of drain component inserts in the fixed slot.
2. The atomizer of claim 1 wherein said heating element fixing means further comprises a first elastic member, one end of said first elastic member elastically abuts against the other side of said holding portion opposite to said terminal, said first elastic member causing said holding portion and said terminal to be brought to a closed state.
3. The atomizer of claim 2 wherein said heating element fixing means further comprises a guide post, one end of said guide post is fixedly connected to said terminal, the other end of said guide post is provided with a stopper, said holding portion is sleeved on said guide post and is slidable in an axial direction of said guide post, and the other end of said first elastic member is elastically biased against said stopper.
4. The atomizer of claim 3 wherein said clamping portion comprises a mounting portion extending axially along said atomizer and a wire pressing portion disposed at one end of said mounting portion and perpendicular to said mounting portion, a guide slot extending through said mounting portion and said wire pressing portion is axially formed in said clamping portion, one end of said guide post opposite said limiting portion is fixedly connected with said terminal after passing through said guide slot, the other side of said clamping portion opposite said terminal is a bottom wall of said guide slot, said terminal is provided with a recessed slide, said mounting portion is received in said recessed slide when said clamping portion is closed with said terminal, and said wire pressing portion is tightly adhered to said terminal.
5. The atomizer of claim 1 wherein said heating element fixing means further comprises a third elastic member, said holding portion is rotatably provided on said terminal, both ends of said third elastic member are elastically abutted against said terminal and said holding portion, respectively, and said third elastic member makes said holding portion and said terminal tend to be in a closed state.
6. The atomizer of claim 1 wherein said heating element fixing means further comprises a fourth elastic member and a pulling block, said holding portion is rotatably provided on said terminal, both ends of said fourth elastic member are elastically abutted against said terminal and said holding portion, respectively, said fourth elastic member causes said holding portion and said terminal to be brought to an open state, and said pulling block is for fixing said holding portion and said terminal when said heating element is sandwiched between said holding portion and said terminal.
7. The atomizer of claim 6 wherein said terminal and said clamping portion have overlapping side plates, said clamping portion side plates having a first adjustment slot, said first adjustment slot including a first adjustment slot wide end adjacent said clamping portion and said terminal connection and a first adjustment slot narrow end distal from said clamping portion and said terminal connection, said first adjustment slot wide end and said first adjustment slot narrow end being in communication with each other, said terminal side plates having a second adjustment slot corresponding to said first adjustment slot, said clamping portion being spaced from said terminal when said paddle is disposed in said first adjustment slot wide end and said second adjustment slot bottom end, said terminal being closed when said clamping portion is rotated into alignment with said second adjustment slot top end and said paddle is disposed in said first adjustment slot narrow end and said second adjustment slot top end.
8. The atomizer of claim 1 further comprising a second elastic member, wherein a stopper is provided at one side of said baffle plate, a lower end of said stopper is inserted into said fixing groove, an upper end of said stopper protrudes out of an upper end of said rotating fixing ring, one end of said second elastic member is elastically abutted against a lower end of said stopper, and the other end of said second elastic member is elastically abutted against a wall of said fixing groove remote from said stopper.
9. An electronic cigarette comprising the atomizer of any one of claims 1-8.
