The sealing ring 5 is made of metal, such as aluminum, and has good ageing resistance compared with the traditional rubber sealing ring. The two sides of the sealing ring 5, which are opposite to the end face of the flange 3, are respectively provided with a convex part 51 surrounding the sealing ring 5, the top of the convex part 51 is continuously contracted, so that the axial section of the convex part 51 is trapezoid (the width of the upper base of the trapezoid section is smaller than 0.1 mm), or a blade with a triangular axial section is formed, and in the embodiment, only the convex part 51 is exemplified and disclosed by adopting a blade structure with the triangular section. By adopting the structural design, the contact area between the sealing ring 5 and the end face of the flange 4 is reduced, and only a small clamping force is applied to the flange 4, so that the convex part 51 of the sealing ring 5 is subjected to extremely high pressure, and therefore ductile deformation of metal is generated, and gaps at the butt joint part of the flange 4 are filled to realize sealing. Meanwhile, the deformation amount of the sealing ring 5 is controlled by controlling the clamping force of the flange 4, so that the sealing ring 5 can be repeatedly used for a plurality of times, the deformation amount of the sealing ring 5 is increased on the basis of the previous time when the sealing ring is used each time until the sealing requirement is met, and when the convex part 51 disappears due to the expansion of metal after the plurality of times of use, the sealing ring 5 is scrapped.
As shown in fig. 6, in order to increase the tightness of the sealing ring 5, in other embodiments of the present application, the protrusion 51 may include two circles with different heights and edge angles, which are respectively an outer ring protrusion 511 and an inner ring protrusion 512, the edge height of the outer ring protrusion 511 is greater than that of the inner ring protrusion 512, and the edge angle of the outer ring protrusion 511 is greater than that of the outer ring protrusion 512 (and the edge shape of the inner ring protrusion 512 is more sharp), and by adopting such a structure, when the end surface of the flange 4 is relatively rough, the sealing cannot be realized even if the outer ring protrusion 511 is extruded and deformed greatly, and the clamp 1 is continuously applied with a pretightening force to deform the inner ring protrusion 511, so as to fill the gap between the contact surfaces of the flange 4. Because the angle of the cutting edge of the concave part 511 of the inner ring is smaller, the stress area of the cutting edge is small, and larger deformation can be generated under the action of small external force, therefore, on the basis of the deformation of the convex part 512 of the outer ring, the convex part 511 of the inner ring can be deformed only by adding small pretightening force, and the operation difficulty is reduced.
When the sealing ring 5 is placed between the contact surfaces of the flanges 4, the sealing ring can slide downwards under the influence of dead weight, positioning is influenced, and remote installation is not facilitated. To solve this problem, the circumferential surface of the seal ring 5 in this embodiment is provided with fixing pieces 52, and the fixing pieces 52 extend to both sides along the axial direction of the seal ring 5 to form a circular arc-shaped (along the outer edge of the seal ring) metal sheet, the circular arc length of which is smaller than half the circumference of the seal ring 5. In order to facilitate remote installation, the seal ring 5 is provided with an assembling portion on the circumferential surface of the fixing piece 52 for abutting against the installation jig. After the sealing ring 5 is fixed on the fixture, the fixture is operated to insert the sealing ring 5 between the two flanges 4 from top to bottom, then the telescopic rod 61 is moved along the axial direction of the sealing ring 5, the fixing block 62 is withdrawn from the notch 531, and the telescopic rod 61 is retracted. The fixing piece 52 covers the circumferential surface of the flange 4, plays a role of hooking, and positions the sealing ring 5 to prevent the sealing ring from sliding down.
