Abstract
The invention provides a foot valve for controlling water outlet of a high-pressure pump by using sanitation machinery, and belongs to the technical field of switching valves for controlling water outlet of pumps. The valve comprises a valve frame, wherein a valve body is arranged in the valve frame, one end of the valve body is connected with a water outlet joint, the other end of the valve body is connected with a water inlet joint, a one-way water inlet valve is arranged at the joint of the valve body and the water inlet joint, the bottom of the valve frame is rotationally connected with a pedal, the end part of the pedal is connected with a push rod, the end part of the push rod is inserted into the valve body and is connected with a one-way water inlet valve, and when the end part of the pedal moves upwards, the push rod can open the one-way water inlet valve so that water inlet joints and water outlet joints at two ends of the valve body are communicated. The invention can control the switch by feet, and liberates hands.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of switch valves for controlling water outlet of pumps, and relates to a foot valve for controlling water outlet of a high-pressure pump of an environmental sanitation machine.
Background
The foot valve is usually used in places requiring flushing such as a toilet, but the outlet of the high-pressure pump is connected with external facilities such as a spray head through the foot valve, so that the use of the foot valve is not much at present. When the spray gun is used, the spray gun needs to be controlled by hands, and the hands can be liberated by using the foot valve, for example, the sewer pipeline cleaning needs to be performed by operating the pipe coiling device coil pipe by hands and simultaneously controlling the high-pressure spray head to clean the pipeline by stepping on the foot valve. In the foot valve for controlling water outlet of the high-pressure pump by the sanitation machine, the one-way water inlet valve comprises a spring seat screwed in the valve body, a spring positioned in the spring seat and a steel ball pressed on the spring, the spring seat is communicated with the water inlet joint, the spring seals the steel ball at the joint of the spring seat and the valve body by using elastic force, and the end part of the push rod extends into the valve body and corresponds to the steel ball in position.
In the foot valve for controlling water outlet of the high-pressure pump by the sanitation machine, the valve seat is clamped at the joint of the valve body and the water inlet joint, the valve seat is in sealing connection with the valve body, the push rod is inserted into the valve seat, and the steel ball is pressed on the valve seat.

Detailed Description
As shown in figures 1-2, the foot valve for controlling water outlet of a high-pressure pump of sanitation machinery comprises a valve frame 1, wherein a valve body 2 is arranged in the valve frame 1, one end of the valve body 2 is connected with a water outlet connector 3, the other end of the valve body is connected with a water inlet connector 4, a one-way water inlet valve 5 is arranged at the joint of the valve body 2 and the water inlet connector 4, the bottom of the valve frame 1 is rotationally connected with a pedal 6, the end part of the pedal 6 is connected with a push rod 7, the end part of the push rod 7 is inserted into the valve body 2 and is connected with the one-way water inlet valve 5, and when the end part of the pedal 6 moves upwards, the push rod 7 can open the one-way water inlet valve 5 so as to enable the water inlet connectors 4 and the water outlet connectors 3 at the two ends of the valve body 2 to be communicated.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the water inlet fitting 4 is connected to the water outlet of the high pressure pump, the water outlet fitting 3 is connected to an external facility such as a nozzle, a spray gun, etc., and the one-way water inlet valve 5 is normally closed, thereby closing the water inlet fitting 4 to the valve body 2, and when the push rod 7 is actuated, the push rod 7 opens the one-way water inlet valve.
The foot valve provided by the embodiment uses the foot to control the switch, liberates two hands, and has reasonable structural design and simple operation.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a plurality of rubber pads 19 are arranged on the valve frame 1 and below the pedal 6, and two ends of each rubber pad 19 extend out of the upper surface and the lower surface of the bottom plate of the valve frame 1 respectively. The rubber pad extending out of the upper surface of the bottom plate of the valve frame 1 prevents the valve frame from being bumped when stepping on the pedal, the rubber pad extending out of the lower surface of the valve frame 1 plays a role in preventing the sliding of the placement surface of the valve frame 1, the side wall of one side of the valve frame 1 far away from the valve body 2 is provided with the limiting pad 21, and the limiting pad 21 prevents the pedal 6 from being bumped with the top of the valve frame 1 after being lifted, so that the rubber pad 19 and the limiting pad 21 play a role in controlling the moving distance of the pedal 6, play a limiting role and prevent the pedal from being bumped with the valve frame. The top of the valve frame 1 is provided with a lifting handle 20 which is convenient to move, the pedal 6 is provided with an anti-slip pad 22, and the anti-slip pad 22 is made of rubber and is preferably attached to the pedal 13.
The one-way valve can adopt a commercially available product, in the embodiment, a simple structure is provided, the one-way valve convenient to detach, specifically speaking, the one-way water inlet valve 5 comprises a spring seat 8 which is in a valve body 2 in a threaded manner, a spring 9 which is positioned in the spring seat 8, and a steel ball 10 which is pressed on the spring 9, the spring seat 8 is communicated with the water inlet joint 4, the spring 9 seals the steel ball 10 at the joint of the spring seat 8 and the valve body 2 by using elasticity, and the end part of the push rod 7 extends into the valve body 2 and the position of the push rod corresponds to the steel ball 10.
The joint of the valve body 2 and the water inlet joint 4 is clamped with a valve seat 11, the valve seat 11 is in sealing connection with the valve body 2, the push rod 7 is inserted into the valve seat 11, and the steel ball 10 is pressed on the valve seat 11. In the embodiment, the axial lines of the push rod 7, the valve seat 11 and the spring seat 8 are on the same straight line, so that the steel ball can quickly act, and the pedal valve is sensitive in response.
The push rod 7 of the present invention not only has the function of pushing away the steel ball 10, but also can dredge the pipeline inside the valve body 2, and the steel ball is in sealing connection with the valve seat 11, so that high-pressure sealing of 100MPa and above can be realized, and the present invention can be used for connection of a high-pressure pump.
One end of the valve body 2, which is close to the water inlet joint 4, is provided with a spring seat joint 12, and the spring seat 8 is in threaded connection with the spring seat joint 12.
The pedal 6 includes a tread portion 13 and a switch portion 14, the connection portion between the tread portion 13 and the switch portion 14 is rotatably connected to a pin 15, the pin 15 is provided on the valve frame 1, and the switch portion 14 corresponds to the position of the push rod 7.
Pedal 13 and switch 14 the included angle between the two is an obtuse angle. That is, the pedal 6 is non-planar, thereby achieving a control sensitivity, and when the stepping portion 13 is downward, the switch portion 14 is moved upward, as in the seesaw principle.
The valve body 2 is provided with a push rod joint 16 at the side opposite to the spring seat joint 12, a push rod fixing nut 17 is screwed in the push rod joint 16, the push rod 7 is inserted into the push rod fixing nut 17, and a sealing ring and a closed baffle ring 18 are arranged between the push rod fixing nut 17 and the push rod joint 16. In this embodiment, the sealing ring is an O-ring, and may be supported by rubber or tetrafluoroethylene.
