The invention provides a continuous sealing machine inflating device with a special air tap structure, which relates to the field of film sealing machines and comprises a supporting surface, an air tap seat, a rotating shaft, a bearing, an air cylinder and an air tap, wherein the rotating shaft is arranged in the bearing, the bearing is fixed on the supporting surface, the air tap seat rotates on the supporting surface through the rotating shaft, the air cylinder and the air tap are respectively fixed on two sides of the air tap seat, and the air tap seat is provided with a through hole; the air tap comprises a connecting part and an air pipe, wherein the air pipe is aligned at one end, the pipe length of the air pipe extending and arranging from the middle to the two sides is sequentially reduced, one end of the connecting part is provided with an air inlet, and the other end of the connecting part is provided with a plurality of air outlets.

Background
The structural design of the traditional inflation or air extraction device of the plastic film continuous sealing machine is quite simple, and a fixed inflation guide plate, an inflation nozzle and other mechanisms are generally adopted. When the wrapping bag passes through deflector and charging connector, the sack is in the open state, can fill gas, but owing to wrapping bag and charging connector have certain distance, when filling gas, also be leaking gas on one side, it is not high to aerify efficiency, and in the station of aerifing, need the manual work slightly open the wrapping bag and do transient stay moreover, then push into the heating zone with the wrapping bag again, the operation degree of difficulty is great. Chinese patent (CN 202295384U) discloses a novel quick air charging or exhausting device of a plastic film continuous sealing machine, which comprises an air tap, wherein the air tap is connected to an oscillating air tap seat, the oscillating air tap seat is connected with a pipe joint through a bearing, the pipe joint is fixed on a straight plate and is arranged at the inlet of the plastic film continuous sealing machine, and the problem is that the distance between the air tap and a packaging bag is not accurately regulated.
The air tap structure is arranged in the air pumping and inflating device of the sealing machine, is used for pumping and deflating the packaging bag, is a pipe body at present, and is sometimes wrinkled due to uneven pumping and deflating caused by the fact that the bag body is large.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is that the distance between the air tap and the packaging bag is not accurately regulated, the air charging and the air discharging are not efficient, the air discharging and the air discharging of the air tap are not uniform, and the bag body is easy to generate wrinkles.

Further, the air faucet seat further comprises an air pipe, the rotating shaft is a hollow shaft, the air faucet seat is hollow and is communicated with the inner wall of the through hole, the air pipe penetrates from the bottom of the rotating shaft, enters the through hole after passing through the inside of the air faucet seat, and is connected with the air faucet.
Further, the air pipes are aligned at one end, and the pipe diameters of the air pipes extending from the middle to the two sides are sequentially reduced.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the invention relates to a continuous sealing machine air charging device with a special air tap structure, which comprises a supporting surface 1, an air tap seat 2, a rotating shaft 3 fixed at the bottom of the air tap seat 2, a bearing 4, an air cylinder 5 and an air tap 6, wherein the rotating shaft 3 is arranged in the bearing 4, the bearing 4 is fixed on the supporting surface 1, the air tap seat 2 rotates on the supporting surface 1 through the rotating shaft 3, the air cylinder 5 and the air tap 6 are respectively fixed on two sides of the air tap seat 2, a through hole 8 is arranged on the air tap seat 2, the tail end of the air tap 6 is inserted from one side of the through hole 8, and a piston rod 9 of the air cylinder 5 is inserted from the other side of the through hole 8 and is fixed with the tail end of the air tap 6;
the air tap 6 comprises a connecting part 10 and a plurality of side-by-side air pipes 11, wherein the air pipes 11 are aligned at one end, the pipe length of the air pipes 11 which are arranged from the middle to the two sides in an extending mode is sequentially reduced, one end of the connecting part 10 is provided with an air inlet 12, the other end of the connecting part is provided with a plurality of air outlets 13, and the air outlets 13 are respectively communicated with the air pipes 11 at one aligned side.
Further, the air vent pipe 14 is further included, the rotating shaft 3 is a hollow shaft, the inside of the air tap seat 2 is hollow and is communicated with the inner wall of the through hole 8, the air vent pipe 14 penetrates from the bottom of the rotating shaft 3, passes through the inside of the air tap seat 2, then enters the through hole 8 and is connected with the air tap 6.
