In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a plurality of first fixing holes 2221 are formed in the first side plate 222 and the second side plate 223 along the respective length directions, the first fixing holes 2221 are arranged side by side and are penetrated by the third fastening piece 2263, and the second fixing holes 2262 corresponding to the first fixing holes 2221 are formed in the two partition folded edges 2261; and the inner diameters of the first fixing hole 2221 and the second fixing hole 2262 are slightly larger than the outer diameter of the third fastening member 2263, so as to ensure that the partition plate 226 cannot be loosened after being fixedly connected. When the object placing tray 21 is arranged in a suspended manner, the objects placed on the object placing tray 21 can generate vertical pressure on the tray main body 201, so that the tray main body 201 is vertically deformed, and the grid reinforcing ribs 212 are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the tray main body 201, so that the strength of the tray main body 201 can be increased, and the deformation quantity of the tray main body 201 can be reduced; when the load bearing of the storage tray 21 is large, the bottom of the tray main body 201 is additionally provided with the bar-shaped reinforcing ribs 213 which are transversely arranged (perpendicular to the guiding convex strips 2112) so as to further increase the strength of the tray main body 201.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of rib mounting grooves (not shown) are provided at the bottom of the tray main body 201 in a direction perpendicular to the guide ribs 2112, and the bar-shaped ribs 213 are mounted and fixed in the rib mounting grooves; or the bar-shaped reinforcing ribs 213 are provided with a plurality of connecting holes 2121, and bottom fasteners 2122 for connecting and fixing the bar-shaped reinforcing ribs 213 to the bottom of the tray main body 201 are screwed in the connecting holes 2121. The strip-shaped reinforcing ribs 213 are installed and fixed by adopting the post-processing fixing mode, so that the condition that the strip-shaped reinforcing ribs 213 are deformed by heating in the integral injection molding process can be avoided, and the strength and the stability of the strip-shaped reinforcing ribs 213 can be increased; and the fixed mode of post-processing also can adjust the fixed quantity of installation of bar strengthening rib 213 according to the actual strength demand of tray main part 201, can more reasonable distribution and utilization resource.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, two side edges perpendicular to the guiding ribs 2112 of the storage tray 21 continue to protrude outwards to form at least one handle 214 for pushing and pulling the storage tray 21; or at least one handle 214 for pushing and pulling the storage tray 21 is arranged on two ends of the storage tray 21 main body, which are perpendicular to the side edges of the storage tray 21; when the loading path 22 is inconvenient to move, the loading tray 21 can be moved by pushing and pulling the handle 214 to take out the goods in the loading cavity 221.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, at least one positioning groove 216 or positioning protrusion is further provided at the bottom of the tray side 210. When the shelf rack of the embodiment is placed on a certain shelf, the shelf is provided with the positioning protrusion matched with the positioning groove 216 or the positioning groove 216 matched with the positioning protrusion, and when the object placing tray 21 is pushed to be placed on the shelf, the positioning protrusion and the positioning groove 216 are matched with each other to easily determine whether the shelf rack to be placed is placed at a proper position, so that the shelf rack is stronger in operability and more humanized.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of counter bores 215 are further provided on both ends of the storage tray 21 along the arrangement direction of the guiding ribs 2112. The counterbore 215 may be used to house the bar-shaped ribs 213 described above, or may be used to house a curtain that shields the shelf, preventing dust from entering the goods in the storage chamber 221.

1. The bottom of the side edge of the tray is also provided with at least one positioning groove or positioning bulge, and a positioning bulge matched with the positioning groove or a positioning groove matched with the positioning bulge of the tray is designed on the goods shelf;
The sliding connection structure comprises a guide chute and a guide convex strip which is in sliding fit with the guide chute; the guide convex strips are arranged at the top of the storage tray and along the movement direction of the goods channel relative to the storage tray, the guide sliding grooves are arranged at the bottom of the goods channel, or the guide sliding grooves are arranged at the top of the storage tray and along the movement direction of the goods channel relative to the storage tray, and the guide convex strips are arranged at the bottom of the goods channel; when the goods channel is arranged on the goods placing tray, the guide chute arranged at the bottom of the goods channel is clamped on the guide convex strip arranged at the top of the goods placing tray; or the guide convex strips arranged at the bottom of the goods channel are clamped in the guide sliding grooves arranged at the top of the goods placing tray, and when the goods channel or the goods placing tray is pushed and pulled, the guide sliding grooves move along the guide convex strips; the size of the guide chute is slightly larger than that of the guide raised strip.
2. The cellular shelf of claim 1 wherein: the bottom of tray main part is provided with a plurality of strengthening rib mounting grooves along the direction of perpendicular to tray side, the bar strengthening rib installation is fixed in the strengthening rib mounting groove.
