Description

Built-in tiltable general gasoline engine fuel supply system
Technical Field
The invention relates to a gasoline engine fuel supply system, in particular to a general gasoline engine fuel supply system which can incline without oil leakage.
Background
The general gasoline engine is mainly applied to generator sets, garden machinery, agriculture and forestry machinery and the like, and as shown in fig. 1a and fig. 1b, a structural schematic diagram of a fuel supply system of the general gasoline engine is shown. The fuel supply system 10 of the general gasoline engine includes an oil inlet hole 11, a float chamber 12, a float 13, a main air passage 14, a main nozzle 15, and a main orifice 17. The fuel 16 enters the float chamber 12 from the fuel inlet pipe through the needle valve seat, and the opening and closing of the needle valve are controlled in the float chamber 12 through the buoyancy action of the float 13, so that the liquid level of the fuel 16 is stabilized at a certain height. When the engine works, negative pressure is generated in the cylinder through the reciprocating motion of the piston to suck oil-gas mixture from a fuel supply system, as shown in figure 1a, fuel oil 16 is sucked into a throat from a float chamber 12 through an oil inlet hole 11, a main metering hole 17 and a main nozzle 15 and is mixed with air to enter a combustion chamber. The main air passage 14 communicating with the main nozzle 15 communicates with the outside atmosphere to supply air to the main nozzle 15 and atomize the fuel.
The fuel supply system of a general gasoline engine is in a vertical state, but once tilting occurs, the level of fuel 16 in the float chamber 12 rises, and when the level of fuel 16 is too high, leakage occurs from the main nozzle 15 and the main air passage 14. As shown in FIG. 1b, because the fuel 16 in the float chamber 12 is more and the main nozzle 15 and the main air passage 14 are both communicated with the cylinder of the engine or the outside, when the engine is inclined to the right, the fuel 16 in the float chamber 12 flows from the left side to the right side, the liquid level of the fuel 15 rises in the float chamber 12, and when the liquid level is inclined to a certain degree and is higher than the orifices of the main nozzle 15 and the main air passage 14, the fuel leaks. Leakage, once tilting occurs, not only is fuel wasted, but also excessive fuel entering the engine combustion chamber can cause the engine to drown and fail to start. If the fuel leaks to the outside, not only the environment is polluted, but also great potential safety hazards exist.
Disclosure of Invention

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings and specific examples is provided for further understanding the objects, aspects and effects of the present invention, but not for limiting the scope of the appended claims.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the fuel supply system 20 of the built-in tiltable general gasoline engine of the present invention includes a main body, and a float chamber 21, a float 22, a main nozzle 23, and a main air passage 24 respectively connected to the main body, wherein fuel 25 is stored in the float chamber 21, and the fuel 25 has a lower level than the main nozzle 23 and the main air passage 24 (see fig. 7). The structure and operation of the same parts as those of the prior art will not be described in detail herein.
The built-in inclinable general gasoline engine fuel supply system 20 further comprises a built-in oil storage cavity 26, wherein the oil storage cavity 26 is communicated with the float chamber 21, and the arrangement position of the oil storage cavity 26 is higher than that of the float chamber 21. The invention designs a built-in storage space on the main body of the crude fuel supply system at a position higher than the fuel liquid level of the float chamber. I.e. the built-in storage space is formed integrally with the main body. The space is communicated with the float chamber, fuel in the float chamber can flow into the storage space when the float chamber is inclined, the purpose of reducing the fuel level in the float chamber is achieved, the fuel level in the float chamber is kept not higher than the main nozzle and the main air channel orifice, and the fuel cannot leak when the float chamber is inclined. Not only saves fuel oil, avoids environmental pollution, but also eliminates potential safety hazard. And the whole size is not greatly changed, thus being beneficial to installation.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, normally, the fuel 25 is maintained at a certain working height in the float chamber 21 by the buoyancy of the float 22, and the fuel 25 does not enter the reservoir chamber 26.
As shown in fig. 5, when the fuel supply system of the general gasoline engine is inclined, the fuel 25 enters the reservoir chamber 26 from the float chamber 21, and the level of the fuel 25 in the float chamber 21 is kept lower than the main nozzle 23 and the main air passage 24, thereby preventing the fuel 25 from leaking from the main nozzle 23 and the main air passage 24 due to the inclination.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the built-in tiltable general gasoline engine fuel supply system 20 of the present invention includes a tilting side S, and the position height of the tilting side S is lowered when the built-in tiltable general gasoline engine fuel supply system 20 is tilted to the tilting side S, that is, tilted in the illustrated tilting direction. The oil storage chamber 26 is arranged on the inclined side S, and when the inclined side S inclines, the height of the oil storage chamber 26 is reduced, the fuel oil 25 circulates to the oil storage chamber 26, and the oil level is guaranteed not to exceed the height of the main pipe 23 and the height of the main air channel 24.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the reservoir chamber 26 includes a body 261 and a pressure plate 262, and a space between the body 261 and the pressure plate 262 forms a chamber C in which the reservoir chamber 26 stores the fuel 25. The oil chamber 26 further includes a communication passage 263, and the communication passage 263 communicates the chamber C with the float chamber 21, so that the fuel 25 enters the chamber C through the communication passage 263 in the float chamber 21 when tilting occurs.
Reservoir 26 also includes a seal 264, and the seal 264 seals between body 261 and pressure plate 262.
As shown in fig. 1, a conventional fuel supply system 10 has two fuel inlets 11, and if an inclination occurs, one of the two fuel inlets is necessarily located above, and the other is located below, and fuel in the upper end fuel inlet and the main nozzle passage flows back downward during the inclination, so that the backflow resistance is large.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the main nozzle passage 23a of the main nozzle 23 of the internal tiltable general gasoline engine fuel supply system 20 of the present invention is provided with an oil inlet hole 23b, and the oil inlet hole 23b communicates the main nozzle passage 23a with the oil storage chamber 26. Further, the oil inlet hole 23b is provided on a side of the main jet passage 23a close to the inclined side S. The main jet passage 23a is not provided with an oil inlet on the side away from the inclined side S. That is, the present invention eliminates the upward oil inlet hole when it is inclined, so that the oil 26 in the main nozzle passage 23a flows back more smoothly and quickly.
As shown in FIG. 6, the present invention can be built in such a way that the fuel 25 is lower than the inlet port 23b and the angle of inclination is greater than 90 deg. Even if the fuel 25 is contained in the fuel bowl 21, the fuel will not leak when the fuel bowl is inclined during transportation or placement. The invention has simple structure and safe use.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent a small amount of fuel from leaking from the main air passage 24 due to inertia of a part of the remaining fuel in the passage of the main nozzle 23 flowing into the main air passage 24 at the time of tilting, the present invention moves the main air passage 24 to the left, i.e., moves the main air passage 24 to the side opposite to the tilting side S, i.e., positions the main air passage 24 to the side opposite to the fuel storage chamber 26, as shown in fig. 7. When the fuel oil is inclined according to the direction shown in the figure, the fuel oil flows to the oil storage cavity 26 on the inclined side S, the fuel oil level on one side of the main air channel 24 is lowered, the main air channel 24 on the opposite side of the inclined side S is always higher than the fuel oil level and is positioned above the channel of the main spray pipe 23, the fuel oil cannot leak from the main air channel 24 all the time, and the leakage event is further avoided.
The direction of the inclined side S is only an example, and according to different engine structures and application terminals, when the inclined directions are opposite, a fuel storage space can be designed on the other side, so that leakage is avoided.
The present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
