The working principle is as follows: when the cable cleaning device needs to be used, firstly, a cable is placed on the rotary table 4, then the cable passes through the first through hole 16 in the third rotary shaft 14, then the first motor 11 is started, the first motor 11 drives the second gear 12 to rotate through the output shaft of the first motor 11, the second gear 12 rotates to drive the first gear 10 to rotate, the first gear 10 rotates to drive the second rotary shaft 8, the second rotary shaft 8 rotates to drive the worm wheel 5 to rotate through the worm 9, the worm wheel 5 drives the cable on the rotary table 4 to rotate through the first rotary shaft 3, the second gear 12 also drives the third gear 15 to rotate, the third gear 15 rotates to drive the third rotary shaft 14 to rotate, and as the oil pipe 18 is arranged on the second through hole 17, a lubricant can be guided into the oil pipe 18, so that the function of lubricating and cleaning the cable in the third rotary shaft 14 is achieved.
Because the rack-type electric bicycle further comprises a first supporting rod 601, a second motor 602, a fourth gear 603, a second support 604, a rack 606 and a sliding sleeve 607, the first supporting rod 601 is arranged above the left side of the first support 6, the second motor 602 is arranged on the first supporting rod 601, the fourth gear 603 is connected to the output shaft of the second motor 602 in an interference manner, the second support 604 is arranged above the left side of the first support 6, the second support 604 is positioned below the first supporting rod 601, a longitudinal first guide hole 605 is arranged on the second support 604, the rack 606 penetrates through the guide hole to be meshed with the fourth gear 603, and the sliding sleeve 607 is connected to the bottom end of the rack 606. Therefore, when the height needs to be adjusted, the first motor 11 can be started, the first motor 11 drives the fourth gear 603 to rotate through the output shaft of the motor, and the fourth gear 603 drives the sliding sleeve 607 to move up and down through the rack 606, so that the function of guiding the cable by the sliding sleeve 607 is achieved.
Because the device also comprises a charging box 101, a filter screen 102, a water pump 103, an exhaust pipe 104 and a V-shaped funnel 105, the charging box 101 is arranged below the left side of the first bracket 6, the filter screen 102 is arranged in the charging box 101, the water pump 103 is arranged in the charging box 101, the exhaust pipe 104 of the water pump 103 is fixed on the first bracket 6, the outlet of the exhaust pipe 104 is positioned above the V-shaped funnel 105, and the V-shaped funnel 105 is matched above the oil pipe 18. Therefore, when in use, the charging box 101 is arranged below the left side of the first bracket 6, the water pump 103 is arranged in the charging box 101, and the upper part of the discharging pipe 104 is fixed above the first bracket 6, so that the function of lubricating the cable by the lubricant is achieved.
Because the device further comprises guide tubes 301, guide rods 302, stoppers 303 and springs 304, four transverse guide tubes 301 are symmetrically arranged on the first rotating shaft 3 from left to right, one guide rod 302 is connected in each of the four guide tubes 301 in a sliding manner, the stoppers 303 are fixed at the outer ends of the four guide rods 302, and the springs 304 are arranged between the four stoppers 303 and the four guide tubes 301. Therefore, when in use, the guide rods 302 are slidably connected in the four guide tubes 301, and the springs 304 are arranged between the four stoppers 303 and the four guide tubes 301, so that the cable fixing function is achieved.
Because the funnel type funnel also comprises a pin 1051, a cover plate 1052, a first magnet 1053 and a second magnet 1054, the cover plate 1052 is matched above the V-shaped funnel 105, the left side of the cover plate 1052 is rotatably connected with the V-shaped funnel 105 through the pin 1051, the right side of the cover plate 1052 is provided with the second magnet 1054, the upper end of the right wall of the V-shaped funnel 105 is provided with the first magnet 1053, and the first magnet 1053 and the second magnet 1054 are attracted mutually. Therefore, when in use, the second magnet 1054 is provided on the right side of the lid 1052, and the first magnet 1053 is provided on the upper end of the right wall of the V-shaped funnel 105, so that the function of blocking dust when not in use is achieved.
