Description

一种膏药
技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域，特别涉及到一种膏药。
背景技术
颈椎病是指颈椎间盘退行性变、颈椎肥厚增生以及颈部损伤等引起颈椎骨质增生，或椎间盘脱出、韧带增厚，刺激或压迫颈脊髓、颈部神经、血管而产生一系列症状的临床综合征，主要表现为颈肩痛、头晕头痛、上肢麻木、肌肉萎缩、严重者双下肢痉挛、行走困难，严重影响人们的生活质量。腰椎病是指因脊柱急慢性损伤及椎间盘退变、骨质增生等原因所引起 , 在临床上表现为以腰腿痛和腰部活动受限为主要症状的疾病。腰椎病以腰腿痛和腰部活动受限为主要症状，同时可伴有一系列复杂的相关症状，腰椎病占整个脊柱病中很大的比例，发病年龄从青少年、青壮年到老年，几乎涵盖所有年龄段，轻者给工作、生活带来不便，重者导致瘫痪，给社会、家庭、个人造成严重危害。
目前针对腰椎、颈椎疾病研制的外用膏药种类较多，但是这些外用膏药起到的作用却有限，大多数仅能轻微的缓解患者的病痛，长期使用后也不见病症有明显改善，治疗效果不理想，各药物成份易出现拮抗作用，贴用后还可能出现导致副作用和过敏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种见效快、无副作用，治愈率高的膏药。
为了解决上述问题，采用以下技术方案：一种膏药，其制备方法包括以下步骤：
a.将A组药物磨成粉状，过80-120目筛，加入基于A组药物总重量2wt%-4wt%的月桂氮酮粉得到药粉混合物；
b.将B组药物用酒精浸泡并水浴加热50min-70min，然后密封20-40天后过滤得到中药浸泡液，将中药浸泡液、陈醋和甘油按（2-3）:（1-1.5）:（1-1.5）的体积比混合得到混合液，向混合液加入香兰醇丁醚和芒硝得到溶媒，所述混合液和香兰醇丁醚的体积比为1000：1-1000：3，所述芒硝加入量按照1000mL混合液对应30-50g芒硝的关系加入；
c.将上述药粉混合物和溶媒混合搅拌即得本发明中所述的膏药；
其中，按重量份计，所述A组药物由以下组分组成：生川乌35-45份、生草乌35-45份、羌活35-45份、徐长卿45-55份、秦艽35-45份、川椒45-55份、肉桂35-45份、麻黄25-35份、白芷45-55份、细辛25-35份、桂枝35-45份、川芎45-55份、元胡35-45份、大黄35-45份、土元25-35份、三七35-45份、冰片8-12份、樟脑35-45份；按重量份计，所述B组药物由以下组分组成：红花90-110份、当归90-110份、干姜90-110份、防风40-60份、伸筋草30-50份、透骨草30-50份、木瓜40-60份、川牛膝40-60份、续断40-60份、杜仲40-60份、补骨脂40-60份、狗脊40-60份、蛇床子40-60份、片姜黄40-60份、桑枝40-60份、生乳香40-60份、生没药40-60份。
优选地，所述A组药物由以下组分组成：生川乌40份、生草乌40份、羌活40份、徐长卿50份、秦艽40份、川椒50份、肉桂40份、麻黄30份、白芷50份、细辛30份、桂枝40份、川芎50份、元胡40份、大黄40份、土元30份、三七40份、冰片10份、樟脑40份；所述B组药物由以下组分组成：红花100份、当归100份、干姜100份、防风50份、伸筋草40份、透骨草40份、木瓜50份、川牛膝50份、续断50份、杜仲50份、补骨脂50份、狗脊50份、蛇床子50份、片姜黄50份、桑枝50份、生乳香50份、生没药50份。
优选地，步骤b中所述酒精为浓度为60%-80%的医用酒精。
优选地，步骤b中所述中药浸泡液、陈醋和甘油的体积比为3:1:1。
优选地，所述混合液和香兰醇丁醚的体积比为1000：2。
优选地，所述芒硝加入量按照40g的芒硝对应1000mL混合液的对应比例关系加入。
本发明中的配方中，生川乌、生草乌、土元具有温经通络止痛的功效；羌活、徐长卿、防风、伸筋草、透骨草、木瓜具有祛风除湿的功效；川椒、肉桂、干姜、蛇床子、川牛膝、续断、杜仲、补骨脂、狗脊具有温里补肝肾强筋骨的功效；川芎、元胡、大黄、三七、红花、当归、生乳香、生没药具有活血化瘀、行气止痛的功效；
麻黄、白芷、细辛、桂枝、防风具有散寒解表的功效。
以上组分混合后，相互配合可祛风除湿、温经散寒、行气活血、通络止痛。另以桂枝通达肢端；片姜黄、桑枝为上肢要药；牛膝为下肢引药；细辛化皮里膜外之痰、搜皮里膜外之风、散皮里膜外之寒；徐长卿、川椒、防风、蛇床子祛风止痒，减少中药外敷之过敏率、减轻过敏症状；冰片、樟脑、氮酮可促进药物透皮吸收；樟脑可防止A组其他药物起虫霉变。
A组为易粉碎和功效较强的药物，打成细粉， B组为不易粉碎药和药性稍缓和之药，制成溶媒，集中A组药力作为消除症状之先锋药物，再以B组药物制成的溶媒辅助和扶正，以达到起效迅速、疗效稳定的标本兼治的效果。
B组药物用酒精浸泡是利用了中药有效成份多易溶于有机溶剂的特性，隔水加热以促进药物有效成份的释放，两两相加大大增加了中药有效成分的释放程度，增加了药物有效成份的利用率。酒精为常用消毒杀菌之品，可防止药液变质霉变，又酒精可清洁皮肤油脂，有利于药物渗透，陈醋具有软坚散结、行气活血之功效，软化皮肤角质有利于药物渗透，甘油具有皮肤保湿、增加药膏粘度的作用。
全方一药多用，功效交叉，用于治疗风寒湿痹，瘀血肿痛疗效卓著。
和现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：该膏药通过采用独特的中药配伍和制备工艺，对于颈椎病、椎间盘突出症、肌肉劳损、骨质增生症、肩周炎、骨性关节炎具有非常显著的治疗效果，一疗程使用10贴后有效率即可达到70%以上，见效速度快，另外，本发明提供的膏药无毒无副作用，具有极为广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面给出实施例以对本发明进行具体的描述，有必要在此指出的是以下实施例只用于对本发明进行进一步说明，不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制，该领域的普通技术人员根据该实施例对本发明所做出的一些非本质的改进或调整仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种膏药，其制备方法包括以下步骤：
a.将A组药物磨成粉状，过100目筛，加入基于A组药物总重量2wt%的月桂氮酮粉得到药粉混合物；
b.将B组药物稍打碎，用75%的医用酒精浸泡并加热60min，然后密封30天后过滤得到中药浸泡液，将中药浸泡液、陈醋和甘油按3:1:1的体积比混合得到混合液，向混合液加入香兰醇丁醚和芒硝得到溶媒，所述混合液和香兰醇丁醚的体积比为1000：1，所述芒硝加入量按照30g的芒硝对应1000mL混合液的关系加入；
c.将上述药粉混合物和溶媒混合搅拌即得。
其中，按重量份计，所述A组药物由以下组分组成：生川乌35份、生草乌35份、羌活35份、徐长卿50份、秦艽35份、川椒50份、肉桂35份、麻黄25份、白芷50份、细辛25份、桂枝35份、川芎50份、元胡35份、大黄35份、土元25份、三七35份、冰片8份、樟脑35份；按重量份计，所述B组药物由以下组分组成：红花90份、当归90份、干姜90份、防风40份、伸筋草30份、透骨草30份、木瓜40份、川牛膝40份、续断40份、杜仲40份、补骨脂40份、狗脊40份、蛇床子40份、片姜黄40份、桑枝40份、生乳香40份、生没药40份。
实施例2
一种膏药，其制备方法包括以下步骤：
a.将A组药物磨成粉状，过100目筛，加入基于A组药物总重量4wt%的月桂氮酮粉得到药粉混合物；
b. 将B组药物稍打碎，用75%的医用酒精浸泡并加热60min，然后密封30天后过滤得到中药浸泡液，将中药浸泡液、陈醋和甘油按2:1:1的体积比混合得到混合液，向混合液加入香兰醇丁醚和芒硝得到溶媒，所述混合液和香兰醇丁醚的体积比为1000：3，所述芒硝加入量按照50g的芒硝对应1000mL混合液的对应比例关系加入；
c.将上述药粉混合物和溶媒混合搅拌即得。
其中，按重量份计，A组药物由以下组分组成：生川乌45份、生草乌45份、羌活45份、徐长卿55份、秦艽45份、川椒55份、肉桂45份、麻黄35份、白芷55份、细辛35份、桂枝45份、川芎55份、元胡45份、大黄45份、土元35份、三七45份、冰片12份、樟脑45份；按重量份计，B组药物由以下组分组成：红花110份、当归110份、干姜110份、防风60份、伸筋草50份、透骨草50份、木瓜60份、川牛膝60份、续断60份、杜仲60份、补骨脂60份、狗脊60份、蛇床子60份、片姜黄60份、桑枝60份、生乳香60份、生没药60份。
实施例3
一种膏药，其制备方法包括以下步骤：
a.将A组药物磨成粉状，过100目筛，加入基于A组药物总重量3wt%的月桂氮酮粉得到药粉混合物；
b. 将B组药物稍打碎，用75%的医用酒精浸泡并加热60min，然后密封30天后过滤得到中药浸泡液，将中药浸泡液、陈醋和甘油按3: 1.5:1的体积比混合得到混合液，向混合液加入香兰醇丁醚和芒硝得到溶媒，所述混合液和香兰醇丁醚的体积比为1000：2，所述芒硝加入量按照40g的芒硝对应1000mL混合液的对应比例关系加入；
c.将上述药粉混合物和溶媒混合搅拌即得本发明中所述的膏药；
其中，A组药物由以下组分组成：生川乌40份、生草乌40份、羌活40份、徐长卿50份、秦艽40份、川椒50份、肉桂40份、麻黄30份、白芷50份、细辛30份、桂枝40份、川芎50份、元胡40份、大黄40份、土元30份、三七40份、冰片10份、樟脑40份；B组药物由以下组分组成：红花100份、当归100份、干姜100份、防风50份、伸筋草40份、透骨草40份、木瓜50份、川牛膝50份、续断50份、杜仲50份、补骨脂50份、狗脊50份、蛇床子50份、片姜黄50份、桑枝50份、生乳香50份、生没药50份。
将上述实施例1-3所制膏药进行临床实验，每次帖敷6-8小时，每帖膏药使用3次，10帖一疗程。病例共计150人，分为三组，分别用实施例1-3中的膏药治疗，这些病例患者均为衡阳市青山医院求诊的患者（至少存在以下病症中的一种：颈椎病、椎间盘突出症、肌肉劳损、骨质增生症、肩周炎、骨性关节炎），其中男性患者110人，女性40人，年龄25-70，平均47岁，病程最短者3个月，最长者25年。据患者反映，150名病例中没有人在贴了本发明中的膏药后出现副作用或者不舒适感，青山医院对这150名病例在一疗程贴用后的情况进行了调查记录，疗效评定标准如下：
治愈：临床症状完全消失，症状连续观察1年无复发者；
有效：全部或主要症状明显消除；
无效：症状、体征无明显变化或仅仅有短期改善。

由上表1可以看出，患者在使用一疗程本发明中的膏药后，病症有了较大改善，且见效较快，治疗有效率可达到70%以上，实施例3中的优选配方的治疗有效率甚至可以超过80%，其治疗效果尤其优异。

Claims (6)

1.一种膏药，其特征在于，其制备方法包括以下步骤：
a.将A组药物磨成粉状，过80-120目筛，加入基于A组药物总重量2wt%-4wt%的月桂氮酮粉得到药粉混合物；
b.将B组药物用酒精浸泡并水浴加热50min-70min，然后密封20-40天后过滤得到中药浸泡液，将中药浸泡液、陈醋和甘油按（2-3）:（1-1.5）:（1-1.5）的体积比混合得到混合液，向混合液加入香兰醇丁醚和芒硝得到溶媒，所述混合液和香兰醇丁醚的体积比为1000：1-1000：3，所述芒硝加入量按照1000mL混合液对应30-50g芒硝的关系加入；
c.将上述药粉混合物和溶媒混合搅拌即得本发明中所述的膏药；
其中，按重量份计，所述A组药物由以下组分组成：生川乌35-45份、生草乌35-45份、羌活35-45份、徐长卿45-55份、秦艽35-45份、川椒45-55份、肉桂35-45份、麻黄25-35份、白芷45-55份、细辛25-35份、桂枝35-45份、川芎45-55份、元胡35-45份、大黄35-45份、土元25-35份、三七35-45份、冰片8-12份、樟脑35-45份；按重量份计，所述B组药物由以下组分组成：红花90-110份、当归90-110份、干姜90-110份、防风40-60份、伸筋草30-50份、透骨草30-50份、木瓜40-60份、川牛膝40-60份、续断40-60份、杜仲40-60份、补骨脂40-60份、狗脊40-60份、蛇床子40-60份、片姜黄40-60份、桑枝40-60份、生乳香40-60份、生没药40-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膏药，其特征在于，所述A组药物由以下组分组成：生川乌40份、生草乌40份、羌活40份、徐长卿50份、秦艽40份、川椒50份、肉桂40份、麻黄30份、白芷50份、细辛30份、桂枝40份、川芎50份、元胡40份、大黄40份、土元30份、三七40份、冰片10份、樟脑40份；所述B组药物由以下组分组成：红花100份、当归100份、干姜100份、防风50份、伸筋草40份、透骨草40份、木瓜50份、川牛膝50份、续断50份、杜仲50份、补骨脂50份、狗脊50份、蛇床子50份、片姜黄50份、桑枝50份、生乳香50份、生没药50份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膏药，其特征在于，步骤b中所述酒精为浓度为60%-80%的医用酒精。
4.根据权利要求1所述的膏药，其特征在于，步骤b中所述中药浸泡液、陈醋和甘油的体积比为3:1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的膏药，其特征在于，所述混合液和香兰醇丁醚的体积比为1000：2。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的膏药，其特征在于，所述芒硝加入量按照40g的芒硝对应1000mL混合液的对应比例关系加入。
