Background

Chinese patent application CN 101791283 discloses a cosmetic capable of eliminating striae gravidarum and scars, which is prepared from raw materials including nicotinamide, epidermal growth factor, vitamin B2, asiaticoside, cocoa butter, collagen and the like, and clinical repair statistics show that the cosmetic has a good striae gravidarum repair effect, but the use amounts of the epidermal growth factor, the asiaticoside, the collagen and the nicotinamide are large, so that the cost is high, and the required use frequency is high (3 times a day).

CN 201710182413.X discloses a stretch mark removing cream which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-70% of beta-glucan, 3-5% of glycerol, 2-5% of jojoba seed oil, 2-5% of vitamin E oil, 2-5% of shea butter, 3-7% of olive oil, 1-3% of centella asiatica extract, 0.2-1% of notoginsenoside and 0.1-1% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate. The beneficial effects of the invention are that through reasonable formula combination, each effective component can be rapidly introduced into the dermis of the skin to accelerate skin repair, so that the collagen fiber and the elastic fiber of the skin forming striae gravidarum can be effectively repaired, simultaneously pigment is lightened, the moisturizing effect on the skin is enhanced, and the skin striae gravidarum removing agent has a good removing effect on the formed striae gravidarum, especially striae gravidarum of more than 3 years.

CN201610972865.3 discloses a biological protease new-growth essence cream. The acrylic acid (ester) copolymer sodium, tocopherol acetate, asiaticoside, butanediol, nicotinamide, lecithin, lactobionic acid, silver oxide, pseudoalteromonas ferment product extract and shea butter fruit resin, wherein the components are respectively 1-5%, 10-20%, 0.5-3%, 10-20%, 1-5%, 0.5-3%, 10-30% and 10-25% by weight; the balance is solvent, and the solvent is preferably deionized water. The acne-removing mask has good acne and mark-removing effects, can diminish inflammation, relieve pain, remove blackhead pimples, smooth scars, remove redundant grease and aged cuticle while cleaning pores, reduce acne regeneration, promote skin cell regeneration, make skin smooth and shiny, reduce skin sensitivity and avoid skin discomfort.

CN201510044263.7 discloses an essence containing chitosan oligosaccharide and jellyfish collagen and a facial mask made of the essence, wherein the essence is obtained by mixing the following components: chitosan oligosaccharide, jellyfish collagen, lecithin, hydroxy prolinol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, xanthan gum, purslane extract, glycerol, butanediol, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerol and water. It has effects in keeping moisture, removing wrinkle, and repairing skin.

CN201710147627.3 discloses a stretch mark repair essence composition, which is characterized in that: the composition comprises the following components in percentage by dose: emulsifier: 1-2, water: and the balance, glycerol: 5-6, humectant: 5-7, stretch mark repair compound: 5-7, β -glucan: 2-3, anti-irritant: 0.1, preservative: 0.1-0.2, essence: 0.01-0.02; wherein the stretch mark repair compound comprises pseudoalteromonas ferment product extract and acetyl tripeptide-30. The raw material components of the medicine are mild in property, obvious in effect, free of stimulation and side effects, and can be used by patients with stretch marks at ease.

The repair of various postpartum striae gravidarum and scars generally has the defects of poor repair effect, poor universality and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a repair cream with the effects of effectively preventing and removing striae gravidarum, which is a repair cream for effectively solving the regeneration link and repair of striae gravidarum and scar fracture and regenerating skin by the synergistic action of a plurality of active ingredients such as methylsilanol hydroxyproline aspartate, pseudoalteromonas ferment product extract, centella asiatica (CENTELLAASIATICA) extract and the like. The collagen peptide is obtained by enzymolysis of collagen or gelatin, and has molecular weight of usually not higher than 3000 daltons. The collagen peptide has low molecular weight (less than 1500 daltons), is easy to absorb, can supply skin tissues and structural nutrients, increase skin hydration ability, improve skin cell environment, enhance collagen activity in skin, and promote metabolism of skin tissues

4. Promoting the reconstruction of the dermis layer of the skin

In the extracellular matrix network of the dermis, hydroxylprolineolanol supports the network of the dermis by binding with mucopolysaccharides and proteoglycans of the dermis.

s3, vacuumizing, pumping the phase B into the phase A, starting a homogenizer, homogenizing for a period of time, and keeping the temperature for 10 minutes;

s4, cooling to 50 ℃, sequentially adding the C-phase raw materials, and uniformly stirring; the C-phase material comprises: methylsilanol hydroxyprolinate aspartate, pseudoalteromonas ferment product extract, acetyl tripeptide-1, collagen, centella asiatica extract, oligopeptide-1, beta-glucan;

s5, cooling to 45 ℃, sequentially adding the D-phase raw materials, uniformly stirring, and discharging after the appearance and pH indexes are qualified; the D phase material comprises the rest antioxidant, the rest humectant and the rest preservative.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects:

the formula of the invention has excellent achievement in the aspects of striae gravidarum size reduction and color lightening.

Detailed Description

The invention will now be further described with reference to the following examples, which are not to be construed as limiting the invention in any way, and any limited number of modifications which can be made within the scope of the claims of the invention are still within the scope of the claims of the invention.

Examples 1 to 3

The reagents and raw materials used in the invention are commercially available;

Performance testing

The striae gravidarum removing cream is compared with the use effects of certain commercially available striae gravidarum cream (comprising pure cocoa butter, vitamin E, elastin, collagen and shea butter) in the prevention test of striae gravidarum and the removal of new and old striae gravidarum (length, width and color of striae gravidarum) and the like.

1. Striae gravidarum prevention test

First time of birth:

the use population: pregnant mother with age of 22-31 years

The use time is as follows: from the third month of pregnancy to one month after birth

The using method comprises the following steps: the examples, the comparative examples and the commercial stretch mark cream are respectively distributed to 100 pregnant mothers for massaging the abdomen, the use frequency is 1 time/day, and the use amount is 5-10 g/time.

Clinical judgment criteria: evaluating three items of striae gravidarum overall severity, striae gravidarum color, striae gravidarum looseness and the like, and simultaneously adopting a 6-point method to score (0-5 points): a score of 0 represents a perfect state and a score of 5 represents a severe state.

The using method comprises the following steps: the subjects divide the abdomen into two areas with the midline of the abdomen as a boundary, and choose one side as the application part of the product in example 1 and the other side as the control part according to a random principle. One stretch mark of similar severity was taken on each side and labeled for clinical assessment of target lesions. The above examples and comparative examples and commercial stretch mark creams were distributed to 100 subjects for abdominal massage, with frequency of 1 time/day and usage amount of 5-10 g/time.

Clinical judgment criteria: evaluating four items of striae gravidarum overall repair, striae gravidarum area, striae gravidarum color, striae gravidarum looseness and the like, and simultaneously adopting a 6-point method to score (0-5 points): a score of 5 represents a perfect state and a score of 0 represents a severe state.

The results are shown in Table 2:

The experimental results show that the formula provided by the invention can effectively improve the overall repair condition of striae gravidarum, the area of the striae gravidarum, the color of the striae gravidarum and the looseness of the striae gravidarum.

a proper amount of humectant, emulsifier and the balance of water;

appropriate amount of preservative and antioxidant;

the molecular weight of the collagen is less than 1500 daltons;

the repair cream is prepared by the following method:

the method comprises the following steps:

s1, mixing the phase A materials under the mixing condition of 70-85 ℃, stirring for 20-35min to obtain a water phase, and keeping the temperature; the phase A material comprises water and at least part of humectant;

s2, mixing the phase B materials under the mixing condition of 70-85 ℃, stirring for 25-35min to obtain an oil phase, and preserving heat; the phase B material comprises an emulsifier, blackcurrant seed oil, shea butter, olive oil, cocoa butter and at least part of an antioxidant and at least part of a preservative;

s3, vacuumizing, pumping the phase B into the phase A, starting a homogenizer, homogenizing for a period of time, and keeping the temperature for 10 minutes;

s4, cooling to 50 ℃, sequentially adding the C-phase raw materials, and uniformly stirring; the C-phase material comprises: methylsilanol hydroxyprolinate aspartate, pseudoalteromonas ferment product extract, acetyl tripeptide-1, collagen, centella asiatica extract, oligopeptide-1, beta-glucan;

s5, cooling to 45 ℃, sequentially adding the D-phase raw materials, uniformly stirring, and discharging after the appearance and pH indexes are qualified; the D phase material comprises the rest antioxidant, the rest humectant and the rest preservative.

2. The repair cream with effect of preventing and removing stretch marks as claimed in claim 1, wherein the humectant is one or two of glycerin and 1, 2-hexanediol; the emulsifier is M68.

3. The repair cream with the effect of effectively preventing and removing stretch marks as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preservative is one or a combination of methyl ester and phenoxyethanol; the antioxidant is one or the combination of two of vitamin E and jasmonic acid ketone.

4. A method for preparing a cream as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 for preventing and removing stretch marks, comprising the steps of:

s1, mixing the phase A materials under the mixing condition of 70-85 ℃, stirring for 20-35min to obtain a water phase, and keeping the temperature; the phase A material comprises water and at least part of humectant;

s2, mixing the phase B materials under the mixing condition of 70-85 ℃, stirring for 25-35min to obtain an oil phase, and preserving heat; the phase B material comprises an emulsifier, blackcurrant seed oil, shea butter, olive oil, cocoa butter and at least part of an antioxidant and at least part of a preservative;

s3, vacuumizing, pumping the phase B into the phase A, starting a homogenizer, homogenizing for a period of time, and keeping the temperature for 10 minutes;

s4, cooling to 50 ℃, sequentially adding the C-phase raw materials, and uniformly stirring; the C-phase material comprises: methylsilanol hydroxyprolinate aspartate, pseudoalteromonas ferment product extract, acetyl tripeptide-1, collagen, centella asiatica extract, oligopeptide-1, beta-glucan;
