油莎豆品质优于菜籽油,堪比橄榄油,营养价值极高。油色清澈微红,无沉淀,浓香无异味,0℃以下不冻,可作精美菜肴的调料油,符合国家食用油标准,是当今植物中较有发展前途的新型油料作物之一。油莎豆含有丰富的蛋白质和亚油酸,其中蛋白质8-10%,亚麻油酸20%左右,亚油酸29%,总油酸高达90%以上。
近几十年来,反式脂肪广泛被应用在与民众息息相关的面包、蛋糕、饼干等食品上。油莎豆富含油脂,大部分为油酸、亚油酸,并含有大量VE、Vc,不含胆固醇,极具抗氧化性,是优质的不干性食用油,事宜所有人群食用,而且可用于高温油炸食品,是反式脂肪(人选氢化油)唯一的优质替代品,应用在食品上,将还***一个健康身体。
目前油莎豆主要用于油类食品、面粉和酒类生产,没有直接食用,很多有益成分不能被人体吸收。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种油莎豆菌丝体保健饮品,其特征在于,所述香菇菌菌丝体液、灵芝菌丝体液、虫草菌丝体液、樟树菌丝体液、牛樟芝菌丝体液、金针菇菌丝体液、灰树花菌丝体液、桑黄菌丝体液、猴头菇菌丝体液、羊肚菌菌丝体液、茶树菇菌丝体液、松茸菌丝体液、桦褐孔菌菌丝体液、木耳菌丝体液和银耳菌丝体液的重量份相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种油莎豆菌丝体保健饮品,其特征在于,还包括添加粉剂,所述添加粉剂包括奶粉、大豆蛋白粉、核桃粉和杏仁粉中的一种或多种,四者的重量份相同,所述添加粉剂与油莎豆重量比为1:(10-20)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种油莎豆菌丝体保健饮品,其特征在于,所述的菌丝体液为菌丝体发酵所得液体经2500-300转/分钟离心处理10-15分钟,过滤得菌丝体,滤液保存待用;将过滤得到的菌丝体进行破壁处理后与滤液合并得到菌丝体液。
7.权利要求1所述的一种油莎豆菌丝体保健饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,将菌丝体液和油莎豆混合打浆,用巴氏消毒法灭菌,密封保存。
