Abstract
The invention provides a fuel injector protrusion height measuring device which comprises an arc-shaped block, a guide rod, a positioning sleeve and a dial indicator, wherein one of two opposite surfaces of the arc-shaped block is a plane part, the other is an arc-shaped part, the plane part is provided with a threaded hole, and the diameter of the arc-shaped part is the same as the inner diameter of a cylinder sleeve for mounting a fuel injector to be measured; the positioning sleeve is of a cylindrical structure, and a through inner hole is formed in the axis; the guide rod comprises a threaded part and a rod part at one end, the threaded part is screwed into the threaded hole, and the rod part penetrates through an inner hole of the positioning sleeve to be in clearance fit with the positioning sleeve; the rod part penetrates out of the positioning sleeve, and the end face of the rod part is used for being in contact with a measuring head of the dial indicator. The invention has the following advantages: the angle of the positioning sleeve and the angle of the oil sprayer mounting hole can be adjusted automatically, and the coaxiality of the positioning sleeve and the oil sprayer mounting hole is guaranteed, so that the measurement error caused by the mounting angle of the measuring device is reduced, the measured value is closer to the actual value, and the measurement precision is guaranteed.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of internal combustion engines, and particularly relates to a device for measuring the protruding height of an oil sprayer.
Background
The opposed piston engine and the opposed piston opposed cylinder engine have no cylinder cover and valve actuating mechanism and have fewer parts than the conventional engine, and fuel is injected into a combustion chamber from the side surface of a cylinder sleeve for combustion, and researches show that: in the engine with the fuel injector laterally installed, the protruding height of the fuel injector has great influence on the combustion performance of the combustion chamber, so that the power, the emission and the like of the engine are influenced.
Therefore, for the first developed engine with side-injection of the fuel injector, it is important to measure the protrusion height of the fuel injector.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention is directed to a device for measuring a protrusion height of an injector, so as to solve the problem of measuring the protrusion height of an injector installed on a side surface of a cylinder liner, that is, an injector installed perpendicular to an axis of the cylinder liner, in an opposed piston engine, an opposed piston opposed cylinder engine, and other injectors.

a fuel injector protrusion height measuring device comprises an arc-shaped block, a guide rod, a positioning sleeve and a dial indicator, wherein one of two opposite surfaces of the arc-shaped block is a plane part, the other is an arc-shaped part, a threaded hole is formed in the plane part, and the diameter of the arc-shaped part is the same as the inner diameter of a cylinder sleeve for mounting a fuel injector to be measured; the positioning sleeve is of a cylindrical structure, and a through inner hole is formed in the axis; the guide rod comprises a threaded part and a rod part at one end, the threaded part is screwed into the threaded hole, and the rod part penetrates through an inner hole of the positioning sleeve to be in clearance fit with the positioning sleeve; the rod part penetrates out of the positioning sleeve, and the end face of the rod part is used for being in contact with a measuring head of the dial indicator.
Furthermore, an annular groove part is arranged on the cylindrical surface of the cylindrical structure of the positioning sleeve, and an O-shaped ring is arranged in the groove part.
Furthermore, the end face of the rod part is a plane.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the invention can self-adjust the angle of the positioning sleeve and the oil sprayer mounting hole and ensure the coaxiality of the positioning sleeve and the oil sprayer mounting hole, thereby reducing the measurement error caused by the mounting angle of the measuring device, leading the measured value to be closer to the actual value and ensuring the measurement precision.

the positioning sleeve 4 is of a cylindrical structure, a penetrating inner hole 41 is formed in the axis, an annular groove part 43 is formed in a cylindrical surface 42 of the cylindrical structure, and the O-shaped ring 3 is installed in the groove part 43 and is used for being matched with an oil sprayer installation hole;
the guide rod 2 comprises a threaded part 21 and a rod part 22 at one end, the threaded part 21 is screwed into the threaded hole 11, and the rod part 22 penetrates through an inner hole 41 of the positioning sleeve 4 to be in clearance fit with the positioning sleeve 4;
the rod part 22 penetrates out of the positioning sleeve 4, and the end face of the rod part is a plane and is used for being in contact with a measuring head of the dial indicator 5.
During measurement:
installing two O-shaped rings 3 into a groove part 43 of a positioning sleeve 4, then installing the positioning sleeve 4 into a fuel injector bush 6, enabling a guide rod 2 to penetrate through an inner hole 41 of the positioning sleeve 4 and a cylinder sleeve 7 and be screwed tightly to a threaded hole 11 of an arc-shaped block 1, rotating the guide rod 2 to enable the arc-shaped block 1 to be completely attached to the inner wall of the cylinder sleeve 7, then installing a dial indicator 5, ensuring that a measuring head of the dial indicator 5 is perpendicular to the end face of a rod part 22 of the guide rod 2, adjusting the dial indicator 5 to zero and then fixing the dial indicator, installing a fuel injector 8 and pressing the dial indicator, reading data of the dial indicator 5, namely the protruding height of the fuel injector, and completing measurement.
