The slide mechanism includes: the bag supporting plate is used for conveying the long pipe bags filled with the sand and stone soil materials through the discharge port of the flood control emergency long pipe bag filling machine to an emergency position, the bag supporting plate is smooth, the rail is used for placing the bag supporting plate, the limiting device is used for limiting the positions of the bag supporting plate on the rail, and the fixing device is used for fixing the bag supporting plate on the rail; wherein, the cross section of the bag supporting plate is arc groove type.
The rail is arranged on the chassis and is positioned below the discharging barrel, and the limiter and the fixer are arranged on the rail; when the bag supporting plate is in a non-working state, the bag supporting plate is arranged on the track; when the bag supporting plate is in a working state, one end of the bag supporting plate is arranged at one end of the track, which is positioned at the side of the discharging cylinder, and the other end of the bag supporting plate is arranged at a slope port at an emergency position.

The stirring cage comprises a stirring shaft and two stirring rod groups fixed on the stirring shaft; each stirring rod group comprises more than 3 stirring rods, the more than 3 stirring rods are fixed on the stirring shaft in a staggered manner, and a section of steel wire rope is further fixed at the non-fixed end of each stirring rod; the output shaft of the stirring cage driving motor is connected with one end of the stirring shaft; the other end of the stirring shaft is rotatably fixed on the bracket.

In the invention, the length and the diameter of the long pipe bag are respectively 5-15 meters and 0.6-1.0 meter, and the specification is determined according to the protection range required on the emergency site.
The sand, stone and soil materials comprise natural flood-control emergency materials such as loose soil, sand and soil, broken stones with the particle size of less than 10 cm, sand and stone mixed materials and the like.

In practical application, the cross section of the storage hopper 2 is trapezoidal, the length, the width and the height of the storage hopper are respectively 3.6 meters, 1.94 meters and 2.6 meters, the length and the width of the feed port of the storage hopper 2 are respectively 1.9 meters and 1.2 meters, and the length and the width of the discharge port of the storage hopper 2 are respectively 0.5 meter and 0.45 meter. The length and the width of the blanking inserting plate 4 are 0.65 meter and 0.495 meter respectively, and the switching time of the blanking inserting plate 4 is 30 seconds on average.
