Abstract
本发明公开了复合面料的整理方法,包括退浆、预定型和抗菌整理步骤,其创新点在于:在抗菌整理步骤中,加入抗菌整理剂;抗菌整理剂包括竹醋酸的乙醇水溶液和纳米银系抗菌剂。本发明的交织面料保留了抗菌、高透气、高吸湿、耐磨、不起球等优点的基础上,还强化了织物的细腻感和悬垂性,适用于时装面料;同时本产品生产的面料还解决了抗皱、缩水的技术问题,抗皱性能好,缩水率较低,服用性能好;本产品的生产方法简单,生产效果好,还具有抗菌效果,相比于一般的现有技术,生产效率得到了提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料的整理方法,尤其涉及复合面料的整理方法,属于纺织面料生产领域。
背景技术
随着人们对交织面料认识的深入,交织面料的消费人群也在逐渐扩大,从几年前的白领阶层逐渐向现在的蓝领阶层扩散,在针织及家纺领域,近年来交织面料产品的总量已经创下了新高,其市场占有量也已经与全棉产品不相上下。在取得可喜成绩的同时,本行业的进一步发展也遇到了瓶颈,因强度、缩水以及挺括等原因,交织面料向其他纺织领域进军是目前难以攻克的技术难题。专利号为201020295706.2的中国实用新型专利,公开了竹纤维与莫代尔混纺和棉纤维交织的家纺面料,尽管该专利技术还是属于家纺领域,但也可以说该专利技术为竹纤维向其他纺织领域进军提供了一个技术方向。申请号为200810136352.4的中国发明专利,公开了锦纶丝与竹纤维的交织布及其织造方法,所述交织布由20D~30D超细旦锦纶单孔丝作为经线、竹纤维纱线作为纬线交织而成,所述超细旦锦纶单孔丝成分占交织布总重量的15%~25%,所述竹纤维纱线成分占交织布总重量的75%~85%。该交织布的布面在保留竹纤维纱线抗菌、高透气、高吸湿、耐磨、不起球等优点的基础上,还强化了织物的细腻感和悬垂性,适用于时装面料。但是,生产的面料还不能解决抗皱、缩水的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供复合面料的整理方法,以解决上述现有技术中尚未解决的难题。
本发明采用的技术方案为:复合面料的整理方法,包括退浆、预定型和抗菌整理步骤,其创新点在于:所述抗菌整理步骤中,加入抗菌整理剂;所述抗菌整理剂包括竹醋酸的乙醇水溶液和纳米银系抗菌剂。
进一步的,所述抗菌整理剂还包括甲壳素和山葵。
进一步的,所述竹醋酸的乙醇水溶液和纳米银系抗菌剂的重量百分比为50~55wt%:45~50wt%。
进一步的,所述抗菌整理步骤具体为:
(1)浸渍抗菌整理剂,浸渍时间为1~2小时;
(2)轧液0.5~1小时,轧余率为70~85%;
(3)预烘,温度为150~160度,时间为10~15s;
(4)烘焙,温度为160~165度,时间为30~50s;
(5)水洗,冷水洗2~4min后50~60度的热水洗1~2min;
(6)烘干,温度设置为100~110度。
进一步的,所述轧余率为80~82%。
进一步的,所述竹醋酸的乙醇水溶液和纳米银系抗菌剂的重量百分比为50wt%:50wt%。
有益效果:本发明的交织面料保留了抗菌、高透气、高吸湿、耐磨、不起球等优点的基础上,还强化了织物的细腻感和悬垂性,适用于时装面料;同时本产品生产的面料还解决了抗皱、缩水的技术问题,抗皱性能好,缩水率较低,服用性能好;本产品的生产方法简单,生产效果好,还具有抗菌效果,相比于一般的现有技术,生产效率得到了提高。

实施例1
复合面料的整理方法,经过常规的退浆和预定型之后,进行抗菌整理步骤,抗菌整理的步骤具体为:
(1)浸渍抗菌整理剂,浸渍时间为1小时;
(2)轧液0.5小时,轧余率为70%;
(3)预烘,温度为150度,时间为10s;
(4)烘焙,温度为160度,时间为30s;
(5)水洗,冷水洗2min后50度的热水洗1min;
(6)烘干,温度设置为100度。
其中,抗菌整理剂包括55wt%竹醋酸的乙醇水溶液和45wt%纳米银系抗菌剂。
本实施例的交织面料,抗菌效果好,抗皱性能好,缩水率较低,服用性能好,本产品的生产方法简单,生产效果好,抗菌效果良好,相比于一般的现有技术,生产效率提高了10%。
实施例2
复合面料的整理方法,经过常规的退浆和预定型之后,进行抗菌整理步骤,抗菌整理的步骤具体为:
(1)浸渍抗菌整理剂,浸渍时间为2小时;
(2)轧液1小时,轧余率为80%;
(3)预烘,温度为160度,时间为15s;
(4)烘焙,温度为160度,时间为40s;
(5)水洗,冷水洗3min后60度的热水洗2min;
(6)烘干,温度设置为110度。
其中,抗菌整理剂包括50wt%竹醋酸的乙醇水溶液和49wt%纳米银系抗菌剂,还包括0.5wt%甲壳素和0.5wt%山葵。
本实施例的交织面料,抗菌效果好,抗皱性能好,缩水率低,服用性能好,本产品的生产方法简单,生产效果好,抗菌效果好,相比于一般的现有技术,生产效率提高了15%。

1.复合面料的整理方法,包括退浆、预定型和抗菌整理步骤,其特征在于:所述抗菌整理步骤中,加入抗菌整理剂;所述抗菌整理剂包括竹醋酸的乙醇水溶液和纳米银系抗菌剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合面料的整理方法,其特征在于:所述抗菌整理剂还包括甲壳素和山葵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合面料的整理方法,其特征在于:所述竹醋酸的乙醇水溶液和纳米银系抗菌剂的重量百分比为50~55wt%:45~50wt%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合面料的整理方法,其特征在于:所述抗菌整理步骤具体为:
(1)浸渍抗菌整理剂,浸渍时间为1~2小时;
(2)轧液0.5~1小时,轧余率为70~85%;
(3)预烘,温度为150~160度,时间为10~15s;
(4)烘焙,温度为160~165度,时间为30~50s;
(5)水洗,冷水洗2~4min后50~60度的热水洗1~2min;
(6)烘干,温度设置为100~110度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复合面料的整理方法,其特征在于:所述轧余率为80~82%。
6.根据权利要求1或3所述的复合面料的整理方法,其特征在于:所述竹醋酸的乙醇水溶液和纳米银系抗菌剂的重量百分比为50wt%:50wt%。
