The problem of alcohol volatilization is necessarily brought about by the rise of the temperature of the wine, and the quality of the wine is influenced. The problem that the wine cannot be well sealed and aged is caused no matter the wine is poured into a stainless steel ageing groove or an ultrasonic generator is directly mixed with the wine. There is also a tendency for the ageing tank to be easily soiled and to require special cleaning for each use, so there is no change in use.
The wine ageing needs to be finished by opening a cover of the wine, directly contacting the wine or pouring the wine into a special device.
