本发明公开一种绿色环保阻燃型双层管道,包括内层管道、外层管道,所述内层管道同轴内置于所述外层管道的腔体中;所述外层管道的外壁上涂覆有阻燃涂料层;所述阻燃涂料包括以下质量份数的原料制备而成:水性聚氨酯20~35份、水性丙烯酸树脂乳液17~42份、硅酸钠3~6份、聚磷酸铵2~4份、琥珀磺酸盐2~4份、硅烷类消泡剂0.5~2份、去离子水70~90份;所述外层管道的端部开设有卡槽,所述内层管道的端部设置有与所述卡槽相配合的凸起。本发明具有阻燃效果好、可拆卸的优点。

Description

一种绿色环保阻燃型双层管道
技术领域
本发明涉及环保材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种绿色环保阻燃型双层管道。
背景技术
管道是用管子、管子联接件和阀门等联接成的用于输送气体、液体或带固体颗粒的流体的装置。通常,流体经鼓风机、压缩机、泵和锅炉等增压后,从管道的高压处流向低压处,也可利用流体自身的压力或重力输送。管道的用途很广泛,主要用在给水、排水、供热、供煤气、长距离输送石油和天然气、农业灌溉、水力工程和各种工业装置中。
现有技术的管道的材质多为铁或者塑料件,其阻燃效果较差,一旦受到火灾,管道容易被烧毁。另外,目前常用的管道为单层结构,若其局部损伤,只能进行整体更换。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供阻燃效果好、可拆卸的绿色环保阻燃型双层管道。
本发明通过以下技术手段实现解决上述技术问题的:一种绿色环保阻燃型双层管道,包括内层管道、外层管道,所述内层管道同轴内置于所述外层管道的腔体中;所述外层管道的外壁上涂覆有阻燃涂料层;所述阻燃涂料包括以下质量份数的原料制备而成:水性聚氨酯20~35份、水性丙烯酸树脂乳液17~42份、硅酸钠3~6份、聚磷酸铵2~4份、琥珀磺酸盐2~4份、硅烷类消泡剂0.5~2份、去离子水70~90份;所述外层管道的端部开设有卡槽,所述内层管道的端部设置有与所述卡槽相配合的凸起。
优选地,所述内层管道的厚度为1~5cm,所述外层管道的厚度为3~8mm。
优选地,所述阻燃涂料层的厚度为1~3mm。
优选地,所述内层管道的外壁上设置有条形楞,所述外层管道的内壁上开设有与所述条形楞配合的条形槽体。
优选地,所述条形楞、条形槽体的数量相同,每条形楞均沿着对应管道的轴向延伸。
优选地,若干根条形楞、若干条条形槽体分别绕成第一环形结构、第二环形结构。
本发明的优点在于:本发明通过在外层管道的外壁上涂覆本发明的阻燃涂料层,减少管道受热发生损伤的几率;本发明的阻燃涂料采用亲水性的水性树脂作为主体材料,避免了采用DMF、丙酮等危害人体健康的油性溶剂的使用;采用硅、磷阻燃剂复配代替卤素阻燃剂,安全无害;本发明采用双层可拆卸的结构,能方便进行局部维修、更换,也能针对不同的阻燃要求,选择不同的外层管道。

如图1-2所示,本发明公开一种绿色环保阻燃型双层管道,包括内层管道1、外层管道2,所述内层管道1同轴内置于所述外层管道2的腔体中;所述外层管道2的外壁上涂覆有阻燃涂料层3;所述阻燃涂料包括以下质量份数的原料制备而成:水性聚氨酯20~35份、水性丙烯酸树脂乳液17~42份、硅酸钠3~6份、聚磷酸铵2~4份、琥珀磺酸盐2~4份、硅烷类消泡剂0.5~2份、去离子水70~90份;所述外层管道2的端部开设有卡槽23,所述内层管道1的端部设置有与所述卡槽23相配合的凸起13。
本发明通过在外层管道的外壁上涂覆本发明的阻燃涂料层,减少管道受热发生损伤的几率;本发明的阻燃涂料采用亲水性的水性树脂作为主体材料,避免了采用DMF、丙酮等危害人体健康的油性溶剂的使用;采用硅、磷阻燃剂复配代替卤素阻燃剂,安全无害;本发明采用双层可拆卸的结构,能方便进行局部维修、更换,也能针对不同的阻燃要求,选择不同的外层管道。
在有些实施例中,所述内层管道1的厚度为1~5cm,所述外层管道2的厚度为3~8mm。
在有些实施例中,所述阻燃涂料层3的厚度为1~3mm。
在有些实施例中,所述内层管道1的外壁上设置有条形楞11,所述外层管道2的内壁上开设有与所述条形楞11配合的条形槽体。
在有些实施例中,所述条形楞11、条形槽体的数量相同,每条形楞11均沿着对应管道的轴向延伸。
在有些实施例中,若干根条形楞11、若干条条形槽体分别绕成第一环形结构、第二环形结构。

1.一种绿色环保阻燃型双层管道,包括内层管道、外层管道,所述内层管道同轴内置于所述外层管道的腔体中;其特征在于,所述外层管道的外壁上涂覆有阻燃涂料层;所述阻燃涂料包括以下质量份数的原料制备而成:水性聚氨酯20~35份、水性丙烯酸树脂乳液17~42份、硅酸钠3~6份、聚磷酸铵2~4份、琥珀磺酸盐2~4份、硅烷类消泡剂0.5~2份、去离子水70~90份;所述外层管道的端部开设有卡槽,所述内层管道的端部设置有与所述卡槽相配合的凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保阻燃型双层管道,其特征在于,所述内层管道的厚度为1~5cm,所述外层管道的厚度为3~8mm。
